This is definetelly a place I can call home, is not only about the beautifull common areas, a great pool, wonderfull surroundings full of trees and nature, it also about a great staff that makes you feel like they are always taking care of you, they create a sense of community by monthly activities and are always ready to help you if you need.

Staff is awesome. Although it is apartment living, I love the area and the apartments here. The pool has great view, and the trees make great frame. Management is great, some neighbors I could live without but for the most part location is convenient and the hallways are interior. Lately, fitness classes have been beefed up, which everyone enjoys. I highly recommend this community and would love to refer everyone.

Pros- great amenities, beautiful common areas, great coffee machine, awesome gym and pool, maintenance requests are answered and fixed super fast, garage parking, overall good customer service. Apartments are really nice, big closets and bathrooms, taller doors, washer and dryer in unit. Food trucks come by often. Pool area is always clean and well kept. Cons- I used to think this place was super safe, but in the last month cars were broken into in the garage and a week later, apartments were broken into. Countertops stain easily. Jacuzzi was broken for a couple of months and fire pits usually don't work. I've seen dog poop in the hallways multiple times. Overpriced for what you get.

The Belvedere is over rated, it is NOT an upscale apartment in my opinion. Counter tops stain & scratch easily. Apartment first time lived in had a ceiling leak, couldn't shower for several hours due to leak in apartment below. Floors are fake hardwood. Overpriced for what you get. Be sure to ask about ALL the hidden costs, sewer service, boiler, pest control, trash service, never mentioned to us when doing rental paperwork. However, 10 ft ceilings & taller doors quite nice and covered parking & soundproof good as well.

So far so good, love our apartment. Just been here a week and love all the amenities! The staff here is great! The gym is always clean and great to use.

My experience at the Belvedere has been wonderful! The staff is responsive to their resident's needs and addresses any concerns expeditiously. Their customer service is top notch and the development's amenities are to die for. I really enjoy how create a sense of community through monthly social activities. Five stars!!!

I shopped this property in the process of selecting a new place to call home. Overall good experience, very nice property. Room for improvement I would suggest is in customer service. The agent that took me on tour was pretty nice; however, I find it interesting that they do not do follow ups after the initial visit. Little things like this matter and show care&attention to detail, and it looks bad when all of the other apartment communities care to follow up, but the Belvedere doesn't. Also, a lot of the other communities have move in specials but the Belvedere doesn't.

Love everything about the Belvedere. Beautiful building and landscaping, contemporary and spacious apartments and great neighbors. It's just a mile from my work and a couple of miles from the grocery store. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Very attentive staff.

Outstanding place to be resident in. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The building is very well kept, clean and secure in which is always warming coming home and a pleasure living here. The amenities are awesome. The gym is well equipped and the library is a great place to go hide and get lost in the books. They definitely go above and beyond to take care of the residents. There is easy access to I45 and highway 99 making it short drive to many restaurants and shopping in The Woodlands. I'm very happy to be here and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a home.

The Belvedere at Springwoods Village has quality facilities, great staff, and beautiful apartments, in addition to programs like fitness classes and social events. What more could you ask for?
