I can honestly say I love living here.. When I first moved here I hated it my neighbors were loud and I felt like the office didn't do anything to fix the problem.. But when I moved into a one bedroom all my problems went away.. I guess I moved to the quiet section lol. Anyways my apartment is very spacious and maintenance comes when I call them which I barely have to call. the staff is very friendly. I will say that if u don't pay for parking u will be ---- out of luck lol cause parking is very scarce. They do need to get some kind of gate code cause me walling to the gate everytime I have company gets very old. But other then that's its pretty quiet and a small complex

Casa Del Sol...More like Casa De Hell...------------- the owner is the biggest ----- known to man kind....She steals from the tenants raises rents and has a want to be claim to fame about being the best....not.....the best at being a complete Narsasitic lying -----....dont live here she will make your life a living hell....Hotel California...you can check in but you can never leave.....BUYER BEWARE! RACIST WHITE SUPPREMEST...WITH SEVERAL LAWSUITS FOR RACISIM AND KNOWN TO CALL THE INMIGRATION IF SHE DOES NOT GET HER WAY....LYING CHEATING THEIF......

I am a new tentant at CASA DEL SOL APARTMENTS. Its been very quite here, I havent encounter any problem so far. I live in a large one bedroom apartment that is very spacious. I would recommend everyone to stop by. The new Managment has been doing a great job with the place. Im proud to say i live here

Looks like new management is on the way and they plan to clean the place out. If they keep it up this will be the best place to live in this area. Their units are big and it costs a little more but its worth it for the extra space. I hear there is a gang task force that is workign with management to clean house and keep it that way.

Well I just moved in not too long ago and they had just changed management. The new management has shown improvement to the apts already , they are covering all the holes on the drive way. The apts are very quite and calm,there is assigned parking so never any trouble with parking. It still needs a little maintainance overall, but also very good rent price for a 1bd-1bt with washer/dryer connc. and a chimney !!! Check It out!

I just moved into these apartments. They just changed property managment and the people seem to be nice. My first week was with out air conditioning because the unit was burned out. They came in everyday to try to fix it until they finally decided to put in a new one. It is really quite around here. This place has a lot of potential it only needs a little work. Like the driveway has a lot of pot holes and large cracks.

I have lived here a little over a year. And I simply hate it. Noisy, dirty, lousy maintenance. Horrible customer service (especially the manager). I am in the process of moving out
