“They've been letting the new tennant in apt 1610 leave their dog on the balcony to die without any food or water. The dog has been out there since the dog abuser moved in several weeks ago. The balcony is covered in urine and feces. The apartment management won't do anything about it.”

“My experience here was the worst. Do not move here. Management unlawfully entered my apartment. Threatened me . As well as never came to fix the rat problem for a second time. Everything was broken. Water was always off.”

“DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They are unprofessional, don’t fix ----, and are complete liars who don’t care about their tenants. When I first moved in the unit they gave me still had rusty nails in the carpet, the unit was not cleaned, was covered in mold, and had a broken washer/dryer with sitting water in it. Then they flooded my unit trying to take out the broken machine. Then they took over a week to fix the flood damage. And just recently my unit was broken into and instead of fixing the door they gave me a cheap piece of drywall and nailed it to the outside of my broken patio door so now I have a door that spits out glass constantly and they won’t give me anything to seal my unit so I’m not constantly freezing. DO NOT MOVE HERE, ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH IT!”

“I started reporting ac and mildew/ mold November 8,2021…it’s December 10,2021 I’m still waiting for maintenance to come fix the ac and mold/mildew problem…still making reports in person, leaving messages, making request online… the office staff tell the same lie each time I go in…”

“the worst apartments ever. having a link the closet for 2 months and no one has come out to fix it. parking lot is all tore up and the dont seem to care. i can go on and on! the people in the office just let the phones ring and ring and dont even attempt to help answer them.”

“You handled some of my Maintence requests. Several were cancelled and left undone when I left. I received my final bill from you and paid it in full on time and you still tried to send me to collections. Didn’t work as of course I had proof it was paid but was still yet another horrible experience. My mailbox was broken into at least 3 times right next to the office. Never was this truly addressed… just replaced the lock and continued to allow the ignorance to continue. Shocked to hear my review? Really? Maybe that’s because I was ignored when my concerns were presented and when I realized it wasn’t going to be addressed I quit wasting my time. As with anywhere there is good and there is bad. Unfortunately in this complex the bad far outweighed the few decent people I did experience here. I’m sorry you didn’t like an honest review. Highly recommend you start with a true clean up of the property. From the tenants to the trash.”

“HORRIBLE PLACE TO MOVE!! I moved in at the beginning of january 2021, at first everything was okay! but now that i’m 7 months in… not so much anymore. first off, the roads are absolutely ridiculous, and full of pot holes! if you expect to get valet trash just because you pay for it, i promise it’s a waste of money! the roaches are literally your roommate that won’t pay their half in rent; the compressor on my fridge went out because of roaches being inside it! i called and told office management to put me on the list to have my house sprayed for pest control… ya know since i do have to pay for it every month even if they don’t come spray. the dumpsters are always so full that people have to put their trash on the ground, and that causes it to get all over to driveway. during the freeze of 2021 my building was the ONLY building left without power and when i finally was able to call the office about it they told me it was my responsibility to call center point to have them come turn the ENTIRE buildings power back on! and to top it all off… if you expect to have a hot shower or even running water HAHA look elsewhere, because we repeatedly have water shut off due to “a pipe burst” or “a problem with the sprinkler system”. i’ve lived here for 7 months and i can count on ONE hand the amount of times i’ve had a HOT shower… RIDICULOUS!!! now for the last two weeks i’ve had a problem with my sinks (bathroom AND kitchen) not draining, my toilet not flushing and continuously overflowing, and my tub not wanting to drain either, i contacted my office management and let them know about the problem and requested that i were to be called before any maintenance person entered as i work nights and sleep during the day, and also let my dogs roam about my apartment. the lady i talked to told me that since i’ve requested these specific instructions that my work order would be pushed back, and could possibly be taken care of in a lengthy amount of time from now as they have “back orders” on other maintenance tickets… moral of the story… save your money!! unless you like overpriced one bedroom boxes with roaches! and not to mention the amount of suspicious activity… the guy on the bottom floor of my building constantly has people pulling guns on him, just a few weeks ago someone broke his sliding glass door, and robbed his apartment… nowhere on my lease did it say i was moving into a gun range and insect farm at the same time!”

“Do NOT move in! Maintenance does not do their job. I have put in work orders and they were cancelled. I have an open request for maintenance for 10 days. I have called the front office to speak with the manager but conveniently they aren't available. I've sent messages on the app and they've ignored them all. The staff is useless as well. I can't wait to leave!”

