When I first moved to SW Houston I heard about all the problems residents were having with management there, but needed a place to stay asap. There were multiple situations with residents and police being called onto the premises, had only been there about six months when my rent came up missing, as well as other resident's money, so I decided to vacate the property. Management is very unprofessional, I complained about no one being available during office hours, phone calls not being answered, maintenance dragging their feet with repairs, etc. Would definitely not recommend this property to anyone!

When i first moved into these apartments in 98' which was when they were built they were beautiful, good neighbors, nice staff, etc. I moved out in 2005 and for some reason decided to come back because of the cheap rates. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! black ------ hood people everywhere. Loud laughs and screams at night, kids running all over the streets. Super rude manager, will not do his best to help you in any problem you may have. To me personally he is racist! He will only help you if you are african american. Maintenance takes forever and a day to fix a problem in your apartment. The closets and rooms are EXTREMELY small.

This property is awful...... How this property is still remains is amazing. The office staff has no experience, they are so rude. Now the property is being managed by Orion, who has one of the worst property's Chris Childress is notorious in collecging money for tenants. he does not care at all about he tenants. Every time you ask a work order. it take six month to get it done. Some times. They do not do it all. I would not recommend to move there to any one. They have so many break in the apartment. It is a night mare to live there. I just do not understnat how Orion keep employess with nasty attiude and who does not care about the tenats. It is a shame this company is running the organzation with a mangager like Chris Childress. Read more: http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/TX-Houston-Sovereign-Townhomes.html#ixzz0VuF6f8Ok

I just went in to ask about the apartments and the assisant manager had such a bad attitude. When I pointed out to her how rude she was she told me they had nothing available. I just left and after reading their reviews, I just dodge a bullet by not taking the time to go for the sale game on this property. The assistant manager name Maggie was so rude she said,"Here is my card so you can tell on me!"
