“I stay here now an been here since January 2017 an i must say that the stories i use to hear had me scared to move here honestly, but now that i heard they remodeled every since the storm, its really improved. I love the fact that they enforce the rules, u fight or do anything thats against Apts rules, u will get kicked out an i do mean LITERALLY leaving ASAP. Im so thankful of the management, they are awesome an i just love Mrs. Linda, a great woman an im excited her an managment is here. They really cleaned these Apts up an i feel very safe, they have cameras, so trust me u are on CAMERA... CHEESE lol. But the only thing i might say they need to have is more trash cans, two at each location, cause when full it looks horrible cause ppl just throw trash by it. But over all i will recommend a person to move over here.”

“Aunit Court is a death trap one way in one one way out my 17yr old brother got killed on July13,2005 in ArborCourt parking lot by a drive by shooting they had security on duty but they was no help they was In a female resident unit around the time it took place. The office manager Tracy Jones is a rude lady never once apologize are gave sympathy for my brothers death.The office staff or all related and unprofessionalpeople or still getting killed in these apartment and nothing is being done about it by the city or office staff”

“i lived there for 4 yrs. Thank You Lord is all i can say,first off all The ----- ------- had the nastiest attitude, --------- as didnt know what the ---- she was doing and then there is ---- if it wasn't for telephones that hoe aint ---- in person.The apartments were horrible counter tops falling dwn water was nasty and dirty atmosphere was horrible they just could not get it together over there. Thank you lord for my Housing then they wanna put a letter on your door talking about a inspection they need to remodel all of them units the apartments were horrible as i said before.”

“I have lived here for a while now. knowing how this place was and how it is now I think it has came a long way. Management and maintenance work very hard each day to make sure this place does not go down hill once again I applaude them. I have sat back and watched them get rid of the bad element little by little. I have to admitt they do get attitudes from time to time, but if you see what they deal with on a regular basiss it is completely understandable. I completely recomend anyone who isnt coming to cause trouble to move here”

“SIDE AFFECTS OF ARBOR COURT APARTMENTS: -UNSAFE AND SAD CHILDREN. -SICK CHILDREN (DUE TO MOLD,DIRTY WATER AND DEPRESSION) -ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR CHILDREN (OTHER THEN A HOT DRUG INFESTED PARK). -DAMAGES TO YOUR OWN PROPERTY DUE TO LEAKS AND MOLD. -RENT LOW (BUT NOTHING WORKS,WHICH MAKES THE LIGHT BILL HERE HIGHER THEN HIGH). -LIGHTS ARE CUT OFF DAILY. (CENTER POINT IS HERE). -NO CABLE TV OR DISH (WIRING IN APTS UNDONE). -NO CLEAN CLOTHES (WASH ROOM CLOSED DOWN ALMOST 2 YRS NOW). -WASHATERIA IS TOO FAR FOR WALKING. -LAST TO KNOW INFORMATION(NOTES ARE NOT PASSED OUT WITH DUE TIME). -SURPRISED EVENTS (BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH BROWN WATER OR NO WATER). -LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT (DUE HEALTH AND LACK OF REST). -LOSS OF TRANSPORTATION (DUE TO THIEF).”

“I have lived here for almost a year. OMG! could someone come help the People Of Arbor Court. My apt is falling apart, there are a lot of WATER AND MOLD DAMAGE. The owner Should be held accountable for his open disregard for the lives on his PROPERTY. Everyone working in these apartments should be punished for there involvement. The front office is full of unprofessional people. whom do not value there positions. I would recommend some classes to help there entire stuff understand that even sick poor kids deserve to live in a clean and safe environment. Due to my health and children I can not move out. Are only help, will most likely come once 2 or more resident DIE form the poor living conditions. THE CITY MOLD DEPT STILL HAS NOT COME OUT, 7 MOS AGO THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD MAKE SURE THEY FIXED THE MOLD WITH IN 20 DAYS. HUD is also a where of this as while. I HAVE CALLED IN ALL THIS AFTER GOING TO THE HOSPITAL IN THE EMS FROM MY APT DUE TO BREATHING PROBLEMS FROM MOLD. HEY MOST LIKELY THANKS TO THE OWNER,HUD AND THE CITY Of Houston. WHOM ALL KNOW OF THE MOLD OUT BREAK. I WILL MOST LIKELY BE THE FIRST VICTIM OF THE MOLD. DONE CRYING HAD TO SEND MY KIDS AWAY FOR HEALTH REASONS. HOPE THIS LETTER ALONG WITH ALL MY COMPLAINTS TO THE APARTMENTS, HUD AND THE CITY ARE FOUND AND OTHER RESIDENCE come forward once this mold takes me under. IF SOMEONE COULD SEND A SECRET SHOPPER LIKE PROGRAM. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THERE FINDINGS. All there up stairs apartments are old look as if they have not painted since move in 5 yrs plus. They do not help residence clean rugs ever. And most people do not have all working appliances. (UPSTAIRS) LOL! YEA THE APT ARE DRUG INFESTED, BUT THE FUNNY PART IS HOW THE OFFICE KNOWS. “I have lived in arbor court for 3 years now and boy have they changed...the property is extremely quiet at night...they have a wonderful play ground for the kids and the maintance is good on the property inside and out...Its not what it used to be noisy and drug infested and trashy they have made it a place you would enjoy living at.”

“These apartment s are pure trash. The leasing office does not fix anything and the termites and rats run you clean out. My Pantry and cabinests are falling apart witht e touch of a feather. My hot water takes 20 minutes to get hot. The office staff she get new jobs because they are unwilling to help!!!!!!!”

“These are by far the worst apartments in Greenspoint. I lived there for over 15 years and know from experience that it's the worst living situation imaginable. The neighbours are loud and inconsiderate. Children run around the apartments day and night. There are frequent shootings and in the 16 years I lived there, there were 5 killings (that I know of) in the apartments. <br><br>Parking: A nightmare because you never know if someone is going to break into/steal your car. <br>Noise Level: Aside from the blaring music, loud people and children, police sirens, and frequent drug busts?<br>Grounds: Horribly kept, the gate worked maybe 2 months and was never fixed, trash and debris everywhere.<br>Safety: I know someone who watched three guys shoot and kill someone in broad daylight. Enough said.<br>Quality: The apartments have been through 3 major floods where all the bottom floor apartments were submerged for days. They were supposedly re-modeled, yet with the cheapest materials available and the upstairs weren't touched at all.<br>Maintanence: It takes forever, if at all, for anything to get fixed. Anything. There's really no point asking.<br>Office Staff: Changes with the wind and usually the most unprofessional.<br><br>In case you wonder why I stayed so long, I grew up there and had no choice.”
