“IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS !!!!! This place is a cesspool. Open air drug sales and use. GUNSHOTS ALL. THE. TIME. Maintenance is nonexistent. The staff lie to your face. Trash everywhere, infested with cockroaches, ask for anything =get nothing. Kids running around using foul language, nothing is enforced. NO PEACE OR QUIET EVER. Filth everywhere, no grass, mud hole POS complex. Thieves, vandalism, crumbling stairs, and straight up dangerous. Even the cops won’t come. Discrimination against everyone. Oil stains in parking, dumpsters constantly overflowing, rats, no laundry facilities ever working. Giant piles of dog feces, beer bottles galore, and the best part? ALL BILLS PAID WHAT A JOKE! Freezing temperatures and NO HEAT. One solution only; this place should be razed and demolished. Lead paint, black mold, and the slum lords dealt with. Not ONE apartment here is worth a dime. Chilled water system-flooding is common. Appliances are not only old but dangerous. Windows have holes, lucky to have one that locks. Electrical outlets are ancient, Fire hazards, loud noise and music after hours. Concrete and railings are a death waiting to happen. Nasty countertops, ugly floors, paint goes over everything; dirt, bugs, etc. Don’t believe A SINGLE WORD they say. Owners/management/some residents should be prosecuted.”

“Great work in progress...managers have a big project and they are killing it...ac repaired.. plumbing repairs..rehabs...great job...I'm impressed at the hard work in the heat rain .Especially multi tasking”

“Be prepared to be insulted and disrespected by teenagers with rotten parents, extremely loud music and partying on the weekends, unaccompanied children breaking windows playing basketball, minimal maintenance follow through, dogs running loose, and more. Previous manager Janet was selling food, holding raffles to pay for her friends’ rent, fixing up apartments for certain people, straight up STEALING money by moving it from one account to another, and giving referral fees to favorites. Glad that ____ is gone. Gunshots (with people being hit), car break-ins, and scumbags abound.”

“These apts. are atrocious and deplorable. I have lived here over 3yrs and it gets worse and worse. Drug dealers, drug users, prostitution, beer drinkers out in the open at any given time even during office hours and leasing apt personnel never walk the grounds unless they are doing a showing. My experiences and the facts are as follows,: Roach and bed bug infestation, plumbing and sewer issues on a regular. A/C goes out like clockwork at least 2-3 times a yr during the summer months. Laundry centers rarely work and when they do wash water smells like sewage. Car break-in, a murder, no working security this includes the cameras and the so called security service that is always MIA,the grounds are always filthy and Latinos (mostly illegal immigrants) drink beer, smoke weed and trash the grounds with bottles, cans and cases of beer in both parking lots. No access gates, they paint over mold and water damage. Bedbugs and roaches live here like they pay rent, etc. etc. And corporate does not care they only spend money on the grounds for the appearance of new rentals. They update some vacant rentals and hardly ever fix any existing residents apts. after all our rent dollars pay for the upkeep of the grounds and the new updated rentals while letting residents who pay monthly live in old, filthy apt W/20yr old appliances and cabinets that are not functional or use able.”

“This place is a --------! Prostitutes, drunks, & drug dealers everywhere. It's run down, filthy, & VERY roach infested!! My mom lived there & the refrigerators went out constantly, & maintenance would take weeks to repair it. The ofc lady told my mom she would compensate her for all the groceries she lost all those multiple times. She never did, so my mom took $200 off her rent, with receipts to prove what she spent. The ofc lady immediately started eviction threats on her door. My mom is an elderly, disabled woman, & takes care of my mentally handicapped brother...the lady didn't care about kicking them out on the street. My mom got ahold of Adult Protective Services & they paid the ofc lady the $200 so my wouldn't be out on the street. It shows they cashed it, but the lady continued to harass my mom, & continued eviction. My mom spent the night at my sister's house, & came home to all her stuff gone. The neighbors told her that maintenance went in & started taking what they wanted, & told everyone outside that they could just go in & take what they wanted from my elderly, disabled mom's house. Smdh those savages did just that, took her dead mother's ring, threw away my mom's picture albums, stole everything down to bed sheets. So disgusted with this place, from the people that run it, to the people that live there. I can't stress enough how much I recommend NOT to move here!!! There's absolutely nothing positive about this place...from the roach infested, broken down apts, to savages they call residents, to the heartless, disgusting, fraudent ofc lady. She probably pocketed the $200 my mom had APS send too. RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! It deserves 0 stars, if possible!”

“This is mostly a mexican community. I am black &.so are my children. My kids were caled ------- & picked on to & from school because of their race in this community. I have informed immigration of these issues. The property is nasty & reeks of nastyness.. The maitnance staff stole furniture from my unit before eviction was filed. Had to call pilice to get it back, while there are still items missing. DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!! Not worth the trouble or the money spent, find a better well mixed pipulated property to live in... This property deserves NO STARS!!”
