“Estos apartamentos es un asco y la manager es una ladrona porque a mi me robo $200 de deposito y nunca me los devolvieron.. Senores si piensan rentar. Estos apartamentos de porqueria y mejor busquen otros porque estos apartamentos estan feos y caros y los rateros se la pasan abriendo lo carros y quebrandoles los vidrios.. Este lugar es un asco ...”

“These apartments are horrible, thank God I only made a 6 month contract with them kids are always in the parking lots without supervision, the is a loud odor of weed and to top it off when I called the office they put me on hold for shop long I wad able to get in my car and drive to the office just to find our they were laughing amongest themselfs. I tried to tell them about the water being turned off for long periods of time but all I got was rude responses. From the leaking ceiling and slow ac I've had issues with these apartments from the second week I moved in. Save yourself the headache and the expense because they are very high for the quality you get 655 for a one bedroom and no utilities are covered in this price”

“The apartments are alright, the people are cool once you get to know them. Everything else is descent. Nobody messes with nobody. Just throw a ----in party and let everybody come over! I like living there....”

“New management old management these apartments are trash. The apartment above mines tub was leaking and mines was too they refuse to fix it because it would cost to much to fix it. All they do is patch up work. Mold is in the walls they just paint over the water stains so if you want to be able to breathe at night do move here. The rent is to high for these roach invested apartments. Dont believe me if they ever have an apartment to show check the rotted wood under the sink. The have huge holes where rats can come in from. I litarellay can push the wall in from the uptairs flooding . The laundry room is disgusting. Drug dealers live here along with the drug addicts. I recieved a notice in the mail of a child molestor livng next door to me. So if your a criminal this might be the place for you. They need to shut these apartments down. Seriously.”

“New management company came in. By the time I there, the other people told me they me the new team threw bad ones out, better lighting, care of grounds, frequent police visits. Gal in the front office helped with problems but there's a zero tolerance if you are the problem.”

“Everyone is on Section 8, so they don't give a care about their surroundings in the complex, but the office staff is the worst!!!! You complain and it falls on deaf ears. You can't find the owner or talk to someone in charge about problems. because they won't give you that information. It should be posted for tenants in the office but it's not, You are helpless and you can only find sol-lice in the police and then it's only so much they can do...You really don't want to live here...Run Away!!!! “The people living in this aparments are ok, but the management are no good. They have been at least 10 breakins in the complex and " NOBODY HAS GOTTEN A NOTICE AS OF HAS HAPPEN" and the landlord uses the office like her personal hotel she comes and goes as she wants at any time, even on weekends. You don't even get a notice when some one needs to come into your unit when they need to do repairs or any thing else. I seen people selling drugs in the front of the complex (inside the gates) and nothing has been done. The wash rooms don't work you'r better off going to an off site facility.”

“well at first glance they seem like some terrible apts.. but for the most part...so far... they havent been that bad. other than loud music...bad --- kids runnin around outside all times of night and a staff that half fixes any problems you have its a pretty decent place to live. Had a bath tub where they had painted the inside of the tub white, was peeling when i moved in and they have came and fixed "repainted it twice". Its almost always a group of kids outside fighting but for the most part it seems like if u keep to urself nothing is a problem. another thing the washers and dryers are always broke and so is the entrance gate.”

“Just looking at the apartment sucks. The doors are close to each other and it just look nasty and ------. I will never live there. My husband wants to move to these disgusting apartments but i do not want to. I want to live somewhere where i will be safe and not afraid.”
