The porter works diligently to keep the building clean. Elevator malfunctions on a regular. Owners don't do proper repairs. They do put bandages on issues that come back to haunt you later. Some undesirable people have moved in the building. We now have people smoking marijuana and drinking in the hallway. Garage being left in hallway. Properly screen renters and it’s family composition.
