“My experience here was fantastic. The office staff, especially Betty, was always very helpful and nice. George and Armando (the maintenance staff) were amazing. They took care of any problem we had quickly and efficiently. I never had an issue with roaches because the apartment complex had pest control come spray inside your apartment every six months. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a new apartment.”

“My family and I first moved here in 2016 and this place felt like home from day one. The management is super nice and helpful in every aspect of ur living. The maintenance is super effective and helpful also. This been the best experience I've ever had at any apartments and is the safest. I've never had any problems that the management didn't fix in a timely manner. Great place to live.”

“Oh Gosh!! I almost forgot to write a review about this place, the complex looks nice on the outside and all, but the management is horrible, the manager said they don't care about the reviews. Well for those who are thinking about moving into this place, the management is always complaining about something and overcharging on a every opportunity they get. Lack of parking space, they pick on every little thing, pool, blinds etc. People get into the complex to stock you or steal. After the hurricane we got infested with roaches and rats, I called them multiple times to report the incident and they did not do anything to control the situation. I got into a lot of arguments with betty the leasing consultant always very rude and getting into the people's business. I lived there for 3 years and it was the worse place I've ever live.”

“Vivo aqui desde hace un año y tengo que destacar que es un Lugar limpio y,acojedor,tranquilo con Buenos vecinos y una muy buena seguridad. Tambien vale destacar el esfuerzo que hace el equipo de mantenimiento con efficacia y rapidez para nuestra satisfaccion.igualmente el de Las muchachas de la direccion.Que hacen todo lo posible porque todo se resuelva todo lo mas pronto posible.Saludos.”

“This was my first apartment and I learned a lot from this experience! The staff, Betty and Anner are very sweet and helpful with any issues I had. The only down side about this is parking, it is limited especially if you have guests. The assigned space you have is very tight so I would always park in the visitors which is first come first serve. This complex is very quiet! I never had issues with noise and my neighbors were very sweet. any issues I had with maintenance were handled immediately.”

“I have lived here since February 2017. I have never been late with rent. I invited some friends to the pool and got kicked out and got a very rude betty. Office staff is absolutely rude. The guy that is the parking manager or law enforcement guy is very rude too ! He took away my parking because he couldn't park. There is only 1 parking per apartment, so if you have 2 cars you have to go park all the way to the back. They say exterminator come on Tuesday ! Aha never has been to my apartment . many roaches problem and I only sleep here . I don't even cook! Security I guess its okay . No complaints about neighbors! The water has been cut off I don't know how many times since I live here . & yes i've payed on time. Ohhh & I'm currently with no water due to I don't know why at 9:51pm . Overall, 1 out of 5”

“Well what can I say...., Let me start off by saying that Betty is a very rude person. she seems nice at first but she's not. shes been giving us a hard time since we moved in. I try not to deal w her. I cant wait for our lease to be up so we can leave. Betty is a nightmare. if she weren't there. we would stay. the bathrooms are outdated especially the bathroom sink. you only get one assigned parking so if you own a second car you have to park in the back in the visitor area and its hard to find a spot. stay away from here..”

“I love this apartment complex. The only reason that I left was due to me receiving a job offer in Dallas, Texas. Betty and Annear are amazing. Those two ladies will make sure their tenants are satisfied. Whenever I need something fixed in my apartment, they made sure it was handled right away. The complex is quite and safe. I would definitely live here again.”

“I lived at Hunter's Creek Apts for 3 years and had the best 3 years I have ever had in an apt. Anner is very fair and always polite and courteous. Betty is also amazing! Both of them are quick to make sure you have everything you need in your apt. Maintenance is SUPER! They can fix anything in your apt. They are professional and Ive never had to wait more than 48hrs for a service job. Most maintenance request are completed in 24 hours. The apt complex is very quiet, small community within the gates and neighbors are very friendly. The parking lot is well lit at night. Gates are always working, if they happen to break, it is fixed asap. I could go on and on about this complex! Overall, a great place to call home.”

