“My wife and I moved in with the kids, and they all seems pretty happy with the place. The kids do enjoy playing the pool during the summer time as I cook BBQ for the entire family. The price for this units is most reasonable.”

Affordable in a safe area with great schools in walking distance, quiet neighborhood. Very well kept for older complex! I love it !”

Managment- Grace is always very attentive, pleasant, and she has an amazing outgoing personality and is friendly, she makes me feel I am very important. Grace is very professional. I always have a wonderful experience with her.”

— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“Please do ! "Stay Away" I would not wish this complex on my worst of enemies . Ive lived here because of circumstance only for over 2 years. Here is just a quick list of my issues and many others . #1. Manangement ( their livelihood, don't anticipate understanding) #2. Rent cost and hikes #3. Landscape poor ( they charge $9.95 per month for lawn care also.) #4. Parking ( so tight) many have 3 or more cars a unit. #5.Roach infested (they charge $4.00 per month for a boric acid treatment you can do for less. #6.Bed Bugs ( they will blame you though they are in units and charge you for control) #7. 30 plus year old inside air units that cost you dearly to run ( that's if it's working?) They avoid needed replacement cost . #8. No water pressure ( plus gets shut off frequently) #9. Black mold ( hidden with kiltz) #10. Dog poop all over landscape ( bags always empty) #11. Laundry is filthy at all times #12.Trash dumpsters over full , trash all over the place. #13. Maintenance? Never but one on staff ?? Way too much work for one. #14.No interior or exterior upgrades This is a quick assessment. But just know " Look Elsewhere”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I love the fact that the property Is so quiet. I don't like the fact that the property Isn't gated.I see alot of surrounding apartments getting make overs, and Wolf Creek needs one. Some nice landscaping something to give It life.Apartment units need to be upgraded also.Washer/dryer In units, appliances, etc. If the property were gated there also wouldn't be a problem with random people dumping trash on the property. This Isn't a bad property at all.Just needs a lil love. ??”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“Great staff and neighbors. I couldn't have picked a better place. Very quite and the grounds are clean all the time. The pool and dog park are perfect.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I have lived here for a year now. I have never lived in an apartment that I felt so at home in. I have had nothing but a great experience. It is so nice to be able to walk around and the staff is so friendly. When you go into the office they are so nice and take the time to really get to know you. If I have ever had an issue they take care of it very quickly. They follow up and keep you informed with whatever is going on. This is one of the quietest places I have ever lived.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“My gosh where do I even begin. I moved into wolf creek on December 31st, 2016 and had signed up for a 7 month lease. I would simply like to say this is the most horrible experience I've ever had with any apartment complexes. There's such a horrible roach infestation and we just recently found bed bugs in our apartment. I'm not one to complain but I believe I owe any potential renters the truth. You pay the money but certainly don't even get what you pay for . I've learnt the hard but pay more to get a nice apartment and save up to get a home.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“If you are looking for a complex that really cares this is the place to be. We have a great experience with the office staff and maintenance. They follow up on your work order when you place one and call you to give updates. They have done a lot of improvements in the last year, the place is really starting to turn around. I don't have a roach problem like the people posted below. I have a couple of friends that live in the complex they don't have a problem either. We have enjoyed our stay here and will be renewing our lease this month.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“DO NOT RENT THERE !!!!! BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS BUGS. I killed probably 30 roaches A DAY. I am no exaggerating. They do not do scheduled spraying. It's pointless to just request my apartment to be sprayed when they don't do the other apartments around mine. The managers are freaken lazy. I had to asked numerous times for stuff to get done and after asking a few times it gets done. The pool was shut down for months even after they fixed whatever problem that was wrong with it. This was during the end of the summer when it was still 85 degrees outside. The property has horrible lighting and is unsafe to walk out in during the night time. I could go on and on. It is not worth the rent we paid. PLEASE don't learn the hard way.