“I been living here for 5 years, and office management before January 1, 2026, really did nothing. But the new staff are doing a lot better, still a work in progress. Three years A ac drip pan leaked and messed up ceiling downstairs, (I in a Townhouse, so up and down), Then in November right before Thanksgiving the hose going to toilet broke, which is upstairs and messed up ceiling in dining room. The new management took over in January, 2026 and have repaired and not a sloppy repair a really professionial repair. I love the new management for taking care of the issue. They are working on other issues so work in progress. Thank you all”

“Don't give these people any money until you see the Apartment my Picture's are upon move in, their is a reason why the cheap move in Buyer beware!!! Too many issues in the make ready in this unit I'm in from Flooding water coming in from outside and Apartment's behind and upstairs 4 times if I wasn't home it would have been bad.”

“My Apartment is in Horrible condition on the make ready, Deceptive Trade Practice Scam Fraud Misrepresentation for money, this Apartment in the pictures is what we pay for there are other issues I can't describe, we've looked at alot of Apartment's not one look like what we got. We don't recommend you go through this frustration”

“I have lived here for 3 years and this place is atrocious. The roaches are way out of control. I even paid out of my own pocket for an exterminator and that did not help. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get your money. The maintenance alone is a zero. They never fix anything. I have been requesting my ceiling fan to be fixed since May 2021 and here it is November and it is still broken. I can't wait until my lease is up I have 2 months and I am running the HELL away from Redstone Vista and I am not looking back.”

“I have lived here since 2018 i am totally satisfied with current management. Blanca Garcia provides exceptional customer service. Her staff as well as the maintenance crew are exceptional as well. Blanca is one the best managers I have done business with. Glad to be a resident here.”

“At one time there was diversity here far as workers here, most of them now are -------- that don't speak nor understand English and that is a problem. I notice they hire their own people here meaning -------- only, it feels good when there is a good mixture of people working here and not just their own which would make other people feel they can be trusted. Too many pets are left behind here, no one is doing anything about it and there is a lot more that needs to be said more than you know. I like it better here when there was a variety of races of people here, it felt friendly and now I feel we are being invaded by Mexico. It took them over a year to fix things in my place, some more than others because there are things that still need fixing that were reported and they will break your stuff without paying you for it.”

“This place is HORRIBLE, I'd made a BIG MISTAKE moving here and I wished I'd listen to those comments that are posted on their page as well as elsewhere. The place is full of trash, it has no screens on the windows nor patio doors. When they show me a model it wasn't like the one I'm living in but they promise it would be like that and when it was time for my move in nothing was done...I'm Pissed! These people in the office are so unprofessional, they are snappy and short with the tenants. The place looks very old, it has mold and mildew where ever water is running from like the bathroom and kitchen you can smell it when you open the cabinet doors. The people in the office will tell you lies to sign you up, all they want is your money they don't care for the people here nor RESPECT them.”

“All I can say is RUN! I was upfront and honest about my credit issues and was told it would not be an issue. That was until they had my 200.00! Suddenly everything became a problem. I had to keep calling them to check on the progress of my application and kept being told they would call me back the next day, but never did. Finally, when it was a week away from move-in day, they said I would need someone on the lease that made 5x the rent. If I got a roommate that made over 6k a month, we could do a lot better than this place. They were all proud of the upgrades that were made to the inside, but the outside was not that great. Put a diamond in a pig's ear and you just have a high-priced pig! Unless you have money to throw away, don't bother with this place.”

“DATE: OCT. 30, 2019 I have a STRONG feeling that the management company is RACIST, the reason why I say that is because there's only -------- working in the office NO ------ to keep it diverse office. The managers are always Mexican or White but mostly Mexican. I wouldn't live where there isn't diversity and favors only goes to the --------. This place is not the best, water bill is HIGH even for one person $50 or $60 water bill and the parking is the worse and they can't keep the gate close to keep others out that are none resident here. Management lies all the time if requesting for something that is needed and management change all the time here can't keep them. It seems like ever 2 to 4 months there is a new manager there in the office and to me this place is unstable. Living here is not a good move, everything just look good but not really good if you are living here and that was the meaning for the new paint job to make it seems like it's being taking care of but not really. Stray animals is crazy here, people comes with pets and leave them when they move and management don't care. We got dogs, cats and raccoons yelp I said RACCOONS not to mention ROACHES. Instead of replacing an very old appliance with a new one they'll give you another old one that may look like it/s just as old as the one that is being removed. I understand why there is a lot of EMPTY apartments here, they can't keep people here with this high rent and high water bill which makes everything HIGH cost to live here. At first the water came with the apartment now new owner want to triple their investment by making people pay for their water, the building insurance and there are people that have much more people living in a small place that use more water which make the water cost more for a single person because others are using more in the same size place with more people. I will not renew, I'm looking to be moving real soon and racism is real at the place. TRASH is AWFUL!!!!!!!!! it smells very bad, people moves trash piles is very high and I wouldn't be surprise if there were RATS here they got everything else. I've gotten to a point where I'm not asking them to do anything else, they remember my request and they just not doing it point blank. I wouldn't put it pass the office are doing some of these positive comments to make their rate go up because there are so many unhappy people here. Don't let the paint job fool you it's all an illusion to make you feel this is the place for you.”

