I have lived here almost a year due to me signing a year lease like a idot these people dont care anything about your or your stay here my dishwasher was out when i got here and its out 10months later after reporting it like 8times the hot water in my entire building goes out atleat once every other for 3days to a week at a time and sometimes you can forget about having water at all on top of that someone broke into. Some apartments two apartments down from me....there are much better apartments that are cheaper for example beverly palms apartments hope this rating helps someone and keeps them from making the biggest mistake of their lives

This has been the worst apartment complex we have ever lived. The management staff is horrible, not to mention the maintenance staff they take for ever to come and fix something. The apartment has an old smell, we have been with out hot water for weeks now.Sometimes with out notice they just cut the water. Overall its a really bad place to live!!!!.

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived at. The toilets over flow. The sewer gets backed up every month. Then they just want to take the padding off from under the carpet and leave the carpet. Saying it doesn t smell bad. You live here then Manager Ofelia. My neighbor found bed bugs the manager said he had to have brought them in. They charged him $200.00 to exterminate. Except he was telling them from the beginning there were insects in that nasty carpet. Now my other neighbor also has them. Did they bring them in too? Maintenance is the worst. They said they have new owners Amaz Properties. Amaz Properties you are worst than the previous owners. At least with them I could call and have things fixed with in a month but here I am still waiting 2 months for you to fix my stove. Time to move out. This is a roach motel. You check in with your stuff but you don t check out with anything. Except coodies. Yuck.

I lived in woodscape back in 2003 and was evicted from the hell hole by some trick --- manager whom hasn't had some pipe in years. No one would live there unless they have no money or bad credit. When I leased there a police officer was shot and killed on site. Not too far from my unit. Most of SW Houston looks like ---- because young ------ and old ------ people don't know how to live in a low income community without f!@king with everyone else or thinking while walking. In these areas like this there will always be a large amount of crime because illeducated people are dangerous. They resolve issues like people with mental illnesses and no education.

I can see that Woodscape Apartments had a reputation that could defer someone from wanting to move in here, but I've noticed a huge change since the new management has taken over last year. Many things have changed; the Landscaping is Awesome and maintained weekly, and They've hired new, really helpful people for the Office and Maintenance staff. When my garbage disposal quit working they send someone right away. I also like that we have HPD and A Night Patrolman in the parking lot every night keeping things quiet. I've also enjoyed meeting several of my lovely neighbors when I'm out walking my dog. I really hope more and more friendly people move in so we can keep creating a nice, peaceful neighborhood. I'll be renewing my lease next month.

I moved in about 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems. First of all when the manager sets it up so you can be approved to move in, That should have been my fist clue on what I was getting into. It was a weekend and people about 8-10 on the lawn in front of my apt. Drinking after they got home from work,secuity passes by and dosn't say a thing this happened every weekend after. Prostitues selling themselves on the property and again security passes by and nothing. I never have lived in apts. soooo GETTO!!!!! Before you think about renting take a trip around the complex in the day and at night. You get what you pay for. Whoever thinks other wise is Getto themselves.

This place is horriffic it should be called wood escape I'm so serious the management is incompetent and slow there is no where to park and the towing company will tow your vehicle even though you are a paying resident people are always breaking in speeding through the property and also not safe for kids shootings at night and management does not care loud music all through. The day and night a police officer was killed here and also some teenagers were killed on the property if you don't believe me do an Internet search on Woodscape apts Houston Texas you'll see this place is ruff and you can get pizzas delivered here because it's too dangerous don't believe me call pap johns and ask do your self a favor don't come to Woodscape the bad out weigh the good there are other places in Houston that offer cheap rent this ain't worth your time And oh when you take out your trash dampster diver await and they are gonna dump garbage on the grounds it stinks and an eye sore this property gets a negative 10

Its no lie that the apartments are ------ but its not like they try to hide it. The gate was wrecked about 5 months ago and still no work has been done on it. And for $400 what do you expect. So if you move here thinking it will be DECENT then that is on your account. The real story is with the staff. They have new management and this ----- a'int no joke. First they charge us on late fees for putting or money order on the 3rd which or contract clearly states should be. Then when you confront them about the problem the leasing agents throw insults at you. So go to the manager right? Shes even worse. She throws insults with her employees by her side and threatens to evict you. That was about 2 months ago. They have a new rule that says if you dont pay by the 2nd at 5:00 (when the office closes) then they will charge you the MSRP of the apt plus late charges. Is she that ridiculous.....yes! She also, comes to your apt. harassing you regarding apt. decoration. The apt. complex is a dump but she bangs on your door telling you what to put on your patio/ balcony and what to "get rid of." And don't ever ask for a copy of your keys because the your an " irresponsible tenet." ----- would probably be an under statement. I am open for suggestions.My overall rating would be -------- because that is what you'll receive. also the maintenance is bad, leaks, dust, mold and I am not exaggerating. but if you do decide to move here tell them now so that they can fix you up by X-MAS. Please people, save yourself from a heart attack and take your business some where else.

I have lived here a few years and woodscape apts is the worst place i have ever lived. The crime is bad and no security(you may see one guard a month for about 15 min). The leasing office if full of rude employees. The management care for nothing except for the rent on time. Maintence is almost nonexsistant. I had to spend and entire weekend with no air conditioning and I did contact the office during business hours with the problem. If you are not -------- some of the leasing agents(Dee) treat you as if you were ignorent and simple. They do favors for friends and all others which are most of the others suffer. Woodscape in their lack of secuity constant change of management is a bad place to live. P.S. Make sure you go by on nights and weekends before you choose to move here.

My apartment was broken into 3 times && when I asked to move to a sister property cause they had a piece of ply wood over my front window, DO NOT MOVE HERE I had drug dealers living right next door to me && the leasing agent was in && out of their apartment as well! This is ------ as hell, I suggest you sleep outside at the park than move into the crack head infested apartments!
