“These apts have residents PISSING IN THE PARKING LOTS, URINATING ON CARS, & THROWING BEER BOTTLES/CANS all over the property. There are wild parties every weekend (NO PLACE TO RAISE CHILDREN). Mail boxes are all broken (EASY TO STEAL MAIL). The entrance gates are all BROKEN. The entrance gates are CHAINED & LOCKED. There have been numerous CAR BREAK-INS!! The office managers STEAL MONEY FROM THE RESIDENTS!!! I beg you …. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!”

“My Mom and I live there around 2013... We were harassed by punks, gang members, and a transvestite with trashy friends,... We also had a bottle thrown through a window, were verbally harassed and abused by the office staff,... We wer certainly mistreated and if you want to value your safety and your sanity please stay away from this place”

“I have been living here for almost 5 years and when my lease is up I will be moving. Looks like every time they get a new manager (which is every couple of months) things change for the worst. It says business center still haven't got that, said security, not that either. But what they do have is a contract with a towing company which they take kickbacks from. They also have a emergency number equipped for leaks broken,ac and etc. But the number is a Washington number that they don't answer nor do they check. They also have maintenance workers that use your chairs on the patio to stand on while they work, they also have a landscaping company that don't keep the property landscaped. Hummm but the worst thing is they have a chain n lock on the walk way gate to keep ppl it but the failed to realize this is also licking in the tenants. Ppl be outside drinking with the music all times of night. I could continue but what I would say is if u are thinking about moving to this place run as fast as u can in the opposite direction.”

“This is my 6th year here at Sebring Apartments. I have to say it is a pretty good place to call home, well at least i have for 6 years now. The pool is open and always well kept, the maintenance are on call any time of day.”

“Pésimo no hay seguridad an pasado muchas cosas en estos apartamentos y la nueva administración no hace nada para solucionar los problemas aparte de que cobran demaciado del agua es un abuso Les dice uno que porque están cobrando tanto y solo dicen que ellos no son los que cobran que es la compañia que llame uno al número que trae ahi y es el mismo número de ellos y no contestan yo no terminaré mi contrato por tanto abuso e inseguridad”

“Worst place I have lived in, I moved 3 months ago and so many things have happened in such a short time. They just recent they changed management it didn't solve their issues. This January 2016 someone got robbed at knife point all they did was send a letter to be careful. New manager promised to fix asphalt on parkings, have security on duty, hasn't happened, camaras don't work. Just this morning a person got killed while trying to go to work 02/06/2016, I'm ready to run away from here. I would suggest that if u appreciate life don't even visit this apartments. They broke a backfield a suburban at 02/02/16 management said that's not their problem, believe it or not I'm being honest. To be continued....”

“I like the staff I just recently moved in andas far as now i have been taken care of . I do see one to 2 roches now and then but thats it . I like the manager she is good and helpful with my hearing. She takes care of it.”

“Good management , I moved in 3 months ago i havent had any problems yet . The maintenance man Guillermo is courteous with me and has a good attitude always fixes problems in my apartment and right away. Thanks hope to stay here longer”

“The Management team great, they really look out for their tenants.. I am disable gentleman suffer diabetes, had alot death threaten issues, and try to work..Everyday going to the hospital, depending on my car..One day a wrecker service with no coe-passion , towed me with my car placid in view.. I showed Elizabeth..management a recording of me retrieve my car with car placid, an she is investigating it.. An promise it will never happen again...Got some of money back.. thanks Elizabeth love u.. Another time, a rent discreption occurred with a program I am in..Sophie took care of it immediately. . Anna, always smiling and give good advice”

“I love Sebring Apartments I been her for 5 Years and I love it everyone is very nice this year was the easter egg hunt and also I have cancer they selled cookies and cupcakes and did drawings to support breast cancer awarness. On top of that there workers here make sure they fix everything in a timley manner. The people in the office are very nice and they do a wonderful job from the manager on down . They always have something sweet when u come in the office from cookies or healthy bars.Also in the summertime they fix hotdog and everything. I havent had a promblem yet.”