“Stay away !!!! Don't believe the pictures on their website is accurate. I gave a deposit with out seeing the apartment I was getting. When I finally saw it , it was a dump. The refrigerator and stove was so old they were yellow instead of white. The apartment was dingy and dark . The walls looked like they weren't painted in years . I decided the stay where I am at , Rockridge square . Much nicer and less money . I talked to someone in corporate about getting my application fee back but all I got back was a song and dance about application fees are no refundable, even though I was misrepresent about what I was getting .My advise is don't pay a fee with out actually seeing what you are getting. “Hello, I said if I got my floors and shelves repaired I'll give you and update here it is. I got my new floor I call it instant floor because it came like a sheet that looks like a floor, my shelves are not smiling shelves anymore and now I need Handicap parking, front door because it leaks when there is heavy rain fall and storage door is hard to open. Yesterday they put out new lighting on the property on every building, this new management have done a lot of updating around here and when you have someone that cares it makes a big difference how a person feel about the place. I was watching the maintenance guys this morning they remind me of Mario and Luigi in the game Super Mario it's so funny watching and listening to these guys talking about installment of new appliances in a unite. “It is beautiful pool and apartments are spacious and the staff is awesome the lady that showed me gave us fruit and cheese I hope They will have some apartment when I need mine oh and they have good cookies too”

“I am a resident of RedStone and I have had some major issues but the staff there especially the manager Elisa has been very understanding and supportive to my situation while staying as professional as possible. I am a professional myself and I understand that everyone has a job to do but the management team here at Redstone or very considerate and knowledgeable to their jobs I'm very thankful for their compassion to people.”

“Since the new management has been here this complex has become enjoyable to live here. They are improving the buildings and if we have something that needs maintenance to come, they are here to fix it ASAP. The Office personnel are wonderful and so sweet. They really care about the residences and they plan activities for all of the residences. I can't say enough about the changes I see in this complex.”

“I stopped in at the complex after looking at apartments all day. I didnt have them on my list but I am glad I stopped. The lady in the office was nice and showed me a townhouse. it is great. I move in next week and i cant wait. The other lady in the office was giving out popcorn to the kids. everyone is really nice.”

“DO NOT!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!! DO NOT!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL AND AT ANY COST. BREAK INS CARS AND APARTMENTS. PROSTITUTION. DRUGS. UNLAWFUL ENTRY INTO YOUR UNIT. ROACHES GALLORE. I MEAN AN ABUNDANCE OF ROACHES. THE ONLY REASON THEY RECEIVED ONE STAR FROM ME IS BECAUSE YOU CANNOT GIVE THEM NO STARS. DOG POOP EVERYWHERE. STRAY CATS EVERYWHERE. YOU CAN SMELL CAT PEE ALL OVER THE DEVELOPMENT. POT HOLES IN PARKING LOT BIG ENOUGH TO BURY BODIES. CHANGED OWNERS 3 TIMES SINCE I HAVE LIVED THERE AND CHANGED MANAGEMENT TEAMS COUNTLESS TIMES. THIS PLACE IS A MESS. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.”

“Please avoid this place at all cost, I have been here just 3 weeks and there are some major issues in my apartment that should have been take care if before I move in or at least immediately after I moved in. The owner of this apartment community need to be aware of their management staff here and the maintenance staff. Shower needs repairing when i turn on my shower the water leaks into the apartment down stairs. The pipes was leaking under the sink in the bathroom to the point where water had flooded the entire bathroom and calling for assistance after hours or on the weekend is pointless. The maintenance staff here SUCKS and the last time they came to TRY and repair the problem in the bathroom it reaked of.a liquor smell. There is MOLE forming in the bathroom because the walls in the lower area was saturated with water for such a long period of time and management says nothing can be done about it until the sheet rock dries. A bunch of bull if you ask me. But I do know mole is Very DEADLY. The carport in the bedroom was never cleaned because it is full of pieces of glass from where the window was busted out but someone has been coming to clean it and they haven't made it to my apartment yet. The ground here are horrible no grass, trash everywhere and what's the point in a gate if it's opened all the time. PLEASE Tarantino Properties inc, get you a new management/ maintenance team. Your community should be a place you want to call home.”

“AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost. I've been a resident of these apartments for 6 years now and it has been the worst experience. It all started with the maintenance. If something went wrong in our apartment sometimes it would take months just to receive attention. Literally months. One month a worker came to fix our shower, took it apart, left it apart, and said he'd be back with the right tool. We didn't see the worker until a month after. Roaches are beyond horrid. This apartment has an infestation. Roaches crawl on us while we sleep, they are living in our dish washer, cabinets, they live here; we don't. The apartments seem to think a spray will be the solution to this problem although we have already exterminated TWICE! The pest control told me himself that the an extermination can make the roaches immune if done to much. And let me tell you, it has made it worse. Our PS4 stopped working, and after sending the machine to Sony, they would not let the device into the building because of the infestation of roaches. Lastly, but most importantly. They do not consider you or your families safety. The apartment I am currently in has been violated 3 times. Twice it was broken into and stolen out of. TV's, Cameras, Laptops, anything of value. This past week my family went out of town and came back to find someone had been inside our house while we were gone. That makes violation number 3. I have been robbed at gunpoint right by my stairs. My car has been broken into....It's just overall an unsafe place. The apartments said we can change the locks....that's the only answer I was provided with. So again, I know the prices look beyond great. But remember you get what you pay for. Avoid this apartments at all cost!! Your families safety is not worth it.”
