“Mi nombre es Odadis Monde, Vivo aquí hace un año y me a gustado tanto que volví a renovar el contrato, en este lugar hay una seguridad absoluta, sus áreas siempre están impecable, sus trabajadores muy amables, cuando voy a la oficina a reportar algún afectación no pasa una hora sin que vengan los de mantenimiento a resolver el problema, mis vecinos tranquilisimo, no tengo de que quejarme en realidad. Es mi experiencia personal y se lo recomiendo, no se van a arrepentir! Estaré aquí por siempre!”

“I have been here since 2010, I enjoy living here never late on rent so when I have a problem it should get done in a reasonable time. My air conditioning had been off for 2 days and you find out if have to wait till Monday, so I guess 24 hours maintenance is false advertising to renters. I'm one person don't like to complain but this is on called for a menopausal person.”

“I hate it here. The management sucks. They do illegal nusiness. The manager is NEVER unbusy to answer the phone or talk in person. The security guard's suck as well. The management is very rude. DOES ANYONE KNOW THEIR CORPORATE #?? Plz”

“Some of the staff can be very rude but definitely not all of them. It is true that they neglect things like rain damage to our ceiling, in favor for building a wall around the complex. Its almost July, and the swimming pools are still closed with no real reason as to why. I think they do not realize that they are losing their good long time residents and faithful tenets due to their mismanagement.”

“I do like the apartments but the staff sucks. The only one to ever talk to is Tifdany! Shevis the best.I got questioned by yhe male staff witg an accent why I wanted to talk to the manager. I habe a leak in my cwiling from the storm and its been two days and they still habent come to fix it! I dont want mold! I have two small children. The roachesnare.crazy disgusting and whoever they have come.spray doesnt work!:i love my apt i jusy hae their rude staff.”

“So i Made a post in April about how much I hate this place. But I didnt know i would hate it even more. The entire staff has no manners and professionalism and feel they can talk to you any old how. Tiffany acts like she dont know anything and leaves out important information about things. Like fees due and lock outs. I was out of town in April when all of this happened. I paid my late charges and thought everything was taken care of. Now fast forward to today June 12 I get a call from Sylvia who is freaking rude and talks when you're talking. but anyways she says i owe 160 for a returned check from April. Why the hell is this the first time im hearing about this. I called in April to get the amount I owe and paid it. No notices, no phone calls nothing. obviously im thinking this is taken care of. Shes telling me i should of known that I owed money. And shes telling me how much other people owe and that they trying to collect money so they can fix the apartment thats why shes calling me to get the money. I told her im not paying and she threatened to evict me. Everything and the grace of God saved that woman's life because i wanted to snatch those braids out of her head for how she was talking to me. She is rude and a smart --- and i really dont appreciate and have respect for people like her. they treat you like if you are begging to live here and fail to remember i pay to live here. Oh and AC doesnt work in this 100 degree weather, no hot water for days and no repairs are done on this roach infested apartment complex.”

“I just left the office complaining about the customer service and seems like they were more concerned about my professionalism! That really ticked me off that the manager came out of the office in defense of the leasing agent. I am so full of anguish that they want me to be professional ; what about themselves! There was an African American gentleman there and he at first seemed to be concerned ; but as soon as things got heated , he looked at me like they did! WOW! I take that back he may have just been African ; because a brother ;(AMERICAN) wouldn't sell us out regardless because they respect us Black American Queens. Don't get me wrong I was married to a man from Cameroon for 18 years and he told me unfortunately some will embrace another race ; before they will their own brother! What a lesson for me and I've been a heck of a teacher! These people threatened to call the Police on me ; said I can't get out of my lease , Tiffany will lie to you and on you in a heartbeat ; Ana the manager had her back and the gentleman there could careless! I feel like I'm paying to be insulted , threatened and talked to like they don't need my little change ; I've been here going on six years! This is the most depressing time of my life to finish school and fight Cancer! I've never given up on my goals nor this disease , but I'm so tired of all of this , it's really trying to my health! I must break this lease and move on , please trust me I lived in Meadows Southwest for 5 years before they took over and I never had that kind of issue ; to run my blood pressure up! I feel bullied and plan to give this up soon! Please don't stress yourself moving in this dump! You health will be at risk , your freedom if you don't catch yourself! Thank God for common sense prevailing , I just walked out so angry I couldn't see and injured my leg in a pothole! LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AT NIGHT AND THE WEEKEND ; ESPECIALLY MONDAY MORNINGS! What a blow to my Ego and pride!”

