“Property is in a great location. Office staff and maintenance are very helpful, always take care of things when needed. Recommend this apartment community to anyone looking. Prices are reasonable and people are friendly”

“Omg I never stayed in a place like this it’s bugs and roaches everywhere I turn. Everything I try seems to not work. It doesn’t matter how clean you are their there falling out your front door you can literally smell’em and see bug feces everywhere. I’ve been here 2 years been asking for an exterminator he came by once ONCE left and didn’t do any other apts around me which doesn’t makes sense. I have a small child who’s constantly sick because of these bugs they get on EVERYTHING it’s ridiculous on top of everything being outdated, and falling apart smh it’s definitely not worth it if I could’ve I definitely would’ve picked somewhere else before them but didn’t no one call until AFTER I moved in and seen the chaos. But if you don’t mind doin you own extermination (before you move in or out) (because you will be taking some with you) and chulking because there literally coming from under the rugs, base boards, and sinks around the doors, in the fridge and stove it’s literally crazy. Then you don’t even get new filters when maintenance come by they take that old dusty filter outside and shake it off and bring it back how po is that smh. It’s so much more I can name I 100% don’t recommend ESPECIALLY for parents with small children!!!!”

“Willow Green Club Apartments are one of the worst living experiences I've ever had. I have had maintenance issues since March and it is now September 27th. The grounds are somewhat kept because of the lack of up keeping in the apartments. The office staff is very unprofessional and there is no real management or corporate office for this property so you can't report them is what they tell you. I have been here 4 years and this will definitely be my last year. My rating would be 1's across the board because they do try to keep the grounds kept. Nice for show but the inside of the apartments are made with glue and duck tape that's a nice way of putting it.”

“I have live at Willow Green for over 3yrs I love my office staff and the property. never rude always go the extra mile. I have been late on my rent a few times . I was treated bad or talk to crazy. Good people good place.”

“I've lived in these apartments for almost three years I haven't had any issues up until this past year with management every since Tara took over ---- just been down heel all she cares about is charging you fees that's the only thing she keeps up with but if u complain about noisy neighbors or need anything fixed its never taken care of!! Not to mention her ------ --- attitude she's always rude to u! They only have one dumpster for the entire complex and think that u want to walk from each end of the complex to get to it and if u don't they charging u 75$ for garbage like seriously! Now besides all of the that the apartments are nice they keep the property clean I've never had a problem with noise besides my ------ neighbors or any break ins I feel very safe here. The bad thing is they have a pool a clubhouse and a gym but they keep it closed since people don't monitor there children smh. At night no one is hanging out the only time u really see people is when the kids come from school or go to school. If u wanna rent here ask for gale because Tara will run u away with her attitude”

“I'm so sorry for anyone that got suckered into moving into these apartments the management is horrible and so are the ------ trash that calls this place home....I'm sorry to b so blunt but my experience was just that horrible. I lived here in 2011 for about 5 months n had to move out. I promised that one day I would leave a review on the torture I went through. My neibors was so noisy they didn't work n played music all day the office told me that I should just deal with it. I was robbed twice one car n the other unit. Do not underestimate the words tax credit that basically means that anyone can get in even felons Wen people live off the government they lose the since of entitlement feelin as if every thing is suppose to be handed to them losing the ambition that makes u human .if u are a regular hard workin individual pay the extra money move elswhere n not subject ur self to this type of world. Sorry to b so blunt again but warning signs are in red letters for a reason ....”

“I lived here for 3 years. I never had any major issues. The staff was always friendly and took care of my issues in a timley manner. When I was without a job they even worked with me on rent payments till I was able to catch up. I never had any saftey issues or issues with residence and their compnay hanging out in the we-hours of the morning. Granted I lived in the front right across from the office. I moved because I wanted to downgrade in size and they didn't have a 1 bedroom in the front of the complex available. No issues with dogs or cats running loose, just kids but what do you expect from kids, thats what they do. Very Nice place to live, could use better carpet & closet doors but other than that I was 100% satisfied.”

“I have lived here for 2 years and I have watched the complex decline. The new management company sucks. They take very long to answer maintenance calls and you have to call several times, only to get the run around and lies. When the new management took over they did a remodel but installed all cheap appliances. I didnt have any problems with my old appliances and now I have had more problems with the new stuff than the old. The over the last year, we have noticed a negative change in the people who live here. In the past few weeks, there has been 2 shootings. No one was shot but it was day light when kids a usually outside playing. About 6 months ago, someone tried to steal my car, they were unsuccessful but managed to break my ignition. The trash never makes it into the compactor, its always piled up outside the compactor, you can't even get to the compactor. I am so ready to move out!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX!”

