“The turn around in this office is diabolical and annoying. I just received a lease violation today for coming into the office to ask questions about charges on my rent and 2 people whom I've never seen before and they switch up every 2 days with new office workers and said I was using obscene language and bullying them ??. I've never had any issues like this before. They lied about the amenities like the gym and send emails EVERYDAY about your patio can't have a grill on it ?? like where else should I put a damn grill ?????? we're getting charged every month for ridiculous things like valet trash, that THEY SIGNED a contract for but we have to pay for it. I don't need no damn valet trash. I'm over this place and looking to move ASAP. It's all online rated as the #2 place in Houston for roaches ???????? DONE”

— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“Well I hate that I got my car towed and had to pay 250$ to get it out when I was never give the parking pass or the link! I was so hurt to walk outside and my car was gone from my own residence! Thanks”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“City crossing was the worst apartments I ever lived in . It was roach infested , the dish washer had mold in it , everything in the apartment was just Raggedy and old , my first day moving in the key didn't work to the apartment and they still won't take me out they lease . Poor I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“Though I am very grateful to have the opportunity to lease from this property, I must say that I am very disappointed in my experience so far with this property. Since moving in there has been issue after issue. I should have known from the beginning that there would be considering I was told that I would have certain amenities that turned out not to be true. I have had my vehicle broken into, people have kicked at my door and beat on my windows several times, requests for service go unanswered and/or often time incomplete when they do decide to complete work orders. The management staff shows no care/concern when discussing serious matters such as mentioned above and have done nothing to make the community more secure. Again I am truly grateful to have my apartment and I work hard to be able to afford it. I take pride in my unit and would love to say the same for community in which I live. The complex itself could use some upgrades considering the cost of renting here. The staff could use better training in providing quality customer service and being more empathetic to the concerns of its tenants. The neighborhood itself is not so bad but the lack of effort with the upkeep of the complex makes is not doing much to add any value to the neighborhood.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“When I first moved in this Apartment community it wasn't what I expected the apartment was not in good condition the manager was suppose to fix closet doors, carpet, cabinets, ceiling fans, blinds an so on”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“The apartment is cute, however, my stay here has not been pleasant and I am ready to leave. Staff barely answer phone, you have to call a million time before you receive a response. My car was stolen and totaled while parked, 2 tenants had their car broken into the same day. My neighbor had his car stolen and totaled last year, seems like a constant thing that occurs here with no help from the apartment staff to resolve this issue. There is no safety measures in place: no camera's, no working gates, no security guard or police officer to patrol the area. Constantly smelling cigarettes' smoke in my apartment from other tenants that smoke in theirs, nothing has been done even after notifying staff of the issue. Roaches, roaches, roaches, no matter how clean I keep my apartment- 1st time ever dealing with this from an apartment. Constant loud music at night, sounds like partying that occurs. Rent is overprice for the issues that occur here and it is not safe living here. Would not recommend this apartment or this area.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“This has been the worst experience. I wish I could move. When I first moved in the make ready was not completed properly. The refrigerator and the stove stopped working. The refrigerator was replaced but they will not replace the stove. The outlets have to be replaced dut to a lot wasn't working. The place wasn't cleaned properly at all. There where many other issues. We are without hot water a lot. Just recently my husband's truck was stolen and someone tried to break into my truck. I don't feel safe here.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“My experience has been absolutely horrible and when you reach out to corporate they ignore your request to speak with them Nobody ever responds or reaches back out to you these people care more about occupancy than there residents! I have been here months and had to transfer my mail because they won't even give me a mailbox key! My car was broken into and they have squatters they live in their vacant apartments! This has been a nightmare but I don't want to break my lease so stuck Here until it's over because they ignore you smh”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“My experience with city crossing has been the worst experience I've had with a rental property. The unit was extremely dirty when I moved in and is roach infested. The unit also still smells like smoke after staying in it for 3 months. The leasing manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. I can't wait to my lease is up.