Some tips before moving in: Are the floors the same as what you were shown? Bait and switch. Are the appliances somewhat new? No. Scratched and continually have issues. I've been listening to a very loud freezer for 16 hours. No sleep. Maintenance is decent, but my bathroom sink stopper has been 'fixed' twice with no results that work. My main bathroom sink. My oven glass exploded. My scratched up old stove/oven. They just replaced the glass. My cabinets have been peeling since I moved in. 2 requests over 18 months and silence. Was told they would be fixed over a year ago and NADA! If you like dogs that sit on the patio and bark ALL DAY LONG, by all means move here. If you like a rottweiler on the patio directly next to your bedroom window barking loudly at 11 pm. Please do move here. This place puts animals before humans. You know the animals that have a job and pay rent. They have more rights. A certain person in the office has an attitude when you call or leave a complaint. The horrible woman downstairs that leaves her dog on the patio to bark at 11:08 pm is not told that it is against policy to do so because she sits outside with that mongrel, so it's ok. Next tip: Do you like shootings in your complex? Well this place used to be safe and secure - with a security gate and security 'officers', but they apparently let anyone in (just like management leases to literally ANYONE now). A person died here just recently after a robbery attempt. Sure they didn't live here, but how did they get in? When Fingers was the property owner this place was more discretionary about who they leased to. Now it is ------. I got my bike stolen (locked with a very good lock) within a month of living here. Move elsewhere if you like safety, peace, good appliances, flooring you were shown initially, at this 'pet friendly' BS of a place. I'm posting this review everywhere I can find because they should have a policy that you cannot leave your damn dog to bark on the patio. Also, my neighbor said if I didn't like the noise they bring (buffalo stampede all day every day) and I complained they would make my life a living hell. My new neighbors who have a patio next to my bedroom window had a massive party last night and haven't even fully moved in yet! I had to sleep on my sofa. They hang towels on their patio. There are NO RULES here. NO guidelines. NO enforcement on 'don't leave your dog on the patio'. Just attitude. In the last year this place has just gotten gross. Fingers vs Greystar. I'll take Fingers anyday. DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE ANY DEGREE OF PEACE. AND DEFINITELY DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU WORK FROM HOME. YOU WILL BE MISERABLE ALL DAY LONG. The two stars are for location alone.

There was water issues due to the freeze of February 2020 that happened 3 weeks prior to my move in. The property manager lied the whole time until I took a video of the mold underneath the kitchen sink. They told me that all the cabinetry was replaced and the water damage remediated, Angie Davisson was the property manger and lied about it all until the day before my move they had to find another unit for me. They replaced Angie with someone worse, Marian Sanchez. Marian threatened to evict me. I hired a lawyer based on her threat. Greystar's attorneys would not answer mine and my lawyer's phone calls. Marian had to then engage me via email. I spent over $500 due to her unsubstantiated threat. When I moved out, she took over $500 of my deposit without an itemized list of what they took from my deposit. Now they will not respond to me at all because I am no longer a tenant. It appears to be a family complex. However, they sent out an email complaining that kids were playing unattended. Don't waste your time coming to this place as they are not kid friendly. I have videos to substantiate my claims.

I moved here 6 months ago and I’ve been loving it so far. I feel very safe living here which is so important. The maintenance team does a great job at getting things done as soon as I put in a request and the office staff was very helpful when moved in.

I had an amazing tour with Esme. I was very pleased with the specials and spacious floor plans. Im not moving until the end of the year but I wanted to get pricing near my job. Will definitely call back when I'm ready to move.

The grounds are immaculately kept. Any maintenance issue I've had has been minor and attended to very promptly. The best overall experience has been the management. Incredible service from beautiful ladies that always greet you with a smile . They provide up to date information on what's going on in the community . The security guards are friendly and attentive to what's coming and going. It's a quiet and convenient place to live . I highly recommend it.
