Although my stay was good for a couple of weeks, it deteriorated pretty quickly. Faulty wiring in the house and all the electrical fixtures started malfunctioning. Went to the management for maintenance and in return I got cursed at and was accused as the one messing up their apartment. They were very disrespectful and were totally oblivious to my problems. Even during Covid they were pretty nonchalant in terms of taking precautions. Would not recommend anyone to stay in these apartments.

We lived here for 9 years. Always paid rent on time, never really any issues with us as tentants. We decided to go because the roach problem was becoming out of control. After the no water situation, the fire, the mice, and the roaches...it was just too much. I am on dialysis and I need cleaner living conditions. When roaches start crawling on you and your kids it's a serious issue. Mangement tried to say they never heard of the issue. How can we report an issue when the only time anyone is there is for a split second to collect rent and any other time they are out "walking the property". Any time we reported anything to Linda she brushed it off. Managment changed so much it was too hard to keep up anything. No one can deal with the owner who is just a human scumbag. Since the flood we have had no manager to report anything to. Please avoid this place. STAY AWAY! I am ashamed I stayed as long as I did!

I visited a friend of mine who lives in this complex and parked in the visitors section, I noticed few minutes later a towing car looking at my vehicle trying to tow it, they should stop doing this or nobody can have guests or visitors in their place even for few mmminutes

Bad and cheap management. They always take the side of their maintenance technicians and don't care about their tenants. Don't count on their emergency response. One time it cost me $100 charge from Centerpoint for two calls same night due to their outside bad breaker. they didn't want to respond to my emergency call and I had to spend a freezing night without electricity and heater. When I complained to management they refused to reimburse me the $100 and told me that I had to wait for their maintenance tech. By the way that Tech lives in the property. Plus they never fix my leaking roof properly. and deduct $95 from my deposit. I am glad that I moved from there. Think twice before you decide to move will have to see or deal with Maritza. If you wanna stay happy don’t live at pagewood you will not get anything but problems and risks.

Poor management along with poorly managed security. Even if you have a parking sticker there's a chance your vehicle will be towed at your own expense. They will not assist you with the issue I was told to "go ---- myself" when I brought it up to management. People who don't live here come and go at all hours, and your property is subject to damage or being towed. Long story short the management is just about money and couldnt care less about their tenets

Awful place to live at, a lot of noise people, office people are rude and besides I got towed as well as a visitor of mine just because they don't follow their own policies and are shady. I don't recommend this place to live or even visit

Horrible hospitality no safety at all and got my car towed without a warning!!!! Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! I lived down town for a wile and never had this!! These people must be from California they are rude!!

Worst experience ever with the staff very unprofessional from management to staff my vehicle was not safe there from outside theft no security and no help when I was there looking at apartments when my vehicle was broke into they said it my problem even though I was inside there gates community iam so glad I never see them again!

Very quiet property everyone seemed very friendly. Office staff very friendly and informative. My job relocated me to different part of town and had to move. But I will definitely be back if they will have me. Thank you for everything.

I have been living in pagewood place apartment for 2 months now. Last Sunday my car got towed in the apartment I paid $240 to get my car back, the next day I went to the leasing office to complain so they can give me my money back because I been asking them for a sticker for my car but they have been telling me you can park you’re fine and now they don’t wanna give me my money back they don’t wanna listen and saying it’s my fault. My apartment full of cockroaches they told me they were going to take care of it but they didn’t. I have proof and evidences. They don’t do a good job fixing broken stuffs. Don’t ever move there it’s a bad place. Whatever they tell you before you sign is a lie. Stay away. Malick
