I don't have any thing bad to say about this apartment complex. Management and office staff very courteous and respectful. The apartment is very nice specious, quiet and the pool area is also very nice.

Great neighbors. It is a very nice complex to live in. I have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex because it gave me a first time move in great experience. Love how the staff gets things done in a fast manner.

Quiet, good service, friendly staff, good community. Maintenance is pretty good about getting things fixed in a timelt manner. The office staff is typically readily available to meet the needs of the tenants.

I have loved living at Kempwood Hollow. The management really does their best to make sure that the residents are happy and that everything is in Tip-Top shape. Any work order that I have put in, has been completed within 48 hours. Everything here is so calm and I am glad that I moved in here and did not stay at my old apartment complex where the management did not care about their tenants. Living here has been worth every penny!

It's a very nice community there are just too many roaches. Overall the staff is really nice and friendly and maintenance is very quick to respond to requests. I like the area, it is very calm but i just wish that my neighbors were more clean with their pets.

I just Moved in back in March of this year and let me say that i am extremely happy with the apartment I moved in to. The location of the property is so convenient for everything is just around the corner and i can get to three different highways in 30 min or less. Also, the staff is very attentive very welcoming not like other offices where your scared of walking into and getting the vibe like they want you out of there. Maintenance is AWESOME and I very much appreciate how they always leave a form saying they were in my apartment and what they were there for. So far i am loving my new home and the entire staff.

The apartment was great at first but you definitely get what you pay for. ?CONS? ? The floors aren't leveled and seem to sink in the middle of the rooms, ? We've had an ongoing roach/bug problem since late November that was made worst after the exterminator came to spray, ? Water spots on ceiling have started appearing within the last 2 months, ? We are having to wash air vents very often because they are coated with dust and mold, (maybe because they don't have air filters?) ? Air vent above fridge produces a lot of dust constantly coating appliances with dust, ? One of our counter tops in the kitchen was damaged before moving in and we were told while being shown the unit for the first time that it would be fixed before we moved in but never was, and, ? The railing in closet was broken before we moved in. Although there are quite a few problems, there are also things I enjoy about this apartment complex. ?PROS? ? It is close to many stores and restaurants, ? Neighbors are friendly and quiet, ? I feel comfortable and safe living here, ? Staff is friendly and helpful, and, ? Rent is reasonably priced. That being said, I am definitely considering trying to renew my lease, but not unless these problems can be addressed and/or fixed. I would hate to leave an area that I enjoy living in because of (somewhat) easy to fix issues.

This is a gorgeous property by the inside and outside, remodeling apartments and new appliances, the interior looks very pretty and in my personal experience I'm paying far for what this property offer; my only complain it's that they are taking more than usual to fix some small thing I Report when I moved in

Unprofessional, petty amateurs describe the staff, from management to front-desk to maintenance. Inside of apartments are not as nice as advertised. I've lived in apartments almost a decade & this is the most problems I've had & most disappointed I've been (actually the 1st time I've had problems/disappointment in a complex & I'm picky & have had better & worse apartments).

Spacious, clean and conveniently located apartments. Easy access to BW8, 290 and I-10. Shopping ad service locations are near by. Well maintained property and sense of security. Helpful and friendly staff.