“I like the place Im close to Beltway 8 to my job . , It is quiet and i don't have problems with nobody here, I keep the apartment CLEAN so i dont have any roaches, In any apartments you will have issues , I live in Barker cypress and they were more expensive and worse quality so im satisfied for the price and quality. I like the new staff , they take care of and the maintenance you and make sure good ,they are nice. Hope this is helpful for any to want to rent a Houston South West are .”

“As I read some of the reviews I can't help but say this first nothing is perfect and to add to everyone else's experience here at Sebring. We recently had a issue with our apartment and the office was notified and they took care of that issue as soon as it happened. We were moved into another apartment and direct tv wanted to charge us to tranfer our services so the Manager Elizabeth Hernandez stepped in and spoke with someone of higher status and thanks to her they waived our fee! :-) I just wanna say Thanks Sebring for your help!!!!!!! Mr. & Mrs. Bates”

“I hate these apartments they never fix anything at all. you have to keep calling them. they break into cars. kids running around. ALOT OF ROTHES..BED BUGS!! UGHH I CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!! DONT MOVE IN! THEY WONT FIX NOTHIBG OR WONT DO AN ANYING & HAVE ATUTIFDES!”

“I moved to this apts in march thinking it was the right choice,a month pass by and I found out there were bats in the walls crawling I report it to the office but they claim they couldn't do anything,not only that someone broke in to my husbands truck and stole all his working tools,then the lights from parking lots weren't working took them almost a year to fix them until the new management took over the place. But them people now wanna charge $20.00 per person for water wich is ridiculous in my opinion,the people is way too noisy but if you report it they can careless, kids running out side late at night and during day crawling in the cars scratching the paint, The new management is not friendly at all they come up with attitude,the ones they had before were way better I'm glad my lease is about to expire can't wait to get out of this complex for good.One more thing bed bugs are a issue, think twice before moving there.”

“The worst RUUUUUUNNNNN AWAYYYYY !! I have been here for two years and ever since I moved in BEDBUGS THE SIZE OF ROACHES. The new management are hiking up prices and making these poor people pay for $ 100 water bills. I have had to report them to the BBB HOUSTON ,TAA AND THE CITY OF HOUSTON for mold and bed bug infestation”

“I've live here at The Sebring Apartment almost 25 years, and i enjoy living in here, new management are so great i love them, they take care of me and all my needs and also they are taking good care of the property, better than the previous management companies. I recommended this great community.”

“Every time a new management team takes over, they try to get extra money from the residents. Some time ago, they started to require us to fix broken blinds or pay for them. Now, we just received water bills for more than $80.00, while what we signed on the contract was $30.00. Besides that, there had been car and apartment break ins lately. I use to get home before 10 pm and nothing has happened, at least to me. I would say that I was relatively happy in this property, but now with this new management, I feel like they don't even know what they are doing, or that they don't care about the residents.”

“Moved to Sebring Apartments in April thinking it was a nice quiet,safe place but apparently is not what I expect it,every time we have an issue with the maintenance in the apt,then two months ago someone broke into my husbands truck and stole some items not only that people is way to noisy with the music,been complaining but people seem to care less obiously this is not the place I recommend to live in,we been thinking of just breaking the lease and move to another place since here we can't stand the neighbors noise,hopefully the months go by fast we can't wait to move from there.Ohh one more thing the lights from outside don't work so parking lot is not safe.”

“I lived at Sebring for 2 months and couldnot take it there any longer. They have bed bugs and bats are inside the walls. The mangement knew about this and still aloud me and my family to move into the apartment. There is no security and a group of kids run around all day and night making losts of noise and causing problems. They have break-ins in vehicles and homes. The mangement are not truthful they just want your money.So please I wouldnot recommend this place to live.”

“I moved in to Sebring apartments in September and everything seemed great gates were working, security was always on duty, and it was very quiet. However in December my purse was stolen right in front of my own apartment. The gates are no longer working, haven't worked for over a month, I haven't seen a security guard in over 2 weeks and there is always people walking around the apartments. I would not recommend this to anyone living by themselves. Oh and if you move in to these apartments don't trust anyone in this property!”