“I HATE the new management! They're good for nothing! The manager doesn't care about the residents and the rest of the staff is just plain stupid! The management before them had the work orders handled promptly were respectful unlike these new --------- that hang up in your face. Nasty trash everywhere and crime is also picking up!”

“SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT, THE LIGHT OUTSIDE MY MOM'S APT IS OUT AND HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. IT IS VERY DARK AT NIGHT AND ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN TO HER WALKING TO AND IN HER APT. SHE HAS HAD ROACHES LIKE CRAZY AND NO ONE HAS CAME TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY BROTHER'S ROOM CEILING FAN HAS BROKE AND HAS YET TO BE FIXED. “falls of wilcrest 2010-2014 i absolutely refuse to call Anna a worthless ignorant clown of a manager for fear of enraging worthless ignorant clown managers. i will say she lacks English language education, an ability to speak the truth (rather than out her ---), and management training and experience. her assistants seem to be embarrassed to work for her but must really need the job. one month and then it required session of earbending, public embarrassment of, and delaying a maint worker from duty by occupying their cart to finally get stove repaired. hot water off 6pm-9am 3 days in a row and all day thanksgiving. worst possible timing for most folks who work and need to do laundry, dishes, shower.”

“New Management is horrible. They always want money quick but never fix anything in your apartment. Every week I have a problem with cold water. Today on Thanksgiving I do not have hot water. I can't even take a shower on Thanksgiving Day before I go to my family's house. Roaches are bad also. Do not move here...”

That been going on for a while now, And no one is responding for work orders Corporate really needs to step in and do something about there property management”

“As of this very minute, the coke vending machine has been burst open and it's right by the mailbox, a high traffic area. Someone's Dodge is on crates right now, all four tires gone. Office golf cart has been vandalized and maintenance office sprayed with gang graffiti. They smoke weed openly all night and day. I haven't seen security for months. We all make choices. Be ready to live with them. Make sure your tires are locked up. Get renters insurance. Arm yourself cause you will get robbed walking to your vehicle. I have counted 8 vehicles on bricks so far.”

“Wwoooww has Falls of Wilcrest come a l loonggg way! The transition from old management to new management was horrible! Trash everywhere, dumpsters overflowing, stray cats lurking, a mess! Management finally got people to pay the money they owe (and evicted those who hadn't, yes!!) and now they keep the complex clean and I definitely feel safe here. Sure you may see some kids with their pants sagging, but where don't you see that?? I've been here for a yr and a half and I have no problems with my neighbors, everyone here is pretty friendly. Because of the improvements here I would definitely recommend it.”

“DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS, theyre so quick to add fees to your month to month rent but cant keep apartments clean. the gardeners dont ever pick leaves up. They just took the dumpsters away for I dont know what reason, theres never any hot water always a damn problem with something, people letting their kids play in the parking areas where they can get hit! These aparments look so trashy but say theyre trying to keep clean which is a JOKE cause they dont do anything but charge extra fees for every little thing cant wait to get out of here soon!! Im so done with these ratchet apartments!!!”

“THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!! THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND THE NEW STAFF IS WORSE! A MANAGER WORKS THERE AND WILL NOT EVER GET ON THE PHONE BECAUSE SHE IS EITHER BUSY OR IN A MEETING. A WOMANS HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO AND THE MANAGERS NEVER CAME TO CHECK ON HER PROPERTY AND DIDNT FIX HER DOOR PROPERLY AND STILL HAVENT FIXED IT! WORK ORDERS ARE NOT BEING DONE. HAD AN ISSUE FOR OVER A WEEK AND CALLED EVERYDAY WITH A PROMISE OF IT GETTING FIXED. I MISS THE OLD MANAGEMENT TEAM AND STAFF. I DO NOT PLAN ON RENEWING MY LEASE OR WILL I TELL ANYONE TO MOVE HER. THE FALLS OF WILCREST AND THE FALLS OF WILCREST MANGEMENT GROUP ARE TERRIBLE! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I MISS MISSY!!! NEED A MANAGER THAT WILL MANAGE THE PROPERTY AND NOT SIT IN HER OFFICE ON HER BUTT ALL DAY! AND A MANGEMENT COMPANY THAT ISNT RUDE, WONT GIVE YOU THE NAME OF THE PERSON YOU ARE SPEAKING TOO, OR ONE THAT DOESNT HANG UP IN A RESIDENTS FACE! I CANT WAIT TO MOVE DO NOT LIVE HERE!”

“This place isn't as bad as the reviews say that are, yeah there's roaches but kill em and problems solved, I live in the back and it's great. Sure my neighbor smokes weed but he is cool I haven't been robbed don't worry the back apartment is very good cause there is kids every where playing soccer and I can leave my wife at home pregnant by her self at 3 in the morning to go to work and she still be safe I love it her for now cause I'm moving to an apartment across the street cause it look better but meadows southwest is amazing I called for maintenance and they were there the same day.”

