My wife and I moved in with the kids, and they all seems pretty happy with the place. The kids do enjoy playing the pool during the summer time as I cook BBQ for the entire family. The price for this units is most reasonable.

I've lived in wolf creek for less than a year and I'm very satisfied with this complex and staff. Anything I need gets taken care of immediately. Affordable in a safe area with great schools in walking distance, quiet neighborhood. Very well kept for older complex! I love it !

I am very pleased with living at Wolf Creek apartments, its a great place to live in. Managment- Grace is always very attentive, pleasant, and she has an amazing outgoing personality and is friendly, she makes me feel I am very important. Grace is very professional. I always have a wonderful experience with her.

Stay clear of this place please ! Bugs Mold Rent hikes Manangement Repairs Parking Too much to mention ! High priced dumps Don't let the fresh paint and carpet and management fool you into renting please !

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS FOR ANYONE. MAINTENANCE : ISSUES DO NOT GET FIXED UNTIL AFTER YOU GIVE MANY COMPLAINTS AND OR MOVE. CLEANLINESS: NOT GOOD AT ALL PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY APARTMENTS HERE I HAD BLACK MOLD ON THE CEILING THAT I TOLD THE FRONT OFFICE ABOUT CONSTANTLY AND THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF IT. THE A/C WAS BROKE THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF MY LEASE AND THEY DID NOT REPAIR IT LIKE THEY SHOULD HAVE THAT IS WHY I AM STUCK WITH A 217.00 ELECTRIC BILL IN A 917 SQUARE APARTMENT AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

Please do ! "Stay Away" I would not wish this complex on my worst of enemies . Ive lived here because of circumstance only for over 2 years. Here is just a quick list of my issues and many others . #1. Manangement ( their livelihood, don't anticipate understanding) #2. Rent cost and hikes #3. Landscape poor ( they charge $9.95 per month for lawn care also.) #4. Parking ( so tight) many have 3 or more cars a unit. #5.Roach infested (they charge $4.00 per month for a boric acid treatment you can do for less. #6.Bed Bugs ( they will blame you though they are in units and charge you for control) #7. 30 plus year old inside air units that cost you dearly to run ( that's if it's working?) They avoid needed replacement cost . #8. No water pressure ( plus gets shut off frequently) #9. Black mold ( hidden with kiltz) #10. Dog poop all over landscape ( bags always empty) #11. Laundry is filthy at all times #12.Trash dumpsters over full , trash all over the place. #13. Maintenance? Never but one on staff ?? Way too much work for one. #14.No interior or exterior upgrades This is a quick assessment. But just know " Look Elsewhere

I love the fact that the property Is so quiet. I don't like the fact that the property Isn't gated.I see alot of surrounding apartments getting make overs,and Wolf Creek needs one.Some nice landscaping something to give It life.Apartment units need to be upgraded also.Washer/dryer In units,appliances,etc.If the property were gated there also wouldn't be a problem with random people dumping trash on the property.This Isn't a bad property at all.Just needs a lil love. ??

I have lived here for a year now. I have never lived in an apartment that I felt so at home in. I have had nothing but a great experience. It is so nice to be able to walk around and the staff is so friendly. When you go into the office they are so nice and take the time to really get to know you. If I have ever had an issue they take care of it very quickly. They follow up and keep you informed with whatever is going on. This is one of the quietest places I have ever lived.
