Pros: Garbage was always easily handled, close to transportation, and I had good neighbors. Cons: Continually raising the prices, hard to find parking, few noise complaints, small apartment size.

Pros: Great location. No problems with neighbors. Pretty clean place Cons: Thin walls and floors
