Looks good first time, but some neighbors are so noisy and have parties even after 10 p.m. Some dogs bark so loud whenever they run into people. People don't put their dogs on a leash. Or don't hold a leash. Management teams should work on more strictly to the people to follow the regulations about dogs.

I sold my home of 30yrs and didn't know if I would like high-rise apartment life. It has been 7 months and I am overjoyed at that my experience with the staff and the ambiance is amazing. As an older single woman, I mostly feel safe.

Overall, my experience has positive however there are many opportunities where the McKinley could be a premier apartment home. For example, the washer and dryer appliance are not commensurate with the rent. They are sub standard at best especially for tenants who are leasing the end units. In fact, dormitories, have better washer and dryer units. Also, the ceiling speakers are low grade and tend to rattle. Window washing should be performed at a minimum of twice a year otherwise why would I continue to pay a premium if I can't enjoy the view. I am pleased to see that management has implemented more security measures to address safety issues. Though I would like management to address house cleaning issues specifically with replacing the trash can bags more frequently. On Sunday's the trash cans are overflowing and they STINK which is unacceptable.

Living at the Mckinkey is excellent. The staff is friendly, responsive and doesn't tolerate any behavior on property that would negatively impact the resident experience. I won't leave details of the location or price because those are subjective. But the building is clean, well run and safe.

Overall it's good. Just a few concerns: Safety, generators for the ALL of the units, pool temp is very cold, no AC in hallways, elevators are slow and/or do not work properly, other than that everything is great
