have a problem receiving my security deposit, I've written several emails and posted multiple times on their site, but no response... has anyone else had this problem? Who can I reach out to for a positive resolution?

As things fall apart they just take away the ‘amenities’. Maintenance does not come unless you harass the office staff who all have a serious case of amnesia. IHow do all 3 ladies in the office forget ever talking to you on several occasions?

I had the upstairs neighbors flood into our apartment all they did was send someone to pick up water and cut out sponge floor. Our air stopped working I told the maintenance guy and he said it wasn't related and that could be taken care of on temp in here is 83 and to him its not an emergency. This management is a joke and fyi I WILL NOT BE TAKING THIS OFF LIKE YALL MADE US DO 2 MONTHS AGO FOR GIVING A BAD REVIEW.

They towed my car from the property I pay rent. They made changes and fail to inform tenants of the new no parking zones. I am not made out money. I work very hard for it. Its not fair for this management company to say I am out of luck and money. Another issue I have experienced is I made arrangements to get my tubs and sinks resurfaced and the office failed to schedule a correct work order They only schedule one tub. I now have to wait to August 3. This management company is unprofessional and incompetent. Please note all the good reviews are in 2018 before the Karya Management took over this property

The worst, gross, most ineffective apartment community I have ever lived at. There were roaches in the entire complex. The staff not helpful One bit, and rent went up drastically every time we renewed

Great community. Very diverse. Great workers that that get things done. The property speaks for itself. Very spacious living areas & up to date appliances. Very Quiet. Safe. Patrol car goes around at night. 3 pools

the space is large of the apartment, there are old things that have to be changed but everything has arrangement, excellent outside space and very good parking, all good except because it is infested with cockroaches

Though this is an older apt complex, it is a pretty decent place to live especially if this is your first time living in an apartment. The staff is great and friendly. I am mostly able to get in touch with someone on the first call. Every now and then I get their voicemail but I'm usually able to reach someone when I call back. Parking varies depending on which building you're in, but where I am, parking is great. Never had a problem with parking. Try to get into a building that is on the side of the complex closest to the neighborhood. More parking availability. Downsides are not having washer/dryer in the unit, machines being done or a/c is out in the laundry center, poor water pressure, older apartment. But great location, have very little problems with maintenance or pests. Overall, not a bad place to live.

I've only been in my apartment 9 months but I'm very pleased with it. This is my first time renting an apartment in Houston and so far so good. I love that we have security monitoring throughout the day and night.

This was a really great move in process. The office staff was nice and friendly. The maintenance people came by to help sort out a few remaining problems. Also they did a check up to see if there were any underlining problems.
