I just got a notice on my door saying packages will no longer be left in the office. This place is a joke. The mailman here is awful, I agree with the last post. He won;t leave a notice in your box so now you'll never even know you had a package attempted to sign for. The people in the office don't give a rat's butt about people who live here. You get what you pay for. Lousy residents, tons of violence reported, breakins, apartments & cars. held up a gunpoint in the parking lot. If you look here, don't move here. The office only tells you what you want to hear.

Lived here for almost 5 years. Started out great, then noticed alot of "good" neighbors moving out. Replacing them were people who probably wouldn't qualify anywhere else. Constant Break-In's to Apartments & Cars, Most recently (6 months) at least 4 Gunpoint Robberies in the parking lot (at least that's what the office reports). Laundry machines almost always take your money & don't work.........The mailman that has been here since I moved in, NEVER leaves a notice in your mailbox, informing you that he left a package in the office for you, AND IF HE ACTUALLY DOES leave a package, he still NEVER leaves a NOTICE about it. NOW, effective 1/1/2012, Packages will NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED AT THE OFFICE. Which means you have to go to a Post Office (after the postal cuts, you'll be lucky to find one close by). BUT, of course YOU will never even know the package has been sent back to the post office BECAUSE THE MAILMAN...TERRANCE..DOES NOT LEAVE NOTICES. My suspicion is that the "Ladies" in the office close now at 5:30 pm, about the time people get home from work & check the mail.............SOOO......they are having to stay late (Aww Too Bad) so you can pick your package up from the office, SOOO.. they just decided to "No longer Accept Packages at the Offfice" so they can leave early. The office staff could care less about the residents. Only nice and cordial to potential residents. Then you are screwed. NO insulation in the summer or the winter, Water Bills outrageous, they nickle and dime you to death for every little thing. You have TO PAY TO GET A COVERED PARKING PLACE, but you better or they will tow your vehicle away. They are in on it with the Tow Truck (believe me, I have witnessed it first hand) am sure they get a kick back from the tows. However, if you have an emergency, you are FLAT OUT OF LUCK TILL THEY OPEN THE NEXT DAY, BUT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A CAR TOWED AWAY, they are the first to offer the number on the recorded greeting and the tow truck will be there within 5 minutes. I cannot wait till my lease is up, heck I might not even wait, this is getting to be an Outright Unfriendly, Unproffessional place, and most importanly...IT IS NO LONGER A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE, NO MATTER WHERE YOU LIVE.

I moved here to be close to my job and b/c of the low rent, $665 for a 1100 sq ft apartment. The first few weeks I battled roaches, and I mean it was a BATTLE, they were everywhere. Luckily I haven't seen any after my first full month here, but I have had other issues with the apartment. One being the day a pipe burst and I woke up to a gaping hole in the ceiling with water dripping all over the carpet. They got someone in to stop the leak but then no one checked on the damage for 2 days b/c they said it had to dry before anyone could make repairs. I informed them that no one had even bothered to check and if they made that determination AFTER someone reviewed the room then fine, but not before. The woman in the office was really rude and difficult to deal with, but eventually I talked to someone willing to do their job, and the repairs were made. The grounds are fair, the apartments are ok, old, you'll need repairs for sure, the workmanship is fair to poor, but the units are cheap, which is why most move here.I dont dare do my laundry here, parking sucks, Ive had my car towed, and dont get home late, you may have to park on the street. If you have pets be prepared to pay a $400 pet deposit plus pet rent, per animal. Also they are good about tacking on fees for any little thing, which is another reason why I'm not staying. I'd rather pay extra up front than be nickled and dimed to death. If you have low expectations and are on a budget, this is the place for you, but if you dont want to get locked into a contract and then find out that sometimes its better to spend a few extra bucks and avoid putting up with crap, avoid this place.

Don't do it I moved here after living in a townhome for two years. I never even knew what a begbud looked like until moving here! They say the will treat them but it seems like they feed them and brought them out more! Now I'm forced to move me and my three month old baby out because he has been bitten one too many times!! On top of that they have security and still have at least two break ins a week (cars and homes)!! I added a pic of what your bed will look like just after 6 mouths!!
