This apartment staff is horrible, the owner comes but doesn't doesn't do anything to better the apartment complex or it's issues . The girls that work in the office are rude and unprofessional. You submit an order to fix anything in the apartment and takes so long like days weeks. You call again to remind them and they just say you have to wait but obviously they forgot . Let me not talk about how the washing machines and and dryers never ever work or your money gets stuck . Also they cut the water without warning the residents or anything . This apartment is bull ... I understand rent is cheap but doesn't mean we have to live like anirmals . I wish someone can come and do an inspection here .

Pagewood Place is owned by a greedy slum lord. I am a tenant. One would think you are allotted 1 Free parking space where you pay rent. The greedy slum lord recently implemented $20 monthly reserve parking for tenants. Results: Total Chaos for unreserved tenant parking. To fix the chaos the slum lord implemented sticker parking No visitors on property after 10PM.. 2 Hell with the paying tenants we are his property now. I received my sticker. my car broke down. I got a rental to handle my business go wash clothes because the washers & dryers Never work my 2 years on this property & to get my Grandbaby a Easter basket. I called the ofc from work 2 have a sticker placed on my door 2 prevent any mishaps. The ofc did Not answer. I parked the rental where I pay rent in Unreserved tenant parking. The slum lord rat had the rental towed due to No Sticker. The Mgr told me they would reimburse me if I get the car out of tow. The slum lord rat reneged on the promise. 2 add insult 2 injury the ------ bag do Not have temporary stickers readily available 4 emergencies. He currently working on a back up. He ratting hard 4 cheese. Only the lying ----- lock you in a fabricated contract then rob you out of it. People are robbed at gun point, cars are stripped down on the property. Instead of repairing the washers & dryers &/Or installing security cameras 2 help ensure the safety of his tenants he enforcing $20 monthly tenant parking. The slum lord rat is more concerned with fattening his pockets than he is with the safety of his tenants who put the fat in his pockets.

E lived in this place in the last 4 years because I am a Cuban emigrant and upon arriving in this great country there was where I was designated to live when you arrive or see the website of the place seemingly nice none of that is real, The maintenance service is terrible and super slow and slow, the office staff is the most inefficient and rude and unpleasant you can find in life, besides they are scammers because they want to charge you for everything and they never help you at all , The garbage tanks are always saturated with garbage, the entrance gates are always broken, there are not enough parking spaces to live have 160 apartments that based on 2 people would be 320 parking lots and only 250 and make you pay for the reserved When you should by right have where to park, you hear all the people when they walk outside your apartment I even listen to the conversations of my neighbors in general I only hope that my contract ends so I can buy my house because this place is the worst thing I know in My life does not come here. Take care of your money here. You're always going to steal it.

I should listened to my friend when he told me to never even come here. The customer service I received from Ana and Maritza is by far the absolute WORST ever. They are so unprofessional. They are so rude and condescending. I almost feel like they were being prejudiced and judgmental toward me. A -------- person came in and they went above and beyond to answer her questions while I waited. And I received the complete opposite service. She wasn't trying to be helpful at all. I had to ask ALL of the obvious questions they people ask about regarding app fees, deposits, and floor plan information. That's odd because everywhere else I have gone they go above and beyond to volunteer that information to you like they want your business. I guess my college degree and nursing profession wasn't good enough. Ana ASSUMED I had felonies when I was asking about floor plans. Sad! The website is "misleading" regarding available floor plans.... Well at least that's what ANA told me. Sadly, I don't even believe her. When she showed me the apartment she literally stood there in silence. I had to ask her everything. So awkward.... For a person that has great credit, a good job, and no criminal history and looking to save some money on an apartment I Dont understand why MY business wasn't good enough. But ok. I've definitely informed all of my friends and family about my experience. Dont move here, they only want "a certain kind of person" living here. Smh

Initially when I became interested in the apartments. I was expecting a better quality. I was shown the model and understood that I would not be getting the upgraded unit which was fine. I didn't get a chance to see the apartment I would be living in until a few weeks before my move in date. When I did it was decent but I was disappointed because I could see that the counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom were painted over the tub was painted over. After a while the paint started to peel. I'm not a huge fan of problems being painted over because eventually they start to show. The walls seem thin. I can easily hear my neighbors movements or noise from outside. Appliances work fine. Although when my dishwasher broke it took them two months and two visits to the office to get their attention. Garbage disposal in the sink stop working shortly after I moved in and they removed it but wouldn't replace it. I also I notified them the same time as the dishwasher. Maintenance is horribly slow. When I first moved in I noticed a water stain on the ceiling and after one storm the stain got bigger. Every time it rained the stain spread and now it has spread to the wall. They did some work on the roof about 3 months after I reported the issue but that didn't fix the problem. They came to paint over it of course. It has rained more since then and the water spot has grown and shown through. Apparently there is problem with the foundation. I noticed that by how the floor creaks when I walk across it even if I tip toe. Now there are cracks all on the walls and on the ceiling after they did some recent work. I don't expect them to do anything soon. I'll most likely have moved out by then. At that time I'm sure they will have covered it up. The apartment is livable and its in a good area near entertainment, stores, and restaurants. Other than that, had I known what I would be getting I would have made a different choice in another property. I don't feel as if I'm paying for what I was supposed to be getting.

When I was showed the 'model' apartment' I thought it look nice and got excited thinking about living here. Guess you can say I got my hopes high because the apartment that I plan(ed) on moving in doesn't look like the model. The whole atmosphere is different, like a lesser quality and the bathroom and kitchen looks dingy. Not what I was expecting. Had they shown me this apartment initially I wouldn't have applied

Do not stay here. Aside from the roaches in all the apartments management is AWFUL. They don't care about all the residents just their friends. Maritza is the most cattiest unprofessional person I have EVER came across. Nasty attitude. She should be fired by now. Maintenance takes forever. There are also always people loitering around the complex. Made me nervous.

the manager does not have any ethics, she is rude. I called several times for maintenance service and never were to my apartment.

I will not recommend anyone to move into this place Pagewood Place is not safe..maintenance guys do inside jobs breaking into your apartment stealing your values which you work to damn hard for someone to be taking..the hallways they keep trash outside there doors that smell very horrible..this is not the apartment you want to look into too..I grade it a (F) for FAILURE!!!

I'm Currently renting an one bedroom now;the only issues so far that I have is a little issue with maintenance when i first moved in and inspected the apartment they failed to clean the apartment properly after changing my move in date to another day,after going to the office and informing them on the cleaning problems in the apt the girl informed me that someone would come but never came so I had to clean it myself. Also my refrigerator wasn't working and I had to wait like 3days for another one,but overall I love my apartment and the complex its quite, clean a few stray cats but hey they are everywhere,also they have security guard who watch at night and keep you inform on any issue that may have occurred in the complex.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
