I love the apartment and the building. The only major issue I have is with the workout room and the pool. The pool is often dirty. The workout room is often a mess when I go early morning. No towels, no wipe down clothes, equipment moved around, tvs blasting with no remote to turn down.. I'd really appreciate more attention to the workout room and pool.

I like the walkability as well as amenities of The McKinley. Staff is great and I love my floorplan and the entire apartment in general. I have been completely satisfied with my experience here, and would highly recommend the property.

Excellent personnel, service, amenities, location, atmosphere - wonderful place to live. All of the people here from management to concierge to valet and maintenance are all top notch and wonderful.

I have stayed at many apartment buts hands down The McKinley is one of the best properties that I have stayed at. I enjoy everything so far and never have had any issues. Great location and great staff!!

Calling The McKinley home has been wonderful. The jovail staff greets each resident everytime they see you. In addition to that, the staff is quick to answer all questions and resolve any issues be it the office staff, front desk, maintenance, or the concierge. The interconnectedness of this vaste community is a remarkable touch. Aside from the beautiful living quarters with top notch amenities, a world class gym, well kept dog park, and the most beautiful pool area the monthly community events bring another level of sophistication to the space. Do yourself a favor an come rent here. You will not regret it.

We have been very pleased with our stay at the McKinley. The stall is excellent. Since we have been there a little over 2 years and all the staff knows is by name. The management is excellent. They are readily available and always very helpful. The concierge desk is really great and will help me with anything. The security has been very tight and we feel safe. I would highly recommend the McKinley.

The highway has become too loud. The windows and sliding doors are not strong enough to fully stop the sound. I think this place was built when covid was going on, so the highway wasn't as loud. I think they really slacked with the sliding doors and windows as they don't provide adequate sound protection from the highway.

The community is great, very nice people and amazing staff. They go out of their way to remember your name and information so if you have a problem they can solve it quickly. The amenities are well kept and easily accessible. Overall an amazing place to live.

Since moving into this complex, the management team has had to work through a number of obstacles that comes with luxury, high rise living, e.g., theft, visitors, smoking on floors, etc., and we appreciate the many safety measures being put in place to protect residents and the value of this complex. We did have to complain about an incident directly affecting our unit, and in this experience, the reaction and effective measures were inefficient and slow - and at the same time we were put in a position where we felt like the victim. We had to escalate our issues to senior management offsite, which it should have had to reach that point.

This was an easy process. I was given my keys as I had already signed my lease electronically. My movers were shown how to access my apartment and what elevator to use. I've never had such a smooth move into an apartment
