Expensive. Very dirty, poor maintanance. Not a good place for a family.

I like its proximity to downtown, major highways, shopping centers, entertainment facilities, and public transportation. My maintenance requests have been attended to in a timely fashion. The site is usually quite; gets noisier during weekends but at tolerable levels. Typical to Houston climate, we get our fair share of bugs/roaches. Yet, the complex offers pest control. The biggest factor that made me want to stay here for the last one year or so is our lovely leasing agent Michelle. She is always helpful. Respectfully, her sincere smile and attitude is very rare to find among leasing agents.

Great location and quiet as well. Maintenance issues gets resolved quickly and the leasing staff is very friendly and professional. Michelle goes above and beyond to help residents with any questions or concerns they have. I highly recommend living here!

Every experience I have had here has been wonderful. I could not ask for more helpful and accommodating staff. The units are very nice and have plenty of room. The neighborhood is fantastic with lots of nice restaurants, parks, and nightlife hangout spots.

The location and friendly staff is the deal maker. So much within walking distance. I am so happy I found this place!

I've been a resident of this complex for over a year now and couldn't of made a better decision by choosing to live here. The location is amazing, very friendly staff that is attentive towards the needs of the residents, and very quick to respond towards any maintenance issues. There's so much to do in walking distance that you're also able to save money on gas.

Visited Memorial Club earlier in the week. Very nice and well kept property. The location is ideal and reasonably priced. The office staff is very friendly and professional. Michelle is very knowledgeable and took her time to show me several floor plans as well as answering any and all questions.

Office staff very friendly and listen to the needs of the residents. If you have a problem concerning your apt tell them, and will fix it. Clean walkways and swept everyday. Clean pool, nice work out room. Very quiet with no drama. I love it here....residents very polite and courteous to one another. Right next to the park!
