Trashiest apartments ever. Office staff is horrible all of them. Every few months new staff property manager ------- is a compulsive lier, it takes maintenance 2 plus weeks to fix anything. Roachs, loud music, trash all on ground, they just paint over things instead of fixing it. They need to be torn diwn and rebuilt cause this is just terrible.

The office manager VICTORIA is a rude a** b*tch thats all about trying to find a way to get money. I have had issues with maintenance not fixing things in a timely manner. I have onlt been here for a month and im counting down the months to leave. The ground always has trash around it and maintenance is always just riding around like they have nothing to do. Dont waste your time looking at these apartments cause it will fool you once you move in.

SCHOLARLY REVIEW: Arrant nonsense: this is one of the apartment complexes whose communication with tenants is only when it s time to pay rent. Dilapidated organizational structures, with untrained peasants are paraded as managers. Situated in a core Bellaire business district, but has no security apparatus, including a non-working access gates; consistently broken-down utilities. What about the living condition? Bastardized by section 8 tenants which makes the entire complex indistinguishable from a total ------. The managers lie about their total value, and rip middle-class tenants off while they rely on Welfare tenants for cash-flow - which makes the entire scenario horrible!!! This is both a review and a sincere warning to prospective tenants.

Moved into the complex about a year ago & when i first moved here i thought it was a GREAT complex however since then i have had many issues with maintenance note fixing issues within my apartment it takes them almost three weeks to fix a clogged sink or broken door. The staff in the leasing office are very rude and only seem to help those who are -------- the complex seemed very nice at first however each day i seem to find a reason to leave. Parking is horrible my boyfriends car was towed and the refuse top make additional visitor parking closet and room space is very small the pools are also never open and my son loves to swim. I love the location and think that under the right management this complex could be great but as of 7/5/2012 this complex is in need of HELP!!!

I just found out the manager is no longer with us. I really liked her. She knew so much about the property and the residents. She will be missed. I will not be renewing my lease if she moves away. She knew how to get things done. Thank u Ms. T

This place is seriously horrible, i mean i can you be paying almost $1000 for three bed room but whenever you need the maintenance u cant even get a hold of them??? My family and I have been sitting in these rooms for the past month now with no heater, i went in there and complained, even i wrote them a letter stating the things that has to be changed still no one has showed up here and it is EXTREMELY cold today, one of my kids doesnt do so well with cold and if he ever get sick from this i am going straight to court with these morons...This is UNBELIEVEABLE, i have been living here since june 2010 but the management has gotten even worse, so if you care for yourself or ur kids, please runnnnnn, your children may either get raped, killed or die from the poor facility management. GET YOUR LIFE PEOPLE THIS IS SERIOUS DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved in the apartments 4 years ago. At first there was some crazy things going on, but now it is peaceful and very quite. Management is great! Now rules and regulations has been impemented strongly. The neighbors are wonderful.

I have lived on this property since 2007 and I have not had any problems. I love that my childs school is right behind the complex. It is a very family oriented property. There is an afterschool program in the apartments and we also have security now that patrols 24/7. I couldnt think of a better place for me and my children.

This a crazy and the nastiest complex i ever lived a bunch of low class african americans selling drugs and being loud.

Worse place to ever live. Trash dumpsters over flowing kids do whatever, drugs being sold, no security, gates always broke, ppl fighting, u can hear ur neighbors fighting,homes getting broken into, management was stealing rent, maintenanve is sorry --- hell. They only care about theirselves. Have glot on firer from elrctrical problems abd management told that. The new manager is sorry as well as her assts.dnt feel safe and scared every night. All that lives hrrr now is ghrtto --- new orleans ppl and -------- and am black but it is hood.it s just not a safe,clean place to live or if.u have kids.The place is for the dogs and they have rats, rachrsand some patios have gstes and thoseissed ffuones that dnt uhave to build your own patio gate.