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“I have lived here since 2017. I am moving as soon as My lease is up. There's always different maintenance men different people in the office different owners there's Been recent changes as far as fees or anything else and these apartments are not even worth it. They're not even safe they don't even hundred percent properly.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“The worst apartment/Complex I have ever lived in my life. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“So far it's been good. There's things that I would like to see happen or change for the better but for the most part it's been working out. I realize the community I live in so it's only so much that you can count on.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“Worst place I've ever lived I wouldn't recommend a dog to live here. You want 200 characters here goes. Don't move here the pictures online are not what you get! From the outside to the inside of the unit.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“It was good up until I gave them notice about my unforseen circumstance which result d in me moving. I made a work order pretaining to no cold water and the water was scorching hot. It took them 5 days to fix. Even the toilet bowl was hot from the water. The gate never worked. The fact that they changed what you can have on your patio, which is nothing. (No bbq pits, no chairs that is not patio furniture, bikes etc) Which could really be an inconvenience. The manager was rude even when I took iny letter. I just hope that she gave it to the management company. She probably threw it away to put a broken lease on my background even though I had supporting documents of the reason of the sudden move.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“I believe it should be more than a paycheck for RockStaR owners or employees. Renters safety and personal property is the most important factor, not just making sure tenants rent is being paid. Do yall part of entrance of property, security at night, cameras or something. No the crime rate isn't down .Be responsible and respectful to your renters. We all are trying to work and live in a safe environment.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“I have only been living in the unit for 5-6 months and I don't agree with the changes or the differences that City Crossing has undergo. I have been paying for towing as well as their is cats that's been living in front of my unit and I've complained and complained to the front office and nothing has changed.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“I truly don't recommend for anyone to stay here unless it's your last option. Management does not care, they never fix anything! I have a door falling off the hinges. Black mold, and that's just the start.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“This staff is very friendly and empathetic but that’s as good as it gets. The parking issues will end in being towed or broken into, no hot water, no water without any notice, flooded floors so much so that the floors are a tripping hazard from buckling, no ac, roaches, failed valet trash pickup, broken dishwasher (for months), mailbox break ins, and mold…..the staff is kind and apologetic because that’s all they can do.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“It's a nice community. I had some mail experience but it's been fixed. Overall my stay has been wonderful. I didn't like the changes in rent payments but I found another easier way to pay. I actually like city crossing apartments.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“They are getting over on these over priced not renovated Apt my stove hasn't worked if I close the door I get locked in just a mess all together I don't like these apartments I wouldn't recommend nope”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“Avoid this community!! Talk of the mailboxes are broken, so you have to come to the office to get any mail. The parking is TERRIBLE. You can rarely find a spot near your apartment. The office staff and maintenance staff changes so quickly that nothing gets fixed. If they do make it to your order, they patch it and wait for further approval and it never gets fixed. Also the amount of fees is ridiculous. You pay for valet trash, that doesn't get picked up (and the office said to call a number, they won't deal with it..but will charge you for it) they add any fee they can.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“We been living in this complex Apartment for 20 years and this Apartment is a nice place to live. I just would like to maintenance to come quickly when you need them to come....but other than that is good to live here at this complex...the security make me feel save at any time...This is a great place to live. Thank you for all the good things you've done for the attendees at this Apartment complex.”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“the leasing office is terrible, i applied a day or so before they changed companies. me nor my agent was aware and when I signed my lease everything was different. my insurance was different, my price for my rent was never correct. my agents left my outside when I scheduled my door to be opened. she told me to call 30 minutes before the office closed and when I did no one answered. I was stuck outside for 3 hours with no assistance. 0/10 rating for this apartment”
— 12800 WOODFOREST BLVD UNIT N1806 · Houston“Multiple changes in management, constant change in staff, maintenence requests take weeks to complete, entrance gate still isn't functioning, there are abandoned vehicles parked in resident parking, the gym was open for a few months, the mail room is trashy, the Amazon locker doesn't work, it's just an ordeal anytime anything needs to be done”