“The staff are great people, ever since moving here I've had nothing but problems with the apartment. I vacuumed up so much dog hair and with that fleas! I told the staff and gave me options, either I can choose to have a post control come over or they can get me a new apartment. I asked them if we can do both, if I would move I wanted to make sure I wasn't taking the fleas with me. Staff said they would call me to let me know if I can get a new place. They did get past control and fumigated the place, I vacuumed again and still found fleas. I emailed the front office on February 27 but haven't had a response. In the email I also let them know that there was a leak and did not come to fix it till March 2. I also did tell them about the leak in person but nothing happened for 2 weeks. My husband made his own work order on there application and came the next day. Since the fleas are still sticking around we do not really stay but slowly I have noticed that the light bulbs are burning out. Not a big issue, I got my own light bulbs but for some reason the next night the light bulbs went out as well. Today, March 3 2020, I got curious and opened a small closet which holds the heating unit, I believe, and found bones, some white dust, left over screws, trash, and a rat. I am hoping I get some recognition from the owner to solve these continues problems. I have a 2 year old and when she sits on the carpet I find fleas on her!! I have been back and forth from my inlaws to come back here hoping everything will be okay. Now that I found these things today is horrifying.”

“I know someone that live in these apts, and they ----, one girl in the leasing office don't know nothing but swears she know everything, my friend put in a mantainance request before Christmas (it's mid January) and still no response, the roaches are horrible and there's no security lighting here so it's very easy got something to happen here, I wish my friend wouldn't have never moved it, these people are ------ liars and thots”

“Been living here 2 years now. Friendly staff. 24 hours maintenance for emergencies. Apartments are great, haven't had any problems, staff are always helpful. Leasing agents are amazing. Would recommend to anyone.”

“My experience with Circle at Point Park has been excellent from the start of the leasing process. I have only been living here for 3 days, but I must say, thus far I have been well taken care of. I am a single mom moving from out of town with a 5 year old and I am currently expecting. My son and I have been living with friends and family and even homeless for a few weeks. Once I was ready to get my own apartment I contacted the office and I was informed about the wonderful specials they offered. My leasing agent was Miss Lirio, but I was also assisted by Miss Ashley, and Miss Devona when she was not available. I thank these ladies tremendously for all of their help and hard work for get my application submitted and approved, getting my family moved in, and taking care of my every need. They have been patient and worked with me from the very start. I showed up to the office really late after I finally received my approval and they all stayed after hours to help me get set up and sign my lease. It was almost 9pm when I finished paperwork and received my keys, but the dedication they showed me to help me get in my home brought tears to my eyes. They knew nothing about my situation but I am blessed that they cared enough to take the time to make sure I was well taken care of and my son and I finally had somewhere to lay our head as "HOME!" Everything was not perfect upon move in, but that's life and some things are just not in their control. The concerns that I did have I reached out to the office and they assured me it would be taken care in a timely manner AND it was. Again, I thank these ladies for doing their best for their residents and being dedicated to their jobs. I will forever be grateful that God has led me to a place of caring people who go above and beyond their duties to make this apartment complex great. I would recommend Circle at Point Park to anyone! Ask for --------------------------------------- and I can guarantee your experience will be beyond your expectations.”

“I have lived here for 8 long years. We have had many issues in our apt. and takes forever to get fixed. I have a list of things to throw at them. Most recent ones are....1. I notified the office not once, not twice BUT 7 TIMES THAT THE OUTSIDE LIGHTS ON OUR BUILDING ARE OFF. My husband called about our dishwasher being broken...3 times..THAT WAS A MONTH AGO. Now today...I go out to get in my car and another car is in the RED ZONE and so close to my car that I could not get in. Office came over, took pictures, and supposedly emailed the towing company. IT IS NOW 9:46 P.M. AND THE CAR IS STILL THERE AND THE OTHER CAR IN THE OTHER RED ZONE IS STILL THERE. I am from NY and up there we refer to places like this as SLUMLORDS. ??????????”

“My experience has been pleasant, safety is always a concern anywhere for me The Staff both Jessica are exceptional and attentive to your concerns, my family Stays on the property and they too are content, is there room for improvement of Course, but for the most part it's fine at least the parking is designated not yet Any way and it's quiet to be a large community, I don't have roaches and rats And I been here three years sits in a beautiful community and wherever they are people Trouble is somewhere close from Millionaire dollars homes to least expensive ones We are living in the last days where people are going from bad to worst, finically it's given Me a budget I can handle, I like the fact when things come up you don't get thrown out They work within their capabilities Kudos to Circle at Point Park ........ “Had trouble getting into the complex today since a teenager was murdered in the apartments. Already couldn't wait to get back to my roaches, cold showers, and the constant smell of weed consuming all the parks. Dont live here.”

