Been here for 7 months and I STILL don’t have keys to a mail box. My AC has been broken for the las 4 months and they have yet to fix it! Every single time I stop at the office (because they choose not to answer the phones) they give me the run around and just tell me to be patient. They’ve change management 3 times in the months I’ve been here and each is worse than the last. They recently decided to start me charging me 200+ for rent without even giving me a notice! They’re now saying i owe an outstanding balance of $500. These people are ridiculous. Save your money folks and go somewhere where you will be takin seriously

Please we need help from manager and owners of this property to stop this issues with a lot of noise loud and disturbing music with big speaker ?? from unit 213 bldg . 31 ((((((((( H E L P P L E A S E ))))))))

I moved into Madison park sept 2022 and I WANT OUT! My apartment wasn’t ready when I moved in. Closet doors ,are missing, dishwasher is moldy, kitchen sink faucet is broken, the manager fed me a bunch of LIES saying how she would have someone come right over and I’m still waiting! I’m calling the city !

ZERO STARS!! My daughter and 3 year-old granddaughter have been living in a flooded apartment for weeks; there is now mold. Myself, her and a friend have made multiple attempts to get this taken care of. I WANT HER OUT OF HER LEASE ASAP!! This is unacceptable! After weeks of calling, someone finally answered today, August 8, 2022. The manager, Jessica, is supposed to call me back today. Lets see how they remedy this situation. I have contacted a lawyer and the health department. I wasn't able to attach the videos so here are some photos...from 2 weeks ago...TWO WEEKS and it has still not been addressed!

This is the worst place to live. There is so many things wrong with this apartment complex I can't even begin to tell you. I have been waiting for over a month to get a stove because my oven and my top burner has not worked for over a month. They came to check my stove today and told me that they cannot switch out stoves at this apartment complex now I have no idea when I'm going to get a new stove. So if I was you keep your money and move some place else. Cause once you move in they will never fix anything.

This place is filthy I have bed bugs and roaches I complain no one’s does anything they said they come spray every Monday but it’s a lie I’m always here then they got the nerve to tell me take pictures of the bugs where here you go someone help report them tired of itching

Shooting gangs drugs vandalism run run run do no move here especially if you have children maintenance request not responded to trash overflowing someone murdered at the property today it rains inside the house

My parent's unit has been having plumbing issues for the past two months. Dirty water gets clogged and it eventually comes out of the bathtub and toilet. I have notified the leasing office more than 4 times in a short period of 2 days and management only says that plumbers are on their way but it has been more than 3 days and the issue has not been resolved. The dirty water has filtered from the bathroom floor to the living room and kitchen floors. What is obvious is that they do not want to spend money on the repairs, but year after year keeps increasing the rent price. The same thing happened with my neighbor in which her unit happened to have the same issue and they resolved it a month later. We requested that we want to end the lease and they immediately terminated the conversation saying that "it was not the right moment to speak about the leasing contract. We contacted the city health department to make a notice of it but don't know how this will help. All in all, if you have common sense, DO NOT RENT HERE. Español: NO RENTES ACA!! El lugar es ya muy viejo y tiene problemas con el desague en el caul als tuberias de agua y drenaje se cerraran y agua sucia sale del baño y del hinodoro. El agua sucia y apestosa se a corrido en todo el piso del baño, sala y comedor. La oficina y manager no han podido coordinar la reparacion con los "muchachos" o dicha compania que hace las reparaciones. Vean los videos y fotos para que observer y no hagan contrato en este complejo de apartamentos.

I wouldn’t recommend no one to move head over been complaining about my neighbors on top of me making excessive noise for the whole year I’ve been here it’s been about 6 different managers in office the year I’ve been here and all they do is sweep your complaints under the rug it’s no way you can’t give a person a notice due to covid are give them a warning they never fixed anything since I’ve been here still have the same problems since 2021 the worst place I’ve ever stayed apartments doesn’t look like model at all false advertisement

Don’t move here please! This apartment complex is terrible.. trash everywhere, parking is chaotic. My unit has many cockroaches, water leaking under sink, under A/C unit, the carpet is dirty and smelly. Worse is the incompetent management people. It seems like they don’t know how to do their jobs, they are making too many mistakes but they act like it’s the tenants problems. They overcharged me when I first move in. They also like to charge late fees when ever they can if you don’t pay attention to the billing statement. Overall this place is really bad especially the management people like Mariann. Or btw most of workers there don’t speak English which make it is so difficult to work with them. Their main language here at the aparment is Spanish so good luck if you still want to move here! BAD BAD BAD place th live!
