Pros: Community friendly, low key pet friendly Cons: Roach infestation in the summer, they have a guy come to spray every 2nd Saturday of the month but it does nothing. Landlord and super does the bare minimum and has a negative attitude. Advice to landlord: Repair things that are old and outdated because they can be a fire or safety hazard.
