Pros: A roof over my head Cons: This was predominantly a Spanish neighborhood so unfortunately building management was slightly racist, garbage chute smelled horrible, The elevator worked when it felt like it, They always change the security code to enter the building so good luck getting in, a few bugs here and there. Advice to landlord: Treat everyone that is not of Hispanic heritage with respect or human decency!

Pros: Location, big bedroom, elevator, out going mail service. Cons: Apartment design, small kitchen and bathroom. Managment patches repairs but doesn’t correctly identify issues. Blames tenants if repairs are needed. Loud radiators. Expensive Rent. Pest and vermin. Advice to landlord: Make the buildings and apartments nicer. Building is very old, could use renovations.