“I would not recommend this apartment complex to any one. There is only one parking space per apartment. If you have two vehicles you will need to search for parking way in the back of the complex and hope that you find a spot. My car was towed and I was told by the assistant manager that I was parked in a residence parking. Which was not marked so how would I have know it belonged to a certain apartment. The office staff is extremely rude. The have no patients with there residents. If you have a complaint or issue they are quick to give you an attitude both the manager as well as the assistant manager. Horrible place to live. The management company who owns this apartment complex needs to train there staff to have better customer service and they seriously need an attitude adjustment because without there residents they would not have a job to support there families.”

“I've lived here since 2009 and really like it here. The complex size never feels over crowded to me, issues when they come up are always addressed in a timely fashion, and the staff is great. Although it's changed management since I first moved here, they have always taken care of me, been nothing but polite, and I know for a fact genuinely care about me and their other tenants. You can't ask for more than that from any management staff. Great place.”

“I move in Oct 2016 and since then my rent has gone up 2 times, I was very upset went to the office to find out why and all the assitant manager could tell me was that it was because of the market rates going up. I was so upset there were new tenants in the office and I told them I wouldn't lease from them if I were them, and the assistant manager got all mad and told me I better stop talking ---- and I told her I can talk all the ---- I wanted to talk.Also they are always having problems with the water and I have ask them serveral time to come fix my stove and everytime they come it get worse am having to cook with just two burners, also I was in the office one day and a tenant was in there complaining about termites holding a clear bags full of termies. I would not recomment this apartment to anyone the staff are very rude they need more training.”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The grounds were always kept nice clean as well as the clubhouse. My only concern was leaving messages in the event of an emergency. Office staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone.”

“Muy complacidos con este complejo de apartamentos. El àrea es buena, no sufre inundaciones. Un ambiente tranquilo tanto fuera y dentro. El Residencial bien limpio, se respira un ambiente agradable, la atención del personal de la oficina y mantenimiento excelente. Estamos muy a gusto acá desde hace mas de año y medio.”

“Gun shot outside the gate., My car parked inside the community parking, hit by the bullet crossing 2/3 fences. See attached pictures. It's all about the Safety of our kids and family members and quality of living.. If it happened somewhere outside grocery,gas station that is different but I experienced it in the community. which was also the main reason for me to vacate from here. Break-In: During my stay, I knew there was many break-ins inside the community. Termites Problem: I had a termites problem,all over the apartment living room, bathroom, bedroom , mainly all the sides of the wall/ carpets. later it was treated by the pest control. It was a nightmare and horrible experience for my family. See the pictures. Rent's are higher for this old apartment,and quality of stuff like blinds / wooden work finishes / Tub Surface/ carpets are POOR,. In winter season blinds and wooden surface corners turns really worst and very difficult to maintain. If the water hardness peeled off the poor tub surface, you have to pay :-) For such a rent they charged, they ar I saw other apartments offering good quality. I don't like this. Good thing is limited apartments, your service issue may be fixed in a day or two. School, Park, Playground's are nearby. Easy commuting. Leasing Office employees , expect delayed response. Often noticed the door says "We will be back at.... Overall I would not recommend this property to anyone.”

“I had a great experience living in Hunter Creek. It was nice and quiet and very pleasant. I decide to move because eveytime you renew your lease your rent goes up fourty to fifty dollars. The problem that I have is when I moved out the unit I made sure the apartment was cleaned and vacuumed. I took out the time and covered every hole in the wall cause by hanging of pictures however they still charged me for cleaning the unit and a so call carpet stretch? I paid my rent on time and left in good satnding and they still nickled and dimed me out of one hundred and fifty dollars of my depoist. That's just wrong in my book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“These apartments are very nice considering the area. I went in to look for a 1 bedroom but the prices are more than what I had in mind right now. This place offers alarms in the units, assigned parking, nice swiming pool, free wifi, and a gym. It's a good deal but like I said not in my price range right now. The ladies in the office were very friendly, It was the first office that I walked into were I actually felt welcomed and comfortable. I'll be back in a couple of months to rent.”