“I would not suggest moving here at all! The crime rate is only getting worse at the apartments and yet they are doing nothing to fix it! THERE IS NO SECURITY, NO CAMERAS, and NO GATES so anyone can walk into your apartment area at anytime! My apartment got broken into from the second floor due to a broken lock they still haven't fixed! Not only that they charged me a incorrect rent amount on the 1st and when I talked to rose Martinez in the front office she told me multiple times "it's common sense to know your rent amount". I tried to contact the property manager to get the issue resolved but yet no has still contacted me! As a resident I feel as though they don't care about my safety here at the apartments nor the complaints that need to be resolved!”

“I can't wait for our lease to be up so we can get out of here! From the moment we moved in there were nothing but problems. The foundation of the units are terrible. There's so many holes and cracks that should have been fixed before I moved in. The ac wasn't even working! Maintenance had to replace the whole motor. Upstairs neighbor has heavy feet but the foundation is so bad, I really feel like he's going to fall through the ceiling one day. Roaches and spiders from day one! You can put a request for pest control but it doesn't help. Disrespectful neighbors always outside blasting music all hours of the night. I've complained at least three times, called the cops, and sent emails but have gotten no response from the office. They go over your lease before you move in but they definitely don't tell you about the hidden fees. The list on my rent bill got longer and longer the first 3 months I was here. Gun shots and people fighting every night. Pizza Hut won't even deliver here because there's too much crime. I'm just ready to go and would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. I could be paying the same amount in a much nicer place.”

“I have lived at Circle for a few years and can honestly say I have enjoyed my stay. We are zoned to Cy-Fair ISD which is important to me, being that I have grade school kiddos. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a great area.”

“This place is disgusting, I had mold building up and they would not come fix it all they did was wipe it off. They had no care In the world. They don't care about their tenants at all. I don't recommend anyone to move here. The shooting the roaches the mold it's all bad”

“When we first moved in our apartment it was infested with roaches and ants. You can see that they didn't clean before painting as there is dirt in the paint. We survived 2 shootings that have happened here and the front office will trick you into paying more than agreed upon signing. My husband and I will never live here again. Please don't live here unless it is the last choice you have!!!”

“I've been here for 2 years. Phones almost never get answered. Manager was once rude to me while I was minding my own business. Maintenance at times never show up when scheduled. Pest control almost never shows up when requested and on times that they do show up, very minimal work is done. Almost kicked me out for supposedly having a dog that's on the restricted list (Which later on I proved my dog breed wasn't on that list). Even though I went through so much trouble for my dog to stay, I see more and more residents walking their dogs that are obviously on the restricted list. Apparently at this complex, roaches are your roommates. Random apartment buildings seems to get burnt down at least once a year here. Small thing I learned recently, pizza hut don't deliver here at nights anymore for safety reasons. Don't trust any of the vending machines and don't trust their washer/dryers, both steal money. Nice gym though.”

“i love this community because of their quick response to maintenance issues. I love thestaff if I am face to face with them. the grounds are kept up well and the laundry rooms are nice and spacious. The pools are always clean and no one uses them much so I am usually alone.”

“From the day I moved in there were problems. Many of them. From the electrical box being labeled improperly, to the never ending roaches, to the daily crime, to the poor management. I haven never in my life had roaches I always clean after cooking and before bed. They were so bad that I would bomb weekly because pest control only seemed to make them worst. They would crawl on my headboard of my bed and sometimes get into my bed. It got so bad the office would take money off of my rent for the amount of money I spent on bombs and bug spray. Work orders take forever to be fixed. When they finally do come to fix things they never complete it. And the workers always say they can only fix one certain thing then you have to wait for someone else to come fix the rest of the issues. One day I came home and found the workers sitting Indian Style on a sheet having a picnic. Nothing was completed that day. Whenever I would speak with Mary (manager) she was rude and unable to assist with anything. Terri Hampton was just as bad. My ceiling leaked from the time I moved in to the time I moved out and the only thing they would do was replace the Sheetrock and not the cause of the leak. That caused mold to produce. And they refused to fix it. I had to have the microwave replaced and when it was replaced the new one had roaches harvesting in it. On several occasions roaches would fall out of the bottom vent into my food whole cooking. The crime rate is just as bad as the living conditions. On two occasions I woke up to the something like the swat team over a megaphone telling someone to come out with their hands up. There was also a dead body found in the back yard. After it would rain there would be standing water with sewage in it. I could write a book about how horrible it was staying here. But to sum it up Horrible living conditions horrible management save yourself the trouble and please don't move here.”

“I have live here over six years. I was rob on July 23 2016. April 23 2017 i was shoot twice. I have been to the office some many times since August about the bathtub and uts November and nothing is still not done. The office will tell you what you want to hear to get you out of there. Being over charge pet”
