I like living in Meyer Park lakeside. I've had a few issues but they have respond to each one of them. The staff is very courteous and kind. Also, there are plenty of stores around the corner and the 610 is right on the corner, which makes my commute very easy.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful complex. Did not know the place was so nice and the garage is a very big plus. I am surprised at the fitness center is not as good as expected. The fitness area was upgraded this would be one of the top apartments in Houston.

Meyer Park Lakeside Apartments are a great place to live. The apartments are very comfortable and clean. The maintenance technicians respond to any requests fast and they do an excellent job. Overall, I am looking forward to living in this community for many years to come.

Very nice place to live. The place is kept clean. Office staff are friendly and accessible. Pool and gym included .. a plus! Easy access to main highways. Shopping Centre next door. I recommend.

Location and team are great. Parking garage is safe and is a real plus. Management and maintenance respond to immediate needs, but long-term issues fall by the wayside. It's been a good experience living here overall, and based upon the rent, location and amenities, I would recommend this living situation to people.

I am obsessed with my apartment! The location is perfect, and I love having a gym on site. The grounds are so welcoming and perfectly landscaped.

I have lived here for almost two years and enjoy my residence and the property amenities. I'm close to my child's school, shopping, entertainment, as well as a short drive to major areas (i.e. Reliant Center, Bellaire, the Galleria, West U, Downtown, the Medical Center, etc.). I always recommend this property to my friends.

Shaakia Saunders and Lucy Reyes are phenomenal. Showed us apartments multiple times. So patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Thank you for making me feel at home in Houston! Also, if you're new to the area and going to be at the medical center, this is an awesome location - you feel far enough away from the hospitals when you're at home, but it's like 15 minutes with a few side road options for routes. It's more affordable than the high end luxury super expensive properties and MUCH better than many of the surrounding apartment complexes (washer and dryer in unit, aesthetically pleasing property, free assigned parking spaces once they become available). Definitely check out Meyer Park Lakeside & Lucy and Shaakia will make your day! :)
