I have lived over 2 years here. Leasing staff will go beyond and above to make sure to take care of any issue you experience either regarding maintenance repair, billing, or leasing. I did faced couple of challenges and didn't like my apartment, Leasing Agent Daliala has showed me several units just to assure that we find the right and perfect unit. I was very happy and ecstatic because I felt that I was taken care of. My experience with leasing Manager, staff and maintenance made me comfortable to stop by the leasing office and express my concern or problem. Literally, every time I stop by, I get the same welcome and exceptional service that really make a difference. I would highly recommend the Complex Apartment. the leasing staff is amazing and professional. Neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. great amenities and top customer service if you stop by ask about their chocolate Drink. Delicious.......

I love the new managment, my kids really love the 2 playgrounds and the fact that now the pools are open.

I hate it here and I only been here a week I won't go into detail right now but in the near future I will. I am already countdown the days my lease is up

I have lived here for almost a year and I CANNOT WAIT TO LEAVE. This place is horrible. The crime rate is horrible. at least 3 people got robbed, shot, or murdered. I've called the cops for hearing gunshots. The maintenance is horrible. They don't give a damn about whether or not your AC isnt working or your hot water isnt coming on. It's been almost a year and my hot water STILL doesn't work. They say they're going to send someone, then they never do. DON'T MOVE IN HERE. BE WARNED

We've lived here since 2014 and are finally moving out. The first year of our lease wasn't great, but it was bearable. Then in 2015 it came under new mgmt right as we were renewing our lease, which turned out to be a huge mistake. New mgmt lost all records of our deposit, pet deposit, & pet fee-- so we will not be getting those back despite having paid them with our first lease. They say that paid parking is optional, but there aren't enough spaces in the complex so unless you reserve a space there is literally no where for you to park. The entire complex is falling apart. Last memorial day, the apartment above us leaked water & there was a hole in our ceiling because of it. It took 6 months for maintenance to fix it, despite weekly calls-- Virginia is the one in charge of maintenance and is awful at her job. There is a community of feral cats that lives on property that management won't take care of. They say they are a gated community but all the gates are left open/unlocked, so anyone can come in. Theres a serious problem w/crime, & to hear gunshots isn't uncommon. My neighbor was murdered during a break in last year & the management reacted by sending out a letter saying that MP is not responsible for anyones safety &they are not required to modify anyones lease 'just because someone was shot'. Seriously? Mgmt only cares about making money, not about its residents or making it livable for them. The worst thing I saved for last-- last year, my disgusting trashy neighbors had 11 guests stay in their apartment over the holidays & one of them brought in bed bugs with them. The bed bugs traveled through the electrical wiring into our apartment! MP then tried to claim that we were responsible for the infestation, which was absolutely not true. They finally paid for the treatment, but it took them 3 weeks to bug bomb the place twice because they screwed up the first one. We were not compensated for this time we had to spend out of our apartment either. Everything is trashed, from the outsides to the insides of the apartments, and this place is one step up from a slum. The sad thing is that when we moved in, it was actually kind of nice, but between the change in management and the people they are now letting move in (they have lessened their income requirement etc) the place has really gone down hill. Absolutely do not move here unless youre okay with bed bugs, armed robbery, feral cats, cockroaches, garbage everywhere, and feeling like you live in Detroit.
