I LIVED IN THE ROYALE APARTMENTS SINCE 1998, NOW MANAGEMENT IS WORKING TO MAKE THIS A GATED COMMUNITY, WE ARE UPGRADING EVERYTHING HERE... OFFICE STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PEOPLE IS VERY FRIENDLY. NO PROBLEMS WITH PARKING LOTS... SAFE PLACE TO LIVE., 24/7 SECURITY

This is a very quiet apartment complex, new owners and new management have been taking care of everything, especially they like to work with people... very strict, you have to come and live over here... very good

Neighbors are loud, trash is left out in the terraces and on the walkways and balconies. Laundry rooms are filty, machines don't work, and they are dangerous. Loiterers find this place a paradise. If you complain, management retaliates. This has got to be one of Hosuton's worst apartment complexes.