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I have lived here for 15 years now. This is a great place to live and I will be renewing my lease again in August. I really like the new staff in the office Leslie the manager is really good at what she does, she is never to busy to listen to what you have to say and she has completely changed this place for the better. They are adding lots of great things the dog park was a really great idea, they are fixing the parking lot which is good its gotten really bad over the years. They do a great job at cleaning up the place. They have gotten all the bad people out. It doesn't sound like a college dorm anymore at night. Reading the reviews I have never seen any graffiti on the buildings before. The dumpsters are bad but that is from people in the neighborhoods dumping on the weekends. If you talk to the office about a problem, they will take care of it. Chris the new maintenance guy is great, very polite and really cares.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“Absolutely ridiculous a 2 star rating is way too high for this -------- you pay outrageous amount of rent for crap apartment roaches doors broken sliding glass doors don't work toilet constantly runs graffiti all over the outside of the building outrageous fees. Do not rent from these people absolutely ridiculous!!!!! They allow pets if you're willing to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“What a disappointment! Is there a number to reach a supervisor???”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. I have had so many issues, and the managers do not care. They never answer the phones, and they are very rude. I have had at least 11 work orders and Ive only lived there for 5 months. 8 hours before i was suppose to move in i was called and told my unit was not ready and i was moved into a different unit without even seeing it. the 1st day my garage disposal broke and was not fixed for 2 weeks. there was mold in my bathroom and i had zero hot water pressure. they came and cut out the mold in the bathroom, but left the hole for about 6 weeks. the shower situation was horrible it took the 3 months to fix the problem, and multiple " maintenance men" tried to fix it..it kinda works now, but i still feel it was a half assed job. next my kitchen sink was leaking and it took them about 2 weeks to fix, then my AC started to leak, and it still does. all they did was defrost it. there is always trash scattered around the complex and no one picks up after their pets. the manager Lesley is the laziest person in the world, and they do not give a ---- about anyone. she never returns phone calls and hides in the office when i come in. I will NOT be renewing my lease and I will keep giving wolf creek, or should I say ---- Creek bad reviews.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I have lived here for over a year now. I just renewed my lease I couldn't be more happier. There were some issues in my apartment from when Stacey the last manager lady did not get fixed. The new manager lady Leslie she apologized and was so upset that my issues did not get taken care of she had the maintenance guy at my apartment that afternoon. The office staff is new but they are all so sweet. They did raise my rent I was a little worried about that but the manager talked about it with me and offered to do some upgrades in my apartment to make it nicer that was pretty cool. She did say that they are planning to add a dog park and a bbq grill which is really cool since there are not really any amenities. The ladies in the office really seem like they care about the community and keep it clean. The one thing I do not like is not having washer and dyer connections and there are not enough washer and dyers in the laundry and the students from u of h never pick up their trash but even that seems to be getting better now.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“Bed bug problem ongoing currently in many apartments including mine. Roach infestation. The management is just as bad!!!! Maintenance sucks!”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“THEY HAVE ROACHES!!!!!!! REALLY BAD I HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR A MONTH & I HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME FOR THEM COMING TO SPRAY FOR ROACHES THAT WERE ALREADY HERE BEFORE I MOVED IN, FOR AS MUCH AS IM PAYING I DONT THINK I SHOULD BE HAVING THIS MANY PROBLEMS. THE MANAGER RACHEL IS A LIAR SHE HUSTLES PEOPLE INTO LEASING APARTMENTS, SHES SO RUDE & HONESTLY HAS A ------ ATTITUDE SHE ACTS LIKE SHE KNOWS WHATS GOING ON BUT SHE DOESNT HAVE A CLUE HALF THE TIME. MAYBE SHE WOULD KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON IF SHE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE ONE TIME INSTEAD OF LETTING IT RING, AND ACTUALLY GOES TO WORK, EVRYTIME DURING THE WEEK I STOP BY THE OFFICE TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE THEY ARE CLOSED BEFORE 5:30PM OR THE ARE JUST NOT IN THE OFFICE WTH A "WILL RETURN" SIGN. I dont recomend these apartments to anyone. The staff & maintenance are horrible. They ignore you &hustle you. Do not live here.