This place should be renamed killer row. There have been 4 murders inside apartment complex since 2023. The maintenance riding around in carts smoking weed. The security guards roll around smoking weed. Every time you come out the house there is a dead body somewhere in the community. If you want you life taken move to killer row. The office does not do anything for the community other than stay in the office. You know it has to be bad if they fired entire maintenance department. They have sewage coming up inside apartments. Mold everywhere. Killer row killer row Please please don’t move here If you pay attention to the news or even look up address you will see the murder cases. Please save yourself your family and your money. Don’t move to death alley or killer row

Do not trust these people. The unit I am in is a sight for sore eyes. The tile is dingy looking band I was told once they cleaned it, It was going to be really nice. It looks disgusting. The toilet is very old and rusty and I was told it is clean do it doesn't matter how it looks. I am extremely disappointed

These managements are impossible and they don't want to help you don't move in I repeat don't move in it's a waste of your time and money. The manager lied to my face saying she never received a rental reference when she did. I don't know what my mother did for them to treat her with so much disrespect tbh I hope it gets ---- down thank God I moved out I repeat don't move in and they are racist towards the black community

When I first a moved in, it was amazing.Pros: Free water, cable, the apartment was very spacious, and rent was very reasonable $500 for a 2b. The apartments aren't all cramped up their is ample space for kids to play and walk the dog. If I called to have anything fixed (for the most part) it was done the same day or week. I felt safe even though the apartments aren't gated.Cons: There is a huge roach and bat problem that still hasn't been taken care of. About 2 years ago their were 2 shootings within a month of each other which kind of scared me, but I just thought these things happen anywhere. New management company took over the property and things have gone downhill since. The service isn't as personable and it's like they just want your money. They're fixing up the property at OUR expense. Rent has sky rocketed!!!! I remember for the past 8 years their were never any apartments available and most of us were long time residents, now their just letting ANYONE move in! I don't feel as safe anymore, thank God my lease is almost up. My advice 3 years ago, totally recommend. Now, take your money elsewhere. There are more apartments further down Bissonnet and Bellfort that are actually worth the money.

The reason why this property is full is because of free cable and water is included in the rent. They are a little bit behind on their monthly rental charges but they are catching up with other properties in Houston. I have lived in this apartment for almost two and half years. If you are a Spanish, this is a place for you. Many black residents especially Africans have left because of horrible treatment from the Management. The apartments are spacious and nice but maintenance is a problem. NOW THE MANAGEMENT: The Manager and her Assistant are just wicked and cold blooded. They are always hostile and mean to non Spanish speaking residents. Sooner or later somebody will sue this property for racism or discrimination.

The place is becoming unsafe. All sorts of people are with questionable xcter are becoming residents in here and car breaking becoming like "mosquito bites". Complaints are handled with lack of knowledge by staffs. Parking lots allocation is delude of common sense. My list is endless. I leave here but on the verge of getting out.

This place is dirty most of the time. Very un-kept by the people in charge. They don't run it like serious place for decent living. If you complain of something going bad in your place, they will promise to fix but will never show up eternally. But if you speak straight Spanish they may come fix it when they feel like but will inferior items. If you need reasonable people who will feel your discomfort when things get out of order in your apartment look elsewhere not this place

This is the worst of the worst. I lived here for almost 2 years. But I wouldn't recommend this apt not even to my worst enemy. Its full of roaches & mouses. There's never a parking available & if you wanna reserved a parking it's 50$ monthly. The staffs are always in your business they always wants to know who goes in & who comes out of your apt. The pool it's always dirty. The killed a guy at the end of June & nobody from the office said a word. Every year the rent goes up & if you want them to fix something the take for ever to come. The office it's only open mon- fri. If you you like your property stolen from you own patio this is the place for you !!! My air conditioner hasn't been cooling for weeks & nobody from the office has come. That's why I decide to move out of this complex & plus theres a lot of gangs & there's a lot of ------ people & if you don't want your kids around it don't even move here.

I been here 5 yrs and the bed bug infestation gets worse even after treatment. The office. Will lie and say u bought them but everyone I know live here they had to throw away just as much furniture as I have. The manager is very unprofessional and childish... and play --- for tat if u don't kiss her behind. My ceiling has a big hole with mold and water Pouring into a thrash can because they won't fix it.. These are horrible apartments and the staff is even worse.

These are the worst apartments I've ever been,the apartments are full of cockroaches it is very disgusting.I have tried so many things to kill them they never go away, if you are looking for nice apartments these are not for you.
