Moved here a year ago and moving out soon. This is a basic complex with run down units. If you are on a tight budget go for it. If you want excellent service, a nice living environment, and want to feel safe, MOVE ON. The staff, the customer service, and a feeling of security have gone downhill severely since 2016. Pros: I liked the location because it is in close proximity to grocery stores, decent take out places and the interstate. I like the wood engineered floors in my living and dining area, cheap carpet elsewhere. But it is also very well insulated. I rarely turn on my AC as the fans keep my place very cool. Cons: Management sucks. The staff are nice but lack follow-up skills. If I email the office and request a call back, then Call back. If I leave a voicemail, then call back. You have to go there in person, act a fool, then they listen. But that doesn't mean your issues are solved. For instance I have been living under and next to deteriorating units with bad floors for 6 months. You hear ever move, every toilet flush, and the really bad areas make a loud sqeaking annoying noise constantly at 4am when the neighbors get up. Not good when you want to sleep. I can turn my TV loud at night to drain the sound, but it is still overbearing. No one should have to live this way but management doesn't care. I have been told they do not plan to fix the issue. Warning do not rent in Building 10 specifically a first floor unit. I wouldn't rent this spot again if they have offered it for $600 a month. Additionally there is no reserved parking and no package notification system anymore. Rent with caution!!!!!!

Location..location..location... Meyer park lakeside is great complex to live. The staff is phenomenal, the grounds are clean and apartments are quiet and safe.

I've lived here for about 6 months and it has been a great experience !

We have been here for 9 months and have enjoyed living here. We have gotten married and call this home. We have family that lives in Houston close and enjoy them. The grounds are beautiful. This will be our first Christmas here.