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“This place is horrible! The assistant manager walks around smoking in front of other people's apartments. They do not follow through and it takes them months to take care of issues. Maintenance stinks and it takes months to get things fixed. The manager is rude and doesn't know what is going on half the time. Trash overflows from the dumpsters and ends up piled on the ground.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I moved to this complex in september, and have not had any problems at all. The location is good. The complex is always clean. Rachel DeLaGarza in the office is the best! From the day i came to tour the property she has been so attentive. If i have a question she is always quick to help. She goes out of her way to make sure thibgs get done. I love living here, and with office staff like Rachel, it makes it more satisfying.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“I love this place!! Rachel is the best!! If she says that something is going to get done you had better believe that it will. She is always very friendly and helpful.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“this place has got worse than it ever has been, the new manager Leslie will lie to you face about anything to get you out of the office. they will not address complaints & are so rude. they will tell you parts are ordered & it not be true and she fired the maint. man because he was too old!!! this poor man would work until 9:00pm just to finish & his younger help would go home at 5:00 & she would tell him he takes too long to do anything.”
— 16100 Space Center Blvd · Houston“Apartmentratings required me to leave atleast one star. If it were up to me this place wouldn't get a star at all. I never leave reviews, mostly because I feel they are a waist of time. I just can't let this place go without the proper review. This apartment complex is by far the worst place you will ever live. I was here from 2012 to 2015 and dealt with more than 3 different property managers and over 5 different assistant managers. They lost my rent twice. They took 6 or more months to fix a roof leak. It took them just as long to fix the mold it left behind. Our a/c leaked into the downstairs apartment, they fixed it within 2 days, but when we told them about the mold they said that was low priority. That was over 2 months ago, we just moved out and the mold was still growing on the wall. We called them multiple times regarding our garbage disposal leaking. When the maintenance man came to look at it, he claimed it was fine, but 1 week later, it stopped working completely. When our 2nd and 3rd year leases were up, they never provided us with the renewal price. For this complex (as with most), they require a 30 day notice if we are leaving. During the second year I asked the office when they would be sending one out. (I did this for 2 months every week until our lease ended), the asst mgr would tell me we should be getting it within the week. Of course as previously stated, we never recieved them. So the day before our lease ended I asked managment again and she claimed we never gave 30 days. I explained, at the time we never wanted to leave, and we asked why our renewal notice never came. They claimed it wasn't their fault, and raised our following year rent by $200. I tried to contact their DM, but he never responded. I called him everyday for a week straight, and left a message every day. He never contacted me back. From the very first day we moved in, we had extremely noisy neighbors. In the apt beside us and the one below us, there were always more than 5 people living in the 1 bedroom apartment. They wouldn't start making noise until 11:00pm. We complained countless times, but nothing was ever done. Anytime the apartment was renovating, this made it impossible to park or even drive around the parking lot. There would always be nails and other hardware lying around during and after construction. There is quite a bit more, but I will begin to finish this short story, just adding a few more pieces. On my last day at the apt complex there was a new manager, (of course). As I'm asking, again, why we didn't receive a renewal notice the mgr claims they only do that as a courtesy. When I told her I asked 30 days prior what it would be, the mgr before her said we would be getting it. The only response she could give me, "that isn't my fault". I tried to call the DM again, to give him my input about his managment at this complex, but of course it was not the same DM, but a completely different DM. The company US Residential Group is not capable of keeping any sort of management around longer than a year. All of the managers I dealt with were extremely rude, refused to help, and had no sense of customer service. Leaving the complex, as I'm walking to my car, I see a little blue bag, a out a quarter of the size of a sticky note, filled with white crystallized powder lying on the sidewalk. Keep in mind as you are reading this, the location of this complex is in a very nice neighborhood, with an extremely low crime rate. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope it assists in any apartment hunting in the future. .”
