Mi nombre es Odadis Monde, Vivo aquí hace un año y me a gustado tanto que volví a renovar el contrato, en este lugar hay una seguridad absoluta, sus áreas siempre están impecable, sus trabajadores muy amables, cuando voy a la oficina a reportar algún afectación no pasa una hora sin que vengan los de mantenimiento a resolver el problema, mis vecinos tranquilisimo, no tengo de que quejarme en realidad. Es mi experiencia personal y se lo recomiendo, no se van a arrepentir! Estaré aquí por siempre!

I have been here since 2010, I enjoy living here never late on rent so when I have a problem it should get done in a reasonable time. My air conditioning had been off for 2 days and you find out if have to wait till Monday, so I guess 24 hours maintenance is false advertising to renters. I'm one person don't like to complain but this is on called for a menopausal person.

I hate it here. The management sucks. They do illegal nusiness. The manager is NEVER unbusy to answer the phone or talk in person. The security guard's suck as well. The management is very rude. DOES ANYONE KNOW THEIR CORPORATE #?? Plz

Some of the staff can be very rude but definitely not all of them. It is true that they neglect things like rain damage to our ceiling, in favor for building a wall around the complex. Its almost July, and the swimming pools are still closed with no real reason as to why. I think they do not realize that they are losing their good long time residents and faithful tenets due to their mismanagement.

I do like the apartments but the staff sucks. The only one to ever talk to is Tifdany! Shevis the best.I got questioned by yhe male staff witg an accent why I wanted to talk to the manager. I habe a leak in my cwiling from the storm and its been two days and they still habent come to fix it! I dont want mold! I have two small children. The roachesnare.crazy disgusting and whoever they have come.spray doesnt work!:i love my apt i jusy hae their rude staff.

So i Made a post in April about how much I hate this place. But I didnt know i would hate it even more. The entire staff has no manners and professionalism and feel they can talk to you any old how. Tiffany acts like she dont know anything and leaves out important information about things. Like fees due and lock outs. I was out of town in April when all of this happened. I paid my late charges and thought everything was taken care of. Now fast forward to today June 12 I get a call from Sylvia who is freaking rude and talks when you're talking. but anyways she says i owe 160 for a returned check from April. Why the hell is this the first time im hearing about this. I called in April to get the amount I owe and paid it. No notices, no phone calls nothing. obviously im thinking this is taken care of. Shes telling me i should of known that I owed money. And shes telling me how much other people owe and that they trying to collect money so they can fix the apartment thats why shes calling me to get the money. I told her im not paying and she threatened to evict me. Everything and the grace of God saved that woman's life because i wanted to snatch those braids out of her head for how she was talking to me. She is rude and a smart --- and i really dont appreciate and have respect for people like her. they treat you like if you are begging to live here and fail to remember i pay to live here. Oh and AC doesnt work in this 100 degree weather, no hot water for days and no repairs are done on this roach infested apartment complex.

I just left the office complaining about the customer service and seems like they were more concerned about my professionalism! That really ticked me off that the manager came out of the office in defense of the leasing agent. I am so full of anguish that they want me to be professional ; what about themselves! There was an African American gentleman there and he at first seemed to be concerned ; but as soon as things got heated , he looked at me like they did! WOW! I take that back he may have just been African ; because a brother ;(AMERICAN) wouldn't sell us out regardless because they respect us Black American Queens. Don't get me wrong I was married to a man from Cameroon for 18 years and he told me unfortunately some will embrace another race ; before they will their own brother! What a lesson for me and I've been a heck of a teacher! These people threatened to call the Police on me ; said I can't get out of my lease , Tiffany will lie to you and on you in a heartbeat ; Ana the manager had her back and the gentleman there could careless! I feel like I'm paying to be insulted , threatened and talked to like they don't need my little change ; I've been here going on six years! This is the most depressing time of my life to finish school and fight Cancer! I've never given up on my goals nor this disease , but I'm so tired of all of this , it's really trying to my health! I must break this lease and move on , please trust me I lived in Meadows Southwest for 5 years before they took over and I never had that kind of issue ; to run my blood pressure up! I feel bullied and plan to give this up soon! Please don't stress yourself moving in this dump! You health will be at risk , your freedom if you don't catch yourself! Thank God for common sense prevailing , I just walked out so angry I couldn't see and injured my leg in a pothole! LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK! PLEASE CHECK IT OUT AT NIGHT AND THE WEEKEND ; ESPECIALLY MONDAY MORNINGS! What a blow to my Ego and pride!

I HATE the new management! They're good for nothing! The manager doesn't care about the residents and the rest of the staff is just plain stupid! The management before them had the work orders handled promptly were respectful unlike these new --------- that hang up in your face. Nasty trash everywhere and crime is also picking up!

SHE HAS HAD ROACHES LIKE CRAZY AND NO ONE HAS CAME TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY BROTHER'S ROOM CEILING FAN HAS BROKE AND HAS YET TO BE FIXED. TRASH BAGS ALL OVER THE PARKING LOT, CARS ON CRATES, ALL TIRES MISSING. CAN NOT WAIT FOR HER LEASE TO BE UP, WILL NOT BE SIGNING AGAIN!!!!!!
