Having lived there for the past year, I can't say anything but how much I've enjoyed my stay there. From the management to the maintenance staff, Loop Crossing is one of houston's finest. I've know Sandy for the last year an she is by far one of the most courteous, respectful and understanding managers. Throughout my medical school stay at loop crossing, the staff and apartments have been top notch. If anything ever needed repair, it was done within 24 hours. The aprtments are all clean, quaint and inviting. I've known most of the tennants there in passing, and most everyone would share the same opinions. We did have a few folks thatthe complex was glad to see leave this past year, and judging by the comments, they like to repeat post. Either way, this place is a fantastc place to rent and I would hands down pick it again.

This apt complex is by far the best bang for your buck. super friendly management staff. any issues i had were fixed immediately. always had my parking spot as soon as i got home. I'm a student at UT and so ask about the student discount.

A friend who lived at Loop Crossing for four years recommended it to me. I came, I saw, and I felt in love with the place. Now, I've lived at Loop Crossing for almost three years and have been treated like family. When I locked myself out late at night, Sandy and her husband got out of bed and came to let me in, at no charge. The apartment complex is just beautiful with fabulous landscaping; I have my own covered parking just a few steps from my apartment. It is a safe, clean, and quiet complex and almost everyone here is a student at Rice or the medical or dental schools nearby. I just love it here and will not move until I am done with school. I recommend Loop Crossing to all my friends highly.

Simple living. I just moved in and I have no complaints. Its quiet and the people are friendly. Im a clean person so my apt is always clean. I work inside the loop so its a great location and the cost is highly reasonable. I travel on business allot so my car is left for weeks and the owners always keep an eye on things for me. I have no complaints. Def recommended for people who want a quiet lifestyle.
