Great location, clean apartments and feels private despite having many units. Parking spaces can be better if covered for al residents - only some are covered - depends on availability. Should have a concierge contact to help with moving in - or a trolley to help with move. Overall, happy with this apartment

The staff was very helpful! I did the entire application process from out of state and had no issues with doing everything electronically and the staff answered all my questions on a timely basis! The Lofts community is friendly and the area is beautiful!

I think that your staff are very kindly and friendly. And my neighbors are friendly too. Location is very good for me. Especially sports gym is very close I am very satisfied and I have been enjoying to live in loft citycentre.

My experience has been very disappointing. My friend lives in the east building and I live in the west. Both are bad. Neither are what they are expected. The parking garages are never secure. The halls smell bad. The appliances are always breaking

I grew up with the belief that Home is not only the building you surround yourself in but the feeling of it as well. The feeling of comfort at the end of a long day, the sense of community with friendly neighbors, and the ease of knowing you can entertain your friends in a variety of different ways. You get all that right here. The Lofts at City Centre is Home.

I wish there were more facilities that the apartment can offer. Timely response for maintenance issues and keep residents updated of the status. Too few leasing personnels long wait. Need more employees.

The amount of money you spend for rent you can find an apartment complex where residents are the 1st priority. The Lofts are good for having community events for the residents but the gate and door system was down for a month.

Convenient location, dated and units. Constant disruption from management company. Gate has been broken for months. If I didn't travel regularly for work, mitigating the impact of constant fire alarms I'd have broken my lease long ago.

Excellent experience starting the first time I came by for a tour. The application process was easy and the leasing manager, Holly worked so hard to find me the perfect apartment. My move in went so smoothly and now a month later, I couldnt be happier.
