i am a recent resident that moved just few months ago, but let me tell you the quietness i see here, i never saw before... management is so proactive, they are checking on everything. good thing is all bills paid, in this area of town, expensive area this is a blessing.

i been living at Royale for 6 years and management is the best i ever seen they help people but some of these people do not appreciate. If this woman do not like Royale she shud go and get an apartment in a class A apartment. send her to collection if she signed a lease she has to respect it, but looks like if she sign leases like if it is a joke. i recommend Royale supportive Resident

Omg these r literally apartments from hell. All the 4 and 5 reviews are by management n are all soo obviously fake. The complex is full of hookers felons and ex cons. They have tons of building violations, the stairs are crumbling , asbestos everywhere, moldy smelly walls. Seems like management is involved in some prostitution business. Management sux here.....extremely rude n unreasonable. Pls don't stay here.....only stay if u don't care about ur life....worst apartments ever....worse than mills.

This apartment complex is one of the best in the area to raise family. There are long term tenants.Very family friendly complex.Very quiet. Excellent location. Office staff is always helpful.Manager and maintenance on site all the time and they take care of tenants. School across the street is good for parents with small kids. Management is doing extensive modification. This All bills paid is the best in this area. We dont have to worry about high electric bills and water bills. No gas ot trash billeither. I encourage people to come and see the place. Stanley.

Hi My name is Kevin and i am living at this complex gfor one year. I found this place very convenient in the middle of the City. All bills paid is a blessing for me. I was paying 350 dollar electric bill at my previous place. This is all bills paid and it is a great. They have onsite managers and they are very helpful. They will their residents even middle of the night. I never experienced great customer service like this before. This is very quiet place.

I am Ramond and living there for three years.I receive excellent maintenance and office staff is very helpful. They are always there to help whenever i call. This is very quiet place and close to school and grocery stores.

There are a lot of negative reviews on here about the Royale Apartments, so I thought I would give my opinion. I think the Royale Apartments offers a really great deal for those who are struggling on a tight budget. I moved in a few years ago right after I graduated college. I only had around $300 to move and I only made about $1300 a month after taxes. There was no way in the world I could have afforded to pay a huge security deposit or open water and utility accounts. Let alone actually then pay my bills. With how little money I had I could have ended up in the straight ------. But the Royale Apartments is actually in a nice location. There s a school and park right across the street. A Laundromat right next door on the corner for those who don t want to use the on-site wash room. (And honestly, I wouldn t encourage you to.) The apartment complex is right off 610 and close to Meyerland and the Galleria and the movie theater. Also minutes away from a Wal-Mart and the South Post Oak shopping center. Anyway, the apartment is pretty nice. It had a nice floor plan, and the kitchen was pretty big. It had a ton of cabinets and counter space. It s laid out like a bar so that s pretty cool too. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but there s a vanity mirror and counter in the bedroom so for girls you can lay out your makeup and have room to gussy up. And the closet is a huge-walk in closet. Mine came with drawers too. In fact my apartment came with built in bookshelves. Basically, I think you wouldn t even be considering the Royale Apartments if you didn t have a small budget to live on. And if your money is tight then I think they could really help you out. The price is good and location is excellent and you could do a lot worse. Everyone is really nice and the staff tries to build a community. They have like monthly garage sales for all the tenants to do a swap and trade. So, I would recommend this place to recent college grads who haven t found a good job yet or people who are trying to save money.

CUZ I CLEAN MY APARTMENT EVERY DAY AND THREW TRASH EVERY DAY ALSO... I NEVER HAVE HAD ANY OTHER PROBLEMS, NEIGHBORS HERE ARE VERY RESPECTFUL, EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT ROYALE IS ONE OF THE MOST QUIET PLACE IN THE AREA, SURPRISED ME ALL THESE WRITING ANNONYMOUS HERE, I BET THEY NEVER CLEANED THEIR PLACES OR MAYBE THEY DID NOT PAY... MANAGER??? WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT HER ... SHE AND HER FAMILY ARE VERY HONEST WITH A REPUTATION THAT NOBODY CAN DENY, THE ONLY RATS I CAN SEE HERE ARE THE ANNONYMOUS OF PEOPLE THAT COVER THEIR FACES OR OPINIONS BECAUSE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS NOT TRUE. i live in the royale for two years its was bad roaches was every where rats hole in the kitchen wall and in the bathroom they keep going up on my rent that ----- would go in the mail and read my husband letters and tommy would eat her ----- they would have a stupid security guard this was two years ago my tub was half in the house and half out you can clean all you want and the roaches and ants would come out the mangerment daughter would go out abd have sex all night and she would wonder where my daughter when guys my age comes and pick her up i remeber one night a blue truck with two men came woke me up and pick up her daughter the wash and dryer had po po in it and pee pee the walls was so thin you could her people have sex thanx