“My husband, three children and myself have lived here for over a year. The new office staff have been very good to us. The apartments have all been updated with new appliances, counter tops and flooring. The location is perfect for walking and being conveniently located to everything. The apartments aren't a bad size. But.... there is no private outside space like a patio or deck, there are young adults who should be working instead of hanging out around the property, the only amenity worth while is the pool and that's if it's clean. The good majority of the people here are too lazy to watch their own children at the pool or bus stop, trash is everywhere because they are filthy and it's too bad. This property has a lot of potential if the upgrades had been higher in quality as far as the linoleum and painted vanity tops and if about 80% of the people living here would be excused. Our family generally feels pretty safe. If you're not sure of the area or need to have a place to live while finding something more ideal then it would get you by. It's a stepping stone to a better choice at this point but I wouldn't be surprised to see it turn around in the future. There are pests, we are incredibly clean people and it's an ongoing issue. We have to have pest control out regularly and it keeps it under control but it's not great. Basically, your safety isn't as much of an issue as your preferences are. You may not be very happy but you'll have a place to live. :/”

“No, the quality of life has declined. Roaches are bad!!They install new appliances and tile, but the roaches are still behind the infested cabinets. Low income residents' children who don't go to school are now permeating the place, hanging around in the daytime smoking weed, fighting, and breaking into cars at night. Residents throw their trash outside the trash compactor miles high. It's no longer safe here or clean.Everyone has a pet and their is pet poop wherever you go.They just open the door and let the pets roam until they are ready to come back home.”

“Don't move here Dalcor are the new owners and they are all over ripoff.com the staff is very unprofessional and far from friendly. The security gates never work, there are no amenities like they talk about in the brochures, police are always dispatched for something, the traffic in and out the complex is non stop. I hear music all times of night and nothing is done. The roach problem is getting worse and the new owners never offer pest control. There is only one way to dispose of trash In the back of the complex and most of the time it's over flowing with trash everywhere. Baskets from the near by grocery store are all over the complex I just hate living here.....You get what you pay for I guess”

“This place is a nightmare. There is A LOT of drama! Recently a shooting of a female cop happened and they said the killer lives on the Willow Green Apartments and was on the lose. They had everyone in the apartments on lock down. No one was allowed out and no one was allowed in. We also had teenage kids putting condoms on are door and whenever we told the office about it they said it is not there problem. The head staff lady thinks shes the queen. I cant stand her. She is rude. There was another insident where some girls beat up my daughter and her head was bleeding. They wouldnt let us leave, but when the girls tried to run they didnt go after them until we said something. They were just watching them run away so they wouldnt get in trouble. These apartments have a nice apparence, but thats it. I do not recommend Willow Green Apartments!”

“i would love to get out of my lease ive had problems with only one of the woman in the office staff who treats me like im stupid im sick of the roaches that now has infested my apartment if i knew a way out and a way to leave i would there has been break ins into cars late at night and someone tried to rob a pizza guy a while back i would not reccomend these apartments if i were u id keep looking!!! i have kids and these bugs are not helping i keep my place clean and i bombed nothing is helping i do have photos of the bugs i cleaned out from behind my fridge and under my cabinets and i to was fooled cuz when i moved in i didnt scope the entire plce out and roaches now have taken over when i didnt have bugs before!”

“So I was a little hesitant to move in because of all the bad reviews, but the price was really good. When we first moved in there were no bugs. Because of the reviews we made sure before we moved anything in to go over every crease/corner of the apartment and cover any cracks and things with chaulking. In the past four months that we have lived here we have seen ants outside our apartment, but none inside. We haven't seen any roaches...thank goodness. There is about 2-3 of one type of bug we've seen. And two junebugs. So about five bugs in total since March. We've made it a point to keep our apartment clean and not attract any bugs. I think it really depends on your cleanliness and precautionary measures. The ladies in the office do act as if they have better things to do when you go in, but the guy is nice and always helpful. So honestly, for this price and size of apartment it really doesn't get any better. And about all the bug comments... You just have to be clean and make sure to not attract them. I haven't had any or heard from my neighbors of any break ins. Although I'm not friends with my neighbors they are friendly people whom I say hi to whenever passing.”

“I've lived in houston for 2 years now and this is by far the worst apartment I've stayed in EVER! The community, the roaches, the office staff - ALL HORRIBLE! Twice my children and I were charged by a pitbull walking to our apartment from the parking lot. My son suffers asthma so the roaches did not improve the situation and just before we moved out he suffered an ear infection from a roach crawling into his ear. That was the last straw! Against rental policy I found some poor SOB to take over the lease and my children and I ditched. Incidentally the same time I moved out so did 2 other neighbors, all while a new unsuspecting family was moving in smdh. . .they ha questioned why so many ppl were moving out. My reply "google it"”

“Thanks God I found this site!!! I was looking around for an apartment in the area at the beggining of the month of august and me and a friend decide to stop by for information and guess what? the first we saw is a two officer from the houston police department with one of the residents seated in the front office. When we been inside the office one of the office workers yelling like crazy i don t know her name but she looks like -------- and she is in a separate office and telling to the personel on that office that she have access to the residents key and the resident have to think twice before messing up with her because she knows how to be getto too i don't know what kind of situation they was handeling but that was an horrible expressions and a really bad impressions. specially when comes from the manager of the complex WOW with that kind of office staff i don't want to deal I feel sorry for the residents”

