“The managing power lose is being awful during the July hot weather. Most of the properties may pay attention and solved the problem soon. But we don't have electricity for more than 3 days and there is no action from Camden. Why don't you provide a generator for over 2500 residences?”

“I've really enjoyed living in Camden Vanderbilt for the last several years. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, perfect for walking my dog. The staff are all great; Jessica in particular is outstanding - always friendly, responsive, and helpful.”

“Absolutely disgusted with how the staff has treated my family after living at this complex for over a year. The disrespect and poor management has me so appalled to where we are now advising others not to live at the is complex. If you are looking for a place to be neglected and charged frivolously for items not in the contract then this is the place for you. Maintenance issues are frequent and not so quickly handled. Front office only wants your signature on the lease then will neglect you thereafter. It is sad that this complex which was so inviting a few years ago now has these fundamental issues.”

“It's been almost a months as we moved to Camden Vanderbilt and I'm really happy we chose it among other variants. This place is really great! Beautiful territory with lakes, pools and common rest areas. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Our apartment is modern, spasious and has an amazing lake view terrace. I want to thank our wonderful lease agent Jessica Ordonez, who helped us a lot! Jessica is a real professional, she found a perfect apartment, just as we wanted. Also, Jessica was very kind and patient during supporting us with all paper related work. She is always affable and ready to help if you have any question. Overall, I recommend Camden Vanderbilt if you are looking for place to stay in Houston. We've looked a lot of similar places here but Camden is definitely the best!”

“It’s pretty place to live, close to everything. Safety is pretty good here. Jessica is one of the most helpful persons who you will met here. Hopefully, they can do playground for kids. As all it’s a fancy place to live.”

“When I moved to Camden in 2020, I was burnout from work. Day after day the beautiful lake, and the surrounding animal ecosystem, helped me replenish my emotional energy. A few weeks in, I started working out in the fitness center, which has a spectacular view of the lake. Inspired by the community environment, this has been my daily routine since then. Today, I'm a different person. I've lost 50 lbs and even increased lean muscle. I don't suffer anymore from anxiety, which was a constant problem. I don't drink or eat unhealthy food anymore. I'm much more productive and don't get tired so often anymore. This community has supported me to be healthier than I have ever been before. The leasing staff and the maintenance team are always going the extra mile to make sure they are exceeding your expectations. Have you ever opened a maintenance request, and the maintenance team arrived at your door in 30 minutes? This has happened multiple times here. The leasing staff is always friendly and supported me every time that I needed it. A big shoutout to the Camden Vanderbilt team, which has been working to make transformations and experiences like this possible.”

The people are wonderful. Close to supermarkets, The Galleria, Rice University, Medical Center and downtown. I recommend it highly.”

“I’ve been at Camden for a month now, and I love it here. I feel safe and comfortable. The leasing staff have been very helpful at answering all my questions. They get back to me in a timely manner. The repairs have been quick. Junior was able to replace my washer, which was malfunctioning. I forgot who repaired my toilet, but she responded in an hour or two. <3”

“So I don't know where to begin but this has been one of my great experiences with apartment complexes. The management here won't even give you a chance to complain. Everything was exceptional and all problems fixed on the spot. From the gate to your apartment door from your apartment door to your room everything is high quality. Now because of Camden Vanderbilt on Buffalo Speedway my standards for apartments have gotten very high and I'll be moving out for awhile and I know I'll be home sick because literally Camden is my HOME now. Doors from the gate to the apartment doors are equipped with high technology which can be controlled from your phone, the community is VERY VERY VERY safe, alarm systems inside the apartment doing a great job, the whole area is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I can never forget the valet trash guys very efficient and smooth. I just can't say enough about the community and the management and special thanks to Raeni Doro and Elizabeth who were very friendly and professional with us. I highly recommend Camden Vanderbilt. Thanks so much for everything.”

“I recently moved into Camden Vanderbilt apartments and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the great experience I had with one of their leasing coordinators. I was assisted by Raeni Doro, who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive first experience at my new home. Raeni was personable, friendly, and down to earth as she worked with me to confirm my information, gather new resident materials, and inform me of pertinent Camden policies. Additionally, when Raeni learned that I was new to the area she did not hesitate to spend time fielding questions that I had about life in Houston. I was able to learn about the best coffee shops, the feasibility of riding bikes through the city, and the local parks during our conversation. Another strong point about my experience working with Raeni is that she made me feel like the staff really care about the quality of your new home. Not only did Raeni personally help me locate my apartment building but she followed up with me multiple times to ensure that everything was just right with my apartment and overall experience. I was very appreciative to have someone like Raeni helping me amidst the chaos of moving to a new city. In short, I was thankful to have someone like Raeni assisting me during my move. Raeni's friendly personality and commitment to the Camden resident experience provided a strong, positive first impression of my new home in a new city. For those reasons, she deserves a shout-out.”

Earlier this month, Edgar came to fix the door within a few minutes the request was placed. A few month earlier, Edgar came late at night to fix an alarm.
