The community is extremely clean and have good strict. rules about clean patio, and I feel safe here. Cars are protected. Staff helps if any complaints. The Managers help whenever needed. Evelin n Rose helped when I didn't know how to give info online. Thank God

Don't sign a lease. Maintenance is paid to keep the outside of the property looking good. They are paid to NEVER fully repair any issues inside your apartment. There will be several repairs needed and maintenance will not repair anything fully. Tenants call office staff and eventually the Property Manager to tell them maintenance isn't completing any repairs. The Property Manager may not get a message for days that a tenant called them. Most of our neighbors moved out because of this. The Park at Woodlake is only concerned about getting rent from tenants.

I HIGHLY recommend NOT coming to these apartments. The office is straight up crooks. They try to keep your money and lie to you about the prices of apartments as soon as you turn in an application. The staff is VERY unprofessional especially ----- and ----(I think that's his name). ---- is a complete liar and very arrogant and rude. God bless you if you move into these apartments.

Not a safe place to live, same employees stoled from my apartment, not a door forced or anything I saw the guy opening my apartment with his keys, when I talked to the manager she didn't do anything but being rude, unprofessional and saying "oh well"

I called this morning because the tub faucet won't stop running and they haven't come by. I called 3 times letting them know that it's filling up the bath tub and still nothing. They're closed now. I haven't had an issues until today.

I hope this review is read and made of use because I don't like writing them. - I've lived here for 2 years now (7/9/17) - Immediately, my a/c unit died right before summer time, but I filed a maintenance request and it was taken care of ASAP. Though my electricity bill has been $100 on average; It was once $30 because I procrastinated on contacting maintenance and didn't have the a/c unit working. - I honestly don't think I'm exaggerating if I guessed it took 6-8 months before I had no cockroaches left to deal with. It felt like a plague in the beginning. The month that I had no a/c could've contributed though? - I was pest free for a few months before I believe I saw something dart quickly in the corner of my eye, 3 separate times. I had a mouse/rat under my stove. Without divulging in my process to remove the rodent, I got rid of him the best way I could. Then another was caught. And another. Three of them before I am rodent free. I hope. - The washer and dryer situation is honestly a mess. I plan to move out after my lease ends, with this being an intolerable nightmare. - In the 2 years, I've had 3 or 4 notices of a robbery. I am on my patio often and never have seen anything shady, and have been quite comfortable. The security guard patrols the complex and is polite and seems to be on top of it. - My friend had parked in a resident spot and was towed. This is not surprising, but these tow trucks are on point. And always visit, all the time. + Every person and neighbor I've encountered had been exceptional. Very, very polite residents. Very respectful residents. I never have felt uncomfortable and always feel encouraged in every situation. + I will miss the location. I recommend this place if you're in a fringe spot, and don't have time to find somewhere else. But, this place is 4/10 or 3.7/10. Looking forward to moving.

I live there for 3 years and had no problems with my neighbors, but the place went down as I live there and I often wonder why management never walked the property at night, so that they could make the changes that needed to be made, there were a few residents that got robbed when I first move in 2012 and some apartment got broken into to but no one got hurt thank god, there were a few folks who I learn that live there on the property that was robbing folks back in 2012/13 but they were told to move, many cars were left on blocks as thief's were stealing tires. The gates were broke a lot and there were spots in the gates"bars" that were missing so anyone off the street could just walk right onto the property. they were prompted in repairs and the summer 20/13-14 they had a bad "BED BUG" problem but much of Houston did as well, but they take a cheap way out and every other week we had someone coming by the apartment to spray some kinds of powder they left everything all dusty, and this went on for weeks, and the bats at night was an issue too, as it was when we left....we would see small bats on the ground the next morning...ugh, and the dogs was the worst, the dog would poop all over the place even on the sidewalks and no would-would try and scoop the poop up, the pools were close, all summer and if you are into fitness forget it join the gym, there is not something like this for residents. I have pic's and there were many cracks in the walls and the front door was what look like an inch off the door jam at the bottom so we had to battle roach's and bugs coming under the door from outside....this was my first apartment that I had so many problems and I hope I will never have to encounter this issue again, glad to be gone...I would not recommend this place until they make better changes for new residents, be careful in renting here there was a fire that causes damage to many of the units here so market rate just might be market plus market mmm.......I do have pics......

Do not rent at this apartment complex, this facility is a nightmare. I am a current resident that has lived in these apartments for close to a year and a half, and the price and relative convenience of the Galleria is not enough to put up with this facilities complications. As of today 10-12-2015 all of the pools are closed by city order and have been since the beginning of summer. The apartment complex is required to place notices on its office doors that it has failed city inspection standards for multiple buildings due to plumbing issues, leaks, and a variety of structural problems. There is a constant stream of City of Houston inspectors going in and out of the office. Repairs that are attended to by contractors come at a whim, without a single warning from the management company. I cam home to find one day that the contractors had cleared my patio off without a single word of notice, tossing my property carelessly into the adjoining lawn. Recently the management has become aggressive with their grounds codes, leveling fifty dollar fines against minor infraction, some of which are not even labeled in their warning flyers and lease standards . My best guess is that this is at the behest of the management company in order to raise funds for the repair of the grounds. The grounds near the front are fairly maintained, but near the back of the complex their are a variety of eye sores, such as poor paint jobs, trashy porches, and decaying structures. The maintenance staff is incompetent and unresponsive, and I have personally filed three requests to get water damage repaired from six months ago that still has not been attended to. The area is on the downslide, and I have had my car broken into twice in the last six months INSIDE the perimeter of the gate. The laundry room is no better, and if you rent here I highly suggest you remain with your belongings, as I have had an entire load of laundry stolen from the machines within a twenty minute window. Security is a major issue, as numerous gates are broken and allow easy access to the facility, and several of the permanent entrance gates that are supposed to me secured are tied off with electrical cords, and leave giant gaps that can be entered with ease. There used to be an armed security officer that patrolled the complex, but I haven't seen him on sight in quite a while. However, this complex has employed one of the most aggressive towing companies on this side of the Mason Dixon Line, which can be considered a plus under certain circumstances. Avoid these apartments at all costs.

I really liked this complex up until about the last three months I was there. The parking was always available, the A/C worked really well and my neighbors were quiet and pleasant. There were a few things that broke, but they were always there as soon as I called and sometimes beat me there when I had to come in from work. The porch lights all come on automatically so there were no shadowy areas. Since there was never really a problem, I couldn't really attest to the likability of the front office staff, but they seemed nice enough. When I moved out it was very easy to schedule a walk through and I received my entire deposit (and pet deposit) back within 2 weeks! ...which you know is amazing if you have been in the apartment world for any amount of time... I don't know what happened the last few months, maybe they changed their criteria for new renters or maybe it was just my time to get some crummy neighbors since I had been blessed for so long. There were people who moved in everywhere that did the loud music and "hanging out" in the parking lot....loose dogs...smell of weed seeping through the walls....didn't clean up after the dogs....and VERY loud fighting. It started to make me feel uncomfortable, so I left. These things ran me off because it made me feel unsafe...but I am still on the fence as to if I recommend the complex.... Again, I hope that wasn't the apartment management's fault....everything else besides that was nice.
