“Living in this property has been a truly pleasant experience from the very beginning. The apartments are spacious, modern, and always well maintained. You can tell that management really cares about keeping everything clean and organized, which makes it feel like home. The common areas are always in great condition the gardens are beautiful, the hallways spotless, and the amenities work perfectly. What really stands out the most is the maintenance team. They are absolutely amazing at what they do. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve responded quickly, kindly, and efficiently. Christian, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and professional he always goes above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. Whether it’s a small repair or a general check-up, the team handles it with care and a great attitude. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and reliable group. Overall, I’m very happy living here. The environment is peaceful, safe, and welcoming. You can tell that everyone involved in the property takes pride in their work. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained apartment community with outstanding maintenance and friendly staff.”

“I’ve had such a great experience living at Cortland West Houston. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the amenities are upscale. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern it truly feels like home. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Frida on the team! Frida has been absolutely incredible, always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or needs. It makes a world of difference having someone so reliable and positive in the front office. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. If you're considering a move, I highly recommend Cortland West Houston and make sure to ask for Frida.”

“I've been living at Cortland West Houston Apartments for several months now, and overall, it's been a great experience. The community is well-maintained, the landscaping is clean and modern, and the amenities especially the gym and pool are top-notch. The staff is generally responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly in most cases. The apartment itself is spacious with updated appliances and finishes. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer/dryer and the smart home features. Parking is usually easy to find, and the location is super convenient, close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to occasional noise from neighbors and some minor issues with gate access or package deliveries. But those are relatively small complaints compared to the overall quality of life here. Would definitely recommend Cortland West Houston to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live in the area!”

“They are very friendly everyone is nice, I did not have any problem yet with someone, the place is very nice, looking good. About my package well I always order things so just 2 packages un til time still missing. I already send my issue to the app Parcel and they said the never get it, but my package delivered location said they put it in the lockers”

“It’s been pretty good. I moved in Spetember and have been there since it’s been a short while but it has been a good time compared to where I was living before. Clean quiet and pretty welcoming neighbors.”

“Community looks way better online. I have always rented with Cortland properties due to customer service , community events , property up keep, and leasing options. This is by far the worst experience at a Cortland property I would move if I had the money to break my lease. Valet trash comes with they want to , not within hours posted but community is constantly sending emails that we are violating terms. Overflow of emails about little stuff but no emails acknowledging the brown water. Everything feels very “as a matter of fact” and not welcoming at all. The parking lot flooded which could have been easily resolved if someone racked the drains which is mind blowing that there is not a process for that since flooding is a serious issue. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Mud is everywhere instead of grass, buy some fake grass and put it down. Leasing staff comes off as rude and not helpful.. I’m having a different issue everyday. Mosquitoes live in my apartment and constantly biting me and my dogs.. vinyl floors is cheap and feels lik a gym mat. For the most part it’s a safe community”

“No not rent here, you can find a better place for the amount of money they are charging. This apartments are not safe, one person got shot and kill at the parking lot while I was living there. The management doesn’t not care about security, security patrol 5 minutes a night if we were lucky, without anyone on call if you need help. The manager was very rude all the time I call to ask for simple questions. Garbage everywhere! I live there for one year, not once they cleaned the hallways, I send email, calls and nothing. The neighbors will leave the garbage outside their apartments 24/7 and the office simply ignored all the emails I sent and on top on this, they will charge you twice for garbage. $25 for valet and between $25/39 extra every months if you are lucky and the community didn’t throw a party, because they will make you pay extra for more garbage. Absolutely ridiculous. When I moved out, the apartment was Chrystal clean and they still send me $250 for moving services. Are you kidding me? Also they took ONE month to fix my ceiling fan and the windows are full of mold. I make them clean and they keep telling me that is only dirt.”

“N/A bad break-ins, crime. Not happy that my car as well as others have been broken into. I would not recommend this property to others because my car was broken into. I have also witnessed trespassing into the property.”

“Amazing Community! The staff is so fantastic! I spoke with Timothy Carter and he was extremely helpful and great at helping us lease our first apartment! The property is newly renovated and looks gorgeous. I love all their pretty floor plan options and such a great location! Definitely would recommend! Me and my family love it here!”

“So far it’s ok, I had an accident where a homeless guy ran up to me as I was walking my dog out back and asked if I had a lighter. I told him no and he just walked off, but I don’t think the apartment have control of that because it’s so close to the highway. So it’s best for you to be aware of your surroundings because it’s so much traffic near the place!!”

“Office staff were very helpful! They helped with all of my needs. The apartment complex is very beautiful, spacious and quiet. Model home was absolutely beautiful, loved the new updated appliances and how the set up was.”

“I love how spacious that these apartments are and the updated appliances! No matter which layout you choose nothing feels crammed. Leanna did an amazing job at helping with my apartment search. Definitely see myself as a future resident.”

“When I walked into the office I was greeted with a friendly hello and face. The person who helped me at was Leanna Rabsatt. Was so sweet helped with the process and made everything feel so easy buying an apartment.”

“Office is very friendly and helpful. They're renovating the entire community and the improvements look great so far. Tranquil community, nice well kept units. There are community events weekly. I would recommend to anyone looking to move to the energy corridor.”
