Pros: The neighborhood used to be nice until new neighbors across the street smoking weed all day. Cons: The landlords left us oftentimes with temperatures as low as 40 degrees without heat. stole our electricity to build a new apartment in the garage, which led to days without power and days without water. This project was said to take 2 weeks and went on for almost a year. It was so bad I decided to leave, which made them upset holding 49% of my deposit. The wife Liduvina screamed and kicked me out of her home. SCARY EXPERIENCE PLEASE BE AWARE. Advice to landlord: Treat your tenants like human beings, communicate and don't threaten them.
