Fairly good but has declined. Property has declined as security goes. I have caught kids and adults who come over and are trespassing by using the pool. Also neighbors use BBQ pit by the pool and leave trash out by the pool. Gets frustrating.

Very good for the most part except for the roaches and the washer/dryers not consistently working. The staff is sometimes inconsistent. The apartments are dated on the outside but are nice inside. No more.

Very pleased since change in management. I have not complaints whatsoever. I like it her and plan to remain for the rest of my natural life. Is this finally enough? I guess it wasn't, What if one does not need two hundred characters? In that case you just get drivel!

The process was quick. I was able to look and lease within days. The staff, Ana, was readily available to answer my calls with any questions that I had. I was able to pick up my keys and sign my lease during my lunch break, it was that fast!

My experience with this community was/is outstanding. The units are well insulated due to the brick structure and security is visibly present, causing me to feel safe on a daily. Moving here to Kempwood Hollow has improved my apartment living greatly and the staff are competent and courteous with any maintenance requests. Neighbors I ran into while moving in, introduced themselves, further confirming that I had made the right decision. This move has been the most rewarding in decades of apartment dwelling and I plan to reside here for years to come. Thank you to all the staff members that made it possible.
