This is the worst place I have ever lived. The management is terrible, all the terrible reviews are true. There are kids everywhere that have no respect, the maintenance guys work hard but so much stuff breaks that they cannot keep up. My car has gotten broken into along with my roomies and my neighbor. It is not safe as I have already had to chase kids off from breaking into my car. I almost had to shoot the damn kids. They do not get out of the way of cars and the trash compactor breaks all the time

Keyword: "MANAGEMENT"....these apartments are nice ones if you are referring to how large they are but when taking things into consideration such as getting things fixed, destruction of the property, or rather the up-keep of the property and the people who they allow to move in there its terrible. Most of the light fixtures on all the buildings stay out for some time. Kids broke the lights in my building and I reported it for a total of 2 months before I was going to call up on them. They finally came to fix it. Every neighbor that I have talked has had numerous issues with their refrigerators which leak often and it may take them weeks to come out and fix it and when they do "fix it" it probably will start leaking again within the next couple of days. The roach problem is horrible. I keep a very clean house. I called to complain about the roach problem and all they did was come out and put down boric acid as if that really works these days. I agree with the other person on here who complained. The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next apartment from people fighting to the vibration of someone playing their music loud. They let anyone move in the apartments. My neighbor told me he has a felony of less than two years(OMG). They told him they would work with him. I've lived in apartment complexes before where the management didnt tolerate certain things and sent out notices to every apartment when something was going on unlike these particular ones. Might I also mention that in the entire complex as big as it is there is only one dumpster for the whole apartments and its in the very back so most residents dont worry about bringing their trash their. They'd rather throw it in the lake that is in the middle of the apartments. In the front of the apartments it seems nice in clean but just ride back further to the middle or the back of the apartments. It looks like "the housing projects". I can't wait until my lease is up. If you are just looking for a place to stay then maybe these are the apartments for you especially if you can handle the nightly gunshots or the Sunday morning gunshots. ~Signed displeased tenant~

The insulation is very poor. Mold began to grow on my windows within two months of moving in. They came three times but never could treat it properly. I finally had to treat it myself. The kids who live here are horrible from the young to old. The stand around and play in the street. When you drive through they act as if they do not see you. One kid kept trying to play chicken as the cars drove in. I missed him by about 6". The walls are very thin. My upstairs neighbors are always fighting. We can hear everything. They have a no pet policy; but, residents walk their dogs in front of the office every day. And if that wasn't enough, there used to be a crematory on this site. If you are in transition and need somewhere inexpensive, then give them a try. The kids are my biggest problem. The other things are occasional. If you can afford to go elsewhere, you should.

I live here now and the kids are bad as HELL!!!! They have no home training. Where are the parents? Gosh! They destroy the property and you would think that their parents would teach them not to. They run in packs. My only problem is the kids. I had to stop my kids from going outside because they were learning things that they shouldn't know from other kids. You would think that these kids are 25 years old if you heard some of the things that they say. If you move here, BEWARE OF KIDS.

Ok, I'm 22 I have resided at Clearwood Villas for 2 years. I am a college student on a tight budget so you would probably have to be in that age group for this review to be of any use to you. Overall the apartments were acceptable. Pros: the rent was cheap for me, only because I had a four bedroom with threee other roomates. The apartments were spacious. The area seemed to be ok. Cons: Kids always outside playing sports near cars. There was one occasion that almost caused me to bust a kid's ---(17-19 year old). One night I'm chillin' in my apartment and I hear comotion outside. As I take a look outside, I witness this guy run from one side of the apartments, jump up towards my car and slide from the roof to the hood! I run down the stairs fired up as hell ready to bust this kids dumb *ss. I walk up and confronted him, he had the nerve to say (as he's backing up)"Man, I didn't know it was your car." I'm like dumb*ss, you knew it wasn't your car, stay the F*** away from my car. He proceeds to walk away, I check for damages and go back into my apt. Almost 5-10 min. later I look out the window again and he's walking around the parking lot with an AK47 (an 18 year old!). As he's walking around their are at least 10-15 other residents outside just going about their buisness like this is normal(mind you this is around 11:30 PM). I guess they though to theirselves that he wasn't after them so they had nothing to worry about. He walked around for maybe 5 min. then left. From that day on, I didn't catch anyone else near my car, but that's not speaking for all of the other vehicles. Con: Now that I'm ready to move, the manager/ assistant manager is being a B*TCH about faxing my Renter's Verification Form to my new place of residence. I would think after 2 years of being the ideal resident, paying my bills on time, not causing any trouble, not making many complaints, I would have no problem with this, but I guess the B*TCH thinks otherwise. (Something like this will really prolong your process of getting into your new apartment.) She's just a young girl(24-27) in a position of power and doesn't know how to use it wisely or fairly. I wish I knew what kind of car she drives so I can key the hell out of it, I think its the 2006 burgundy honda accord, and my girlfriend wants to beat her --- for being a B*TCH too so ...we'll see how things perspire......I hope she reads this pretty soon, before its too late....ha,ha,ha,ha,ha,ha.....she knows who I am......I'm not crazy, just pissed the hell off.(I will find out for sure which car it is before we customize the paint job so we wont ruin the wrong person's day)
