Ms.Tiffany ALWAYS go above and beyond for the residents here. I was upset when I noticed she wasnt in the office, but shes back now and taking care of her residents needs! So happy to see her back, she made sure my orders/ maintenance Requests got done in a reasonable time.

This is my first apartment ever! I was nervous moving because wanted to find the perfect place for my son and I. Turns out I made the right decision moving here. The property is nice and quiet. The ladies in the front office, Ms.Rochelle and Ms.Tiffany, are amazing!! This just feels like home. You Will love it here!

When the inspections come, they try to get everyone in the apartment complex forcefully to put their barbecue pits in the house saying due to safety hazards my lease does not prohibit me to not have a barbecue pit. Therefore, my barbecue pit they threaten to take your barbecue pit with maintenance, they also say that they’ve done things in the apartment complete wise, maintenance wise and it’s not done

Way too expensive, especially since the majority of the people are unemployed. They are inconsiderate in reducing the price in a time of economic stress-during a pandemic. For the price, they are unwilling to provide a reasonable price range for rent (they usually bump up the rent).

NO PARKING!!!!!! THE GROUNDS ARE NASTY EVERYDAY!!!!! NO LIGHTING WHERE ITS NEEDED!!!! Its pretty from the street but over all its not so good. NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS WHEN PEOPLE WHO WORK NEEDS SOME ASSISTANTS ON THE WEEKEND......

Ive lived here for almost a year now. The apartments are not horrible but I mean there is alot of things management needs to look into. Maintenance sucks real bad, If you put any request it take from 2 weeks and on to fix and not all the way only partially. You have to keep calling about same issue on and on. Theres very bad pest issues in the apartments but what can you do they dont even respond to work orders. Not to include is very hard to get in contact with them . They either dont want to answer or they are not even there. A/C issues are also there . As far as the noice there is not to much. Very quiet and a convenient location and price.I guess since they are not associated with the TAA that they are not required to comply with certain things. All im saying they need to step up their game.

I am not a resident at sovereign town homes only because the past 2 weeks I have been trying to contact the leasing office by phone and never once have I reached an employee. Every time that I have called either I get the voice mail or answering service???? I can only imagine how difficult it is the report a maintenance issue or any other problems a renter might have. I also visited the property on a Sunday from the contact information it states Sundays 12-5 they are open, which is a lie and when parked in the parking lot I called the office to verify the hours I was told by the "answering service" they are closed on Sundays. I wish luck to anyone who tries to contact the office.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS WAR ZONE!!!!! This complex is so ran down its just sad. Office staff is terrible, they are all nice nice until you move in. The property manager lies non stop and only looks out for her kind (--------) & Crystal is just a dumb flunky that lies just like her boss. Maintenance is so bad they never buy new stuff always patch on old things that need replacing , the grounds always look bad. Roaches, dogs running lose, kids unsupervised out all times of the night, loud music, drug activity its a lot that happens here on a daily.

This run down, crime infested, Section 8 housing project needs to close down.

The cars's music with 'Boombox' parade up and down the street any time they want to. If you like 'rap' music. Beside the place includes construction trucks with loud fiesta songs every evening with beer belly and ringo ole'. Especially at 4:00 am in the morning during weeknight, The car will drive up and down in the neighborhood to give you awake up call with a 'boombox music' if you want to wake up and make a doughnut. Easy access to drug peddlers here. Corner to corner. Please keep you children inside. If they don't get hit by the car, they will get bully by the gang groups. The management office is here to collect the rent money and get people in to sign contract but not to responsible for the welfare of this place. If you want, you call the police and here is the phone '911.' for the maintenance of the place. you on your own. You can submit the repair paper and it will take at least 6 month for maintenanc to come to look at it but not repairing it. I have cold water in the winter and hot water in the summer. If there is a sink, there will be a bucket underneath and make sure you need to empty it every day. If there is a whole on the wall, the floor, the ceiling and the commo or the bath tub, don't worry, a can of sprayed pain will do for you by the skillfull repair man here. Don't worry the office keeps a deaf ear here for these type of repair. YOu need to make sure to have a copy of the check list and repair slips so at the move out. You can have your deposit back in full. The big, heavy set looking woman, a manager, is very rude and will take people deposit 3 months in advance before the unit is available especially you don't speak english well. MLK fought for equal right and indiscrimination but not apply to this place. She did the opposite of MLK's dream. Can't wait to move out ASAP.
