Out of 19 apartments in my search for a place to live, Belvedere at Springwoods Village was 9th on my list. All apartments are basically the same, right? They all have a little bit of this and a little bit of that, a gym, a pool, a hang out room. At first I thought my GPS was sending me to a dead end. How could there be an apartment complex in the middle of the woods? But there it was. It was gorgeous and as soon as I walked through the door I fell in love. As a matter of fact, as soon as I left I couldn't get it out of my mind. But I'm getting ahead of myself. When I first arrived, I met Jarvis, one of the Leasing Professionals at Belvedere. His professional demeanor, his extensive knowledge of the property and his wonderful personality was very welcoming. He gave me the tour of the gym, the pool, the library, the private conference rooms, social lounge, everything. And then he showed me a one bedroom and there was no doubt, this was the place for me. Jarvis made this whole experience an absolute joy. He truly is a professional at the work that he does. He helped me find the perfect apartment, on the floor of my choosing and within the budget I was looking for. I went home and filled out the necessary things online and had a move in date. It was locked. The day I moved in, Jarvis handed me off to Angela. Angela, like Jarvis, was an absolute joy to work with. All smiling, all professional and really made me feel welcome. This team is fantastic. Angela put the finishing touches on the paperwork, got my apartment app all set up on my phone, laughed at all my jokes and then handed me the keys and I was in! It's been almost 2 weeks now and Belvedere is truly a hidden paradise that I could have only dreamed of. Thank you Jarvis and Angela for make me feel welcomed and giving me a place I can truly call home.

I recently moved here, and I love this place, I could not see my apartment before moving in, and that made me nervous, however, it was perfect. Juanita maintenance is humble and great, she maintenance everything clean. My key did not work the first day, however, the maintenance crew assists me right away. People are friendly and it feels safe.

I am a current resident here and since the new management has taken over, the property has gone down hill. I have a cockroach issue in my apartment (and I know the whole property does because I see them in the hallways too), and the response to my complaints have been non-existent. I sent two emails, left a voicemail, and went into the office to talk to someone about it because I never got responses. When I talked to the person in the office I just received a very robotic response and he just said he would print off my emails and have the office manager look them over. Never heard anything back again. This has been going on for TWO weeks now, which is NOT ok when you have cockroaches. It is not like a lightbulb needs to be replaced...it's COCKROACHES!!!! What I have taken away from this is that the new management does not really care about the current residents, they just care about filling in the empty apartments. My husband and I cannot wait to move out.

I've been a resident here at The Belvedere since July of 2015. It's been almost five years, and it has been an absolute PLEASURE and BLESSING each one of the days in those years to live here. My unit is a single ~900 sq ft. unit that was in beautiful condition before I moved in. Never had any major issues with any of the appliances, or the water, or anything. My couple of requests regarding the garbage disposal were taken care of right away, and anytime there is something going on with the water, or the fire alarms, etc., management ALWAYS does a great job of communicating what's upcoming/going on, and what to do/expect. I feel safe here too, as there is an on site security guard that is by the garage door every night starting around 9 o clock. There was even an event I believe back in mid-ish 2018 where they had the local policemen and firefighters come talk to us about safety and what we can do to help each other stay safe as a community. That really said a lot about how strongly our management values our safety and security, and how much they care about their residents! The amenities are TOP NOTCH here. The gym is very nice (4 treadmills, some ellipticals, free weights, machine weights…) and there are exercises classes basically everyday of the week. I've been going into that gym nearly every morning since move in, and it is always clean and orderly. The towels are always there and clean/fresh. When a piece of equipment needs replacing, it's always done in a reasonable amount of time. The library is FULL of nice hardback books, and the conference rooms with printer access are quite useful. It's awesome there's Belvedere Guest wi-fi for everyone's use too. The coffee machines SPOIL you, there's several types of coffee and vanilla/chocolate drinks available! The pool area is incredibly nice, and it's awesome having the grills out there for anyone's use too. Family and I have done fajitas out there multiple times. And there are so many social events through the year they put on! Everything from Halloween to a Super Bowl party to wine and cheese nights during the week and mimosas on the weekends. I honestly can't say enough about The Belvedere. It's been such a positive experience living here. I'd like to give my thanks to ALL of the friendly folks down in the front office, they ALWAYS have a smile on their faces and are always willing to help! Nathan and Jenna are no longer here, but big shout-outs to y'all for all your help when you were. Juana is the current manager, and she's terrific. Always friendly, very professional, and everything listed in this review is a reflection of how well she keeps The Belvedere running. She even worked with me when a payment was a day late due to an issue I was having with the online payment system (which, that system really does work well and makes life so much easier!) If you're looking for a new apartment, come check out The Belvedere. It's been home for me for 5 years, and I recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