“Roaches Roaches and more Roaches .. Theses people are a JOKE. Second week my work truck got broken into. No Cameras work on site but in the office protecting the mouths that tell lies. Dope asking around every corner .. Never seen. Exterminators that dn't leave notes off present visits .. Trash everywhere lazy Azz neighbors .. A women got her window shot of bye Young punks bye mistake fighting .. *** A Baby was In the house ****** I will never live their again . I'll rather sleep under the I-10 overpass. .. The last week off the Least my car got towed in wrongful manor and the tramp lied in the house .. I had very nice furniture but had to trash everything cause the roaches .. My kids were terrified the hole 365 days off that nightmare trash apartment ...”

“Current resident and I am so ready to leave!!! These apartments are such a joke! They know how to charge for everything but can never fix any problems. Roaches, trash, cats, hoodlums, loud music, everything is ------- wrong here it's disgusting. I called for maintance TWO months ago! And someone has yet to come help me! The two little girls in the office DONT KNOW ANYTHING! I am at this moment looking for the higher up apartment complex owner or something to file a report and hopefully get a resolution!”

“I don't see HOW these apartments have a positive rating. The Cops stay in these apartments almost every week or so. There was a shooting in the apartments when I first moved in. The apartments are old and sometimes outside certain buildings you can smell a foul odor. Some of the residents play loud music in the late hours of the night. This one lady went around the complex asking for money. Stray cats are everywhere. Then the ROACHES. They are live in my refrigerator, little cracks and crevices in my kitchen and in my bathroom. It is literally infested with these little pests. They have someone come and exterminate, however it doesn't work and the staff are incompetent. They tried to charge me late fees twice because of THEIR mistakes. The gate system is a joke. Always jam packed with people trying to get in. PArking is fair, people generally stay to themselves, the maintainance crew are very friendly and helpful, but my goodness, I am ready to leave this hole. As of 01/02/2014: There was a man who was shot, yes shot, right by my building. not in front of my building, but right on the first floor of my building. A few nights ago, my boyfriend and I heard more gunshots outside our window. Also, the pipes break or go out often so sometimes you can be left without water. insulation here is trash. There are a bunch of hoodlums hanging around the apartment complex during the day (no surprise about break ins) and smoke weed around the park which is for the kids. Also, the gate stays broke. If you choose to rent here, make sure your fixtures are updated. I still had old ones in my unit especially in the restroom where they went out on me. I am so ready to leave this disgusting place.”

“Roaches and bats are a MAJOR problem (honestly)... This apartment is a good place to start if you need to repair your credit/rental history or have misdemeanors. Prices are kind of high considering the environment. Roaches are in the walls, exterminating only temporarily fixes the problem. They tend to get in the fridge (which I don't know how that is possible) and recently have seen what I believe are termites. Very well kept landscaping, pool seems to be kept clean, but the people in the apartments bring down the appeal by leaving trash/trashcans, shoes and clothing on their patios. The people are not too loud but someone was murdered around 04/2012 in the building next to the one I was residing in. If you are looking for quality, this is NOT the place. But if you need somewhere "decent" for about 2 years or less to repair your credit then I'd say, take a chance. They're NOT too bad, but definitely not a grade B... I would say a C- or D.”

“Well, I can see some one needs to sing some praises of the Meadows SW apartment complex. I have lived here for 12 years, in four different units. And I LOVE IT. Was born and raised in Houston - North side - and I like this side of town just fine. Am a single white female, BTW, and walk around this area, night and day and feel perfectly safe. The office staff, Terri, Missy and Daisy are always friendly and very helpful. My neighbors are nice and respectful. Have been through a fire, yes my apartment was involved, but the management accommodated my needs afterwards. The fire was due to a neighbor's negligence, not the apartments! In 12 years have only had my A/C go out once and a refrigerator. Both were repaired/replaced promptly. Sure, there are people in the area that are not nice, yeah, there is theft, mischief and undesirable events in this complex, BUT - HELLO you are living in a city of 2 million people - SO that is going to happen. And yes, if you don't keep your home clean you will have bugs, anywhere in Texas. So don't be such a pig and clean up! Really!!! This area is wonderful as far as location, to all areas of the surrounding area of Metro Houston and beyond. Am glad I found it and will be here for years to come. Don't bring your grief and negative vibes here but if you want a cool place to call home - then come on over. And, please give my name, I might get a gift card for referring you! Rock On Meadows!!!!
