Pros: The location good Cons: Not safe cameras on but don’t recored Advice to landlord: Having 4 apartments with 4 family in this building it’s not safe 2 apartment got robbed in 3 month we ask for cameras to show police super says cameras are but don’t recored I don’t feel safe with so much respect I been in this bullding for about 12 years paying rent not even a mont late we just don’t feel safe anymore

Pros: The neighbors are nice and quiet and mind their business Cons: Some of the residents in the building are nasty Garbage in front of the building
