Location, big bedroom, elevator, out going mail service. Anit design, small kitchen and bathroom. Managment patches repairs but doesn’t correctly identify issues. Blames tenants if repairs are needed. Loud radiators. Expensive Rent. Pest and vermin. Make the buildings and apartments nicer. Building is old, could use renovations.

A roof over my head This was predominantly a Spanish neighborhood so sadly building mgmt was slightly racist, garbage chute smelled horrible, The elevator worked when it felt like it, They always change the security code to enter the building so good luck getting in, a few bugs here and there. Treat everyone That's not of Hispanic heritage with respect or human decency!

A roof over my head This was predominantly a Spanish neighborhood so sadly Bacility mgmt was slightly racist, garbage chute smelled horrible, The elevator worked when it felt like it, They always change the security code to enter the Bacility so good luck getting in, a few bugs here and there. Treat everyone that isn't of Hispanic heritage with respect or human decency!