The Belvedere is a great place to call home because of the great facilities, excellency of service, friendliness of staff, and perfect location near shopping and green spaces. I moved in almost a year ago and had a great experience from the start. Morgan helped me find the right apartment for my needs; there are many different floor plans so you're bound to find one that suits your needs. The facilities could not be better. The gym and the social lounge-with a huge TV-are some of my favorite amenities in the property, but the resort-like pol area is up there too. The level of service is excellent. When I moved in, I experience issue with my AC and Nicole helped to get it sorted out as quickly as possible, even going out of her way to give me status updates every step of the way. "We want you to be comfortable in your home," she said, after the issue had been fixed. Another time, while on my way to the gym, I told Briahna about a couple things that were not working in my apartment. They were fixed within the hour, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Definitely did not expect her to get it done so quickly, but that's the level of service the Belvedere staff try to provide on a daily basis. If you work for ExxonMobil or HP, the Belvedere is just close enough and yet far enough from the campuses to allow you a easy (5 min. or less) morning commute, while also allowing you to unplug from work on the weekends. The location is great. There is an outlet mall, gas station, and a hospital within walking distance. I make use of the outlet mall every weekend for my grocery shopping, but only have to use the gas station once a month thanks to my short commute to work. I haven't had to go to the hospital yet, but it's of great comfort knowing that there is one near by in case of an emergency. Having lived here for almost a year, I definitely recommend the Belvedere for anyone looking for a friendly place to call home!

It is spectcular place with facilites for all family. The apartments is specious. The Woodlans shopping mall nearby that the places me lot because i love shopping. This summer i had the oportunity to visit the facilities participating in the pool activity the 80" was fantatic.

Apartments rarely live up to their promises and it's usually management that starts the road to disappointment. I have never seen such an immaculate apartment complex. Small inviting complex that is beautifully maintained daily. Lushly landscaped. The pool, spa, fitness center are awesome. I love entertaining around the fire pit with S'mores or a little wine. Everyone has a balcony or gated patio. There are walking trails if you prefer your fitness routine outdoors. Game room, party lounge are perfect for meeting and greeting. There is a well equipped serene business center for those days you need to work from home as well a library. It has a huge balcony perfect for taking calls or a break. Management makes the difference. They are never to busy to stop and ask how they help the moment you step through the door. Friendly, service oriented, professional are just a few words to describe the staff. They are the equivalent of a five star hotel staff as is the surroundings. Safety is paramount to me and is sorely missing at nearly all apartment complexes. Not here. You virtually can't enter the building or the grounds without your FOB. When I come in very late in the evening I know the building is secure and the security officer is there to check license plates and identity. The pool area has an abundance of cabanas and seating areas. There is a beautiful grilling area that can be used by more than one "chef" simultaneously. It has a huge dining area and located in a beautiful open cabana area. There is a mail and package service on site as well as a dry cleaning pick up and drop off service. The apartments have a beautiful modern decor. There are many floor plans that can meet your needs. Maintenance answers immediately, they too are friendly and efficient and no complaint too small. Quiet atmosphere. The apartments have many floor to ceiling windows for a light and airy feel. The high ceilings Plus open concept living is inviting. Closets are very large and the abundance of cabinets both in the kitchen and bath give extra bonus storage space. You can walk to shopping, restaurants and the movie theater. It's the equivalent of vacationing in a five star hotel. Nothing stays this consistently over the top in all areas without good management. This group gets a 10 plus and that leads to contented happy tenants.

I love this community, it is home. The staff is attentive and patient; and the floor plans are extremely functional and stylish. I have lived in this community for 4 years and do not intend on leaving anytime soon.

Want to enjoy luxury living without paying an arm and a leg? This is the place for you! I've never enjoyed calling a place home more than The Belvedere. The staff is always kind and extremely helpful because they genuinely care. I'd like to give a special thank you to Noe, Christian, Juana , Nicole, and Briahana for making my living experience here, exceptional.

I love my place!! This has been the perfect apartment for me. Friendly staff and the maintenance Cisco, is always eager to help. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking to make home out of an apartment.