“I sure thought of these to be good apartments being that I was referred by a friend who reported no problems. I saw a model and also requested to see the actual apartment prior to me moving in. Then, I was told my apartment would be ready far in advance from my move in date. However, it wasn't. I asked to see the apartment before I sugned the lease, but that did not take place. I went to the apartment with the leasing agent to do the condion form and found too many issues that haven't been handled. I saw one roach thought it to be dead in a drawer. I walked away to look over the apartment and went back to the same drawer. IT WAS GONE! Now as a resident, I have had numerous issues with the rented washer and dryer. Waher would not properly clean clothes leaving them in standing water. Maintenance came to repair it but it still half-assed cleaned clothes. Later cam to replace it, but then the replacement overflowed running water would not stop for 30mins, getting everywhere. I even have fish that the roaches love to sit around the tank and on the edge of the water. The roaches appear to be getting worse as I keep requesting for pest control. I am able to get out of my lease, but I think there is some underlying issues that they are going to try to stick me with later on down the road. The service from the agents is poor and rude. I nearly busted someones chops for taking my complaint personal as I vented about my numerous issues and needed them addressed ASAP since I just moved in 2 1/2 weeks at that point. Can't wait to move, just disappointed I wasted money and moving expenses to do it all over again. The roaches are ridiculous. I fogged the apartment before moving all my stuff in the day I signed my lease. I returned the next day to find the roaches on the wall as if they were welcoming me in. I even experienced roaches crawling on a plate I was preparing to make seconds that I left on the counter for just a minute to pick up my child's plate. I even have a fish tank that they like to sit around and sit along the edge of the water.”

“The staff was not helpful and very unprofessino.A staff member by the name of Tarra ask 4 food!!!!!She put her order on her buisness card!I was say she was a little to freindly.I didnt know we had to buy lunch for services.”

“I have lived here going on about a year. At the time I was desperate and tired of looking for a place that accepted Section 8. Anyhow I fell in love with their Model apts. And said ok I'm sold. Man big mistake!!! Asleep one night I felt something crawling on my arm I woke up and saw a roach crawling on me!!! Talk about disgusting. I swear the whole complex is infested with them. I even talked to both of my upstairs neighbors and they even have roach problems. I think the only good thing about the apts is you never have to worry about getting your door kicked in cause it opens opposite of most doors. Thank God I will be moving out soon. Like the other reviews say keep looking. Oh and as for their management and leasing agents I havent seen the same people since I have been here except for maybe two! That cant be good either.”

“Thank god im about to be out of this hell hole. Been here for a lil over a year. Worst experience living in an apt. EVER. Cockroaches galore... and just over all cheap. Now i guess for the price you kinda get what you pay for... but the management could do a way better job keeping this place in shape. Already had a shoot out right in front of my apartment a few months back. They have 2 security guards... that come and go. Gates never work. Dont be fooled by the model either... when i moved into my aptartment most of the stuff wasnt even in mine, hence my closet doors and things of that nature are made outta of tin metal -_-. Honestly you could do much better off somewhere else. Hope this helped.. .im just being as honest as i can. Dont want anyone to go thru wat i have the past year.”

“i moved in the end of august 2010 and so far have had to file a police report for assult. have had threats to kill me at my front door. witnesed multible domestic violence. security gates have failed to work 29 of the 32 days that i have been here the houston police officer that filed my police report toled me these apts have the most 911 calls in the county. maintaince is allmost non existant. roachs and spiders are the worst i have encounterd . on the positive side the apts look good from a distance. the rent and floor plans are good. unless your a cat with 9 lives and desire to adopt roachs and siders as pets ....run the other way”

“I have lived here for almost 10 months now... and it is the worst place i have ever stayed. Management is SOOOOO slow. Maintenance... dont even get me started. It was fine for the first 3 or so months then COCKROACHES took over... Exterminator came twice and it just made them worse. They do not seal the apartments correctly one of the Bug guys even told me this. They just leave to the other apartment and come right back over. I have lots of spiders also and had an ant problem. They were coming in from the broken vent to the dryer, we asked several times to be fixed. 3 months later... still waiting. Thank god my lease is up. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone... keep looking!!”

“Apartments are adequate, but the mangement, maintenance is very lacking. They misinform you to get you in and when you leave I hope you aren't expecting your deposit. A small hole in the wall equal needed new sheetrock, a snag in the carpet (no fault of your own) equals completly new carpet in the home. They nickle and dime you to death. On top of that, I had to deal with drug dealers, rift-raft walking in/out of the area at all hours of the night. Even had to deal with a prostitute, who woke us up talking extremely loud outside our apartment. What lady wears hooker heels, super short mini skirt at midnight?!?! Not a safe environment for anyone who has kids. Listen to whatever red flags you get, I had one. Why does the apartments only allow the pool and gym to be open during office hours, HMMMM.”
